• Christoph (10/5): - Haben eine Radtour zum Garadasee gemacht und das war die erste Station. Die Räder konnten sicher verstaut werden und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr zu empfehlen!

• Hr. Mittmann (6/5): - Autobahnnähe, Stellplatz vorm Haus, der schwere Koffer wurde freundlicher Weise nach oben getragen. Dusche und WC getrennt. Das Mobiliar ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Keine Zimmer im EG, kein Aufzug, einfaches Frühstück (geht noch), verschmutzten Flurtrppich. Ein Anfangs freundlicher Gastgeber wäre schon schöner gewesen.

Ski room available with heated ski boot holder, solid options for ski resorts starting from the hotel. The breakfast was good, but it was nothing especially extra. We were hoping for higher variety of cold cuts, otherwise it was good. Remind the staff to offer the egg options, to be made on request.

Colazione giusta, sbilanciata più sul salato che sul dolce ma più che soddisfacente. la posizione comoda è per fare escursioni o visitare i dintorni. comoda anche come base per i vari comprensori sciistici. il parcheggio abbondante. Manca l'ascensore che risulta comodo per le valigie, inoltre la camera inizialmente era fredda, probabilmente perché a inizio stagione ma poi si è risolto.

Dit was in eerste instantie geen probleem , tot de volgende morgen NA HET ONTBIJT ons pas werd medegedeeld door een personeelslid ( niet door de patron zelf) dat er toch geen plaats was voor ons.

• Bachorova (10/5): Perfekt - Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Pension Waldruh. Alles war wirklich super – Sauberkeit, die Größe des Zimmers, der große Balkon mit tollem Ausblick sowie genügend Parkplätze vor Ort. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichend. Eine kleine Anmerkung möchten wir dennoch geben: Auf einem so schönen und gepflegten Platz passt es unserer Meinung nach nicht ganz, wenn das Servicepersonal am Morgen (Frühstück ) in Flip-Flops und mit einer Schirmmütze erscheint. Das wirkt eher wie am Strand. Ein etwas einheitlicheres und professionelleres Auftreten würde perfekt zum ansonsten hervorragenden Gesamteindruck passen. Insgesamt aber ein sehr empfehlenswertes Haus – wir kommen gerne wieder!

• Sam (10/5): Toplocatie - Het uitzicht vanuit de kamer was mooi en het ontbijt was zeer lekker. Een aanrader. Niets.
• Tomislav (3/5): Nein Danke - zu teuer für nichts. - Kleines Apartment, sehr Dunkel, schwache Beleuchtung (Glühbirnen), Wlan sehr schlecht, unnutzbar, wie der TV Empfang - auch unnutzbar. Bei Regen draußen war es drinnen nicht komfortabel ohne TV und Internet. Kissen ließen zu Wünschen übrig. Dusche überschwemmte ersten Morgen Badezimmer, habe Handtücher "verbraucht" um größeren Schaden zu vermeiden, und keine neue bekommen. Und am Ende der Schlager - anstatt 101 € pro Nacht wie über Booking gebucht, habe ich 107,4 € zahlen dürfen, obwohl ich keine Frühstücke konsumiert habe (meine Wahl und angekündigt über Booking und bei der Ankunft). Schwache Beleuchtung, WLAN schlechter Empfang und TV Empfang sehr schlecht. Keine Halter für Handtücher im Bad, Duschen-abfluss verstopft. Schlechte Kissen.

The location is very good - near highway with excellent view of mountains, near lake with the option of hiking, the staff is very nice and the apartment is clean with beatiful view. At the breakfest you get everything you want, there is staff which ask you want you want to eat, to do you coffee, tea, milk or eggs. Thank you.

• Nuno (9/5): Cozy and Comfortable! - The rooms look to be recent refurbished and were clean, cozy and comfortable. The staff was also nice. Relative close to the Kaltenbach/Hochzilkertal ski Resort, 15/20 min by car. Nothing to complain about here :)
• Ana (10/5): Couple's Ski Getaway in Zillertal - The accomodation was very tasteful, clean and comfortable, the breakfast delicious. You also have a storage room for the ski equipment. For skiing, the location is a bit uncomfortable if you're going by car to, for example, Zillertal Arena in the weekend, as it can get crowded.

The owner did not offer anything (snack, bread, anything), aside the comment that we leave too early; that is uncommon in Austria and Germany, but can be, ok. In the morning we bumped into him when leaving, him coming back from buying breakfast stuff like Brötchen. Again no offer like „you wanna take some“, but asked my wife to come with him to check we actually paid (online). Otherwise polite while not really warm/welcoming. (Room: heating could not be regulated, but was ok.)

The room was perfectly equipped and located facing mountains. It was nice to have a served breakfast also. Very hospital kind owners. Excellent quality/value combo. Highly recommend!
• Myriamt (8/5): Very good - Very nice property, terrace overlooking the mountains was awesome ; big beautiful rooms (albeit a bit chilly except for the bathroom) No possibility to eat at the restaurant, was not aware that everything closes during the Xmas period. Had chosen this place for the location and for the fact that they had a restaurant - please specify this to customers from abroad as not everyone is aware. The only pizza take away that was open, had a min amount to spend - a little hard for a solo traveller to eat two large pizzas so I ended up not ending for Xmas evening, a little sad but a lesson learned.
