CRISTIAN (7/5): - La tranquilidad y la zona. No me gustó que la cama no era de dos plazas, eran dos de una plaza unidas y en medio del sueño no teníamos que levantar a juntar las mismas. Y las sabanas y acolchado no eran de la medida de la cama.

Dona (8/5): Loved the character of the place & its funky charm. Mostly quiet & fairly clean. - Funky fun old building & good location! Simple accommodation for my needs Would have been helpful to have a printed standard check out procedure (drop key in green box & leave others in room) & if using the open utility room was permitted. Hot water kettle use, sink for washing dishes, etc. Wasn't sure so I didn't. A microwave in each room would be helpful also or one that all guests on the floor could share. Also the small refrigerator needed defrosting!!

Lucia (8/5): Great value for money - Comfortable bed. Powerful shower in the modern bathroom. Good location for San Telmo and easy access to Puerto Madero. Clearer information needed regarding access to the property which has no Front Desk or concierge.
