• H (9/5): Zeker een aanrader - Gastheer Martin en gastvrouw Michaela zijn fijne mensen. Op een natuurlijke manier doen Martin en Michaela er alles aan om het je naar het zin te maken. Villa Michaela zeker een aanrader!
• Robin (10/5): Winterstay Gerlos - Room was very clean and comfortable. Very nice balcony. Busstop is close to the apartment en goes every 15 minutes during the day. In the evening every half an hour. We very much likes the breakfast (even with strawberries en blueberries in winter). The hosts of Villa Michaela are very special. Very nice people who will do everything to ensure you have a pleasant stay. In short: perfect stay. Thanks for that.

• CJDuivenvoorden (9/5): Zeer fijn verblijf op en goede locatie en gezellige hosts. - Ik heb een zeer fijn verblijf gehad bij Villa Michaela. De eigenaren zijn zeer gezellige mensen die altijd voor je klaarstaan en helpen waar mogelijk. De kamers zijn ruim en schoon. Uitgebreid ontbijt. De villa ligt op ongeveer 5 minuten rijden van het centrum van Gerlos en de skilift, en voor de liefhebber stopt de bus ook zeer dichtbij. Ik zou hier de volgende keer zeker weer verblijven! -

Het ontbijt was kleinasschalig maar zeker prima! We hadden de comfortkamer die nieuw was, erg netjes. Het bereik van de WIFI was nog niet goed in de kamer.

• Peter (10/5): Herzliche Gastgeber, tolle Suite und ein gigantisches Frühstück. - Wir durften für eine Nacht in der Villa Michaela in Gerlos zu Gast sein – und was sollen wir sagen: es war ein rundum großartiges Erlebnis! Schon die Begrüßung durch Michaela und Martin (M & M😉) war so herzlich und überschwänglich, dass man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Man merkt sofort: hier sind Gastgeber am Werk, die ihre Sache mit Leidenschaft machen. Als einzige Gäste im Haus bekamen wir sogar ein Upgrade von einem normalen Doppelzimmer auf die großzügige Superior Suite – ein echtes Highlight, das wir nicht erwartet hätten. Vielen Dank noch einmal dafür! Das Frühstück verdient ein eigenes Kapitel: Für nur zwei Personen wurde ein Menü aufgetragen, das locker eine kleine Fußballmannschaft satt und glücklich gemacht hätte. Frisches Gebäck, regionale Spezialitäten, Obst, Aufschnitt, Käse, Eierspeisen und vieles mehr – wirklich alles, was das Herz begehrt. Und das, obwohl wir nur eine Nacht dort waren – umso erstaunlicher, mit welcher Herzlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit wir bedient wurden. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich noch Martin: Als leidenschaftlicher Mountainbiker kennt er die Region wie seine Westentasche. Mit großem Enthusiasmus gibt er Tipps zu Touren, Routen & Kartenmaterial – ein echter Schatz für alle, die die Berge sportlich entdecken wollen. Zum Abschied wurde uns sogar noch fröhlich gewunken – eine kleine Geste, die zeigt, wie persönlich und aufmerksam hier Gastgeber sein können. Fazit: Die Villa Michaela ist ein Ort, an dem man nicht nur übernachtet, sondern sich vom ersten Moment an zuhause fühlt. Wer Wert auf echte Herzlichkeit, überbordende Gastfreundschaft, großzügige Zimmer und ein königliches Frühstück legt, ist hier absolut richtig. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

• Dominyka (10/5): A wonderful place like home - A wonderful place – starting with the welcoming hosts who not only spoil you with delicious breakfasts but also help you choose the most beautiful hiking routes in the mountains... all the way to the modern, clean rooms. I highly recommend staying here!
• Adrien (10/5): Un très bel endroit pour séjourner dans le Tyrol - Super Bed&Breakfast dans une belle maison sur la route de Gerlos. Idéalement situé à l'écart du village mais proche des restaurants. Hôtes très sympathiques et bon petit déjeuner. Chambres très confortables.

Sehr gute Frühstücksauswahl, Zimmer sehr schön und stylisch renoviert. Alles top sauber 👍. Empfehlenswert! Nur wenige hundert Meter zur Bushaltestelle. Tolle Startmöglichkeiten für schöne Wanderungen.
• Wendy (10/5): Geweldig - Hele aardige hosts! We kregen tips over welke hike we het beste konden doen in onze korte tijd daar en het was het zeker waard. Heel veel leuke gesprekken gehad met Martin en Michaela. Ik zou deze BnB iedereen aanraden! Lekker ontbijt met veel keuze. Heerlijk bed, super geslapen door het geluid van de rivier die naast het gebouw loopt. Alleen maar lof voor deze geweldige BnB en geweldige hosts!
• Boris (10/5): The one that stands out. - Excellent accommodation, really friendly owners, they will go out of their way to accommodate you. If you're coming to Gerlos for hiking or bicycle riding this is the place to be. The owner is an avid hiker and bike rider, so he knows all the best trails for hiking/ riding, and the best places to stop and eat. Just say what level of route you want and he will give you a couple of options. As for the rest, the room was really clean and well equiped, the breakfast was great, you have a lot of options and won't be left hungry. It's one of those places that will make you wanna come back again, we know we are.

• Bryan (10/5): Exceptional - Really modern and efficient room. The bed was actually perfect and the room is quiet. Breakfast was good, also for vegetarians and for healthy people. We got some treats every day after the room was cleaned which was just what you need after a day of skiing (so thoughtful!). The owners go for the extra mile making us feel welcome and comfortable. Highly recommend!!
• Jasper (10/5): Best place in Gerlos🤩 - Upon arrival we felt completely at ease, Michaela and Martin are both excellent hosts, really really fantastic. Both enormously friendly and caring. Everything is clean and taken care of to perfection. Breakfast was top-notch every day, something you don't often see at big hotels. With the skibus you can get to the slopes very easily and quickly and cost really no effort. I would recommend this stay for everyone, Michaela and Martin thanks for your good care and attention for us we will come back 100%, you are fantastic🤩🤩 absolutely nothing.

Every day we got some fresh coffee capsules for afternoon coffee break and small sweets for all of us (parents+kid). All in all we cincerly enjoyed staying at villa Michaela and would recommend it to everyone. Thx guys!! The length of our stay... Should have been longer!!

This is a perfect score. - This was our final B&B during a 7 day trip through Germany and Austria, and without a doubt the highlight of the trip. The reception was really nice, the personel so nice and friendly. The rooms, to die for, perfect, luxurious, etc. We traveled as a family of 3 and the suite we booked had 2 rooms, wich was perfect for us. A really nice breakfast, a lot of variety and fresh fruit. Too bad we only booked 2 nights... Nothing, Michaela and Martin have it all figured out!

• Codrinus (10/5): Best stay ever! - Beautiful location, exceptionally well placed in a quiet area just at 4 mins drive to Gerlos Dorfbahn situated in the center of the town. The hosts were absolutely fabulous - Martin who is the most pleasant Brit we've ever came to know (no offence to the Brits, but he was absolutely marvelous), and Michaela who is by far an untipical Austrian lady, born and raised at the location of the Villa, both of them being very warm and friendly. They were the best hosts we ever encountered in our stays, providing us constantly with well rounded advice about the surroundings, places to start our skiing days depending on the weather, and also where to go eating so that we may finish the day by leveling the best expectations we had for our stay. Their hospitality outranked any other hosts we've met in our vacations, not only in Austria but also other parts of the world were hospitality is at it's best efforts, suffice to say that we had the chance to meet various people and cultures. As far as the rooms, the cleanigness, attention to the details and breakfast are concerend, it is our sincere oppinion that nothing of significance could have been done better than our hosts already did. Amazing efforts and attention were paid to our needs so that we truly felt more like lifetime friends than simple tourists or clients. Last but not least, Michela is preparing an absolutely amazing jam/marmelade! Be sure not to miss it if you decide to step their doorway, and also do not forget to ask them about the Kühle Rast where you definetly have to try the "Schweinhaxe", which I promise you that it just may be one of the best pork meat dishes you ever tasted, carefully and slowly cooked to perfection (for some good hours), and then taken to the next level as compared to whatever you might be expecting! To sum up, we highly recommend the Villa and location, and Michaela and Martin will most definetly rock your stay. Nothing! Everything was perfect.
• Natalia (9/5): 😍 - The room was perfect with balconies overlooking an incredibly beautiful river on one side, and on the other a clearing where there were alpacas (as well as modern design, clean, comfortable, the bed smelled nice, and there was a lot of varied food for breakfast). I would like to especially thank the owners: very caring, helpful and interesting people. Everything was great!

• Dedmer (10/5): The place to stay in Gerlos! - First of all, Martin and Michaela were a lovely couple, just as lovely as their villa. They were so friendly and helpful with things to do and see in the region. It was easy to communicate as Martin is from the UK and Michaela speaks English fluently as well. Rooms were very clean and tidy and beds were super comfy unlike anywhere in Austria. Good pillows! Breakfast every morning was a feast. Martin always made sure you had your tea or coffee and prepared your eggs the way you like it. We felt at home here and always had a chat with them about anything. When you go to Gerlos, you go to Villa Michaela! Absolutely nothing.

There was enough choice for breakfast. The location is also beautiful, we rode bikes, I recommend the electric bike which we didn't have :D. Sometimes the wifi connection was slower.
