Ruime kamer met een zeer mooi balkon. Super gaaf uitzicht met leuke eetgelegenheden om de hoek. De douchecabine is enorm klein, ik ben redelijk groot en kon er bijna niet in. We vonden het matras van het twee persoons bed enorm dun en we hadden echt last van onze rug de volgende morgen. Zeer beperkt ontbijt, niets warms, enkel een gekookt eitje. De koffie was ook niet lekker.

Właścicielka bardzo przyjazna i pomocna, świetnie doradziła nam wycieczki na jakie można pojechać z dziećmi, bardzo dobrze mówi po angielsku, to ważne z punktu widzenia osób bez niemieckiego. - Lisa (10/5): - Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Wir konnten schnell zur Bushaltestelle gehen, welcher nach Innsbruck oder Küthai angebunden war. Es gibt sehr viele Wanderungen im Umkreis, die wir meist aber mit Auto angefahren sind. Das Frühstück war lecker und die Besitzerin sehr nett und die Räumlichkeiten sehr sauber. Vielen Dank dafür! :)

Landhaus jsem si vybral jako výchozí bod... fenomenální snídaně,penzion krásný čistý a je zřejmé že paní majitelka má velký smysl pro detail....velkou výhodou pro nás.... majitelé jsou Slováci...dostal jsem spoustu typů na výlety které jsme podnikli....toto místo hodnotíme (já a synové) na 15 z 10ti..... mimo jiné prý je tady skvělá i zimní dovolená... už plánujeme na leden..... Absence ledničky na pokojích ale v suterénu je samoobslužný bar a lednice s chlazenými nápoji takže ...no problem 👍...
- ALEX (7/5): Joli dans un superbe environnement, mais un peu trop cher. - La maison était bien retirée du centre ville, et au pied des montages. Un paysage à couper le souffle, parfait pour se reposer. La maison disposait de tout ce qui est nécessaire pour héberger. Des tickets de bus pour aller à Innsbruck par la ligne 4166 sont offerts et inclus dans le prix des chambres. Chambre mignonne, simple, boisée. Bonne salle de bain ! Le rapport qualité / prix reste trop bas. C’est une maison d’hôtes et non un hôtel. De ce fait, les chambres ne sont pas régulièrement rangées ou entretenues, hormis si l’on reste au moins 4 nuits. La maison était vide, personne n’a ouvert, en arrivant environ une 1/2 heure avant l’horaire annoncé. Les collations ou boissons, si l’on souhaite les emporter, après petit déjeuner sont rendues payantes. Les enfants de l’hôte étaient souvent dans ses pattes, et n’étaient pas tenus au calme. Ce bruit inutile dans un établissement hôtelier (ou similaire) fait donc légèrement tache. L’ensemble suggère que la maison d’hôtes n’est pas suffisamment entretenue ou manque de personnel pour, et que les prix des chambres sont trop élevés du fait ou grâce à : des coûts de revenus trop importants pour l’hôte, et de la situation géographique qui est elle est superbe. C’est une agréable maison d’hôte mais trop chère pour ce qu’elle offre elle même individuellement.

- Anne-Fleur (10/5): Een droom! - De locatie is echt prachtig. Verbinding met ooenbaar vervoer is goed. Hebben veel kunnen zien. Daarbij zijn er vanuit de toeristenbond voordelen in de reizen met openbaar vervoer. Check dit bij het inchecken. Hele lieve mensen van het verblijf. Erg behulpzaam en hadden leuke tips. Daarbij heel gastvrij. De eetruimte kon ten allen tijde gebruikt worden.

- Skliven Rox (9/5): Sehr schöne Unterkunft - Schönes sauberes Haus. Die Besitzerin war vorab immer telefonisch erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Gute Nähe zu drei Restaurants. Parkplatz und Skikeller vorhanden. Die Gemeinschaftstoilette im Foyer war außer Betrieb. Bei einem Fünfbettzimmer hätten wir eine zweite Toilette schon gut gebrauchen können.

- Machteld (9/5): Prachtig gelegen gasthaus met fantastisch uitzicht en hele vriendelijke eigenaresse. - Hele vriendelijke eigenaresse die ons van uitgebreide informatie voorzag. S'ochtends bij het ontbijt vroeg ze altijd naar onze plannen voor de dag en waar nodig gaf ze dan waardevol advies. Ook als je wat miste kon je het haar vragen. Wij hadden een familiestudio. Deze was niet heel groot maar groot genoeg voor ons viertjes. Knus, gezellig en schoon. Niets. Misschien alleen beetje warm op de kamer maar je kon zelf wel de verwarming bedienen. Maar dat is in alle accomodaties in de Alpen 😀

- SVENGAAL (10/5): Very nice Guesthouse in a very nice location with very nice hosts - We loved the location of this guesthouse, nestled at the foot of the mountains, near a forest and a stream that could be heard from the room. The village is small and peaceful, perfect for relaxation, yet only about 20 minutes by car from Innsbruck. It’s also easy to reach local attractions, like the glacier, by car. We truly enjoyed our stay and regretted not booking more days, but we’ll definitely fix that next time, as we can’t wait to return. Next time we will choose a larger and more expensive room, to have access to that nice terrace.

- Boelo (8/5): - De vriendelijkheid en gastvrijheid. Omgeving van landhaus tyrol Ontbijt en dat de bar zelfbediening was. Je kon altijd koude drankjes halen wel tegen betaling natuurlijk Beetje krappe ingang douche. Als je een beetje stevig bent dan kan je er net door.
- Martin (9/5): Waren 4 Nächte und hatten schöne Wanderrouten erlebt. ;-) - Lage im Tal gut um interessante Wanderrouten zu erreichen. Lage ruhig. Gute Pizzeria in der Nähe. Die "WelcomeCard" konnten wir für kostenloses Parken und Berg-Bahnfahren verwenden. Frühstück ab 7:00Uhr: Ideal für Wanderer.

Przyjechaliśmy póżnym popołudniem i na drobne zakupy i kolację musieliśmy jechać do kolejnych miejscowości Brak chociaż baru w miejscowości, ale to oczywiście nie jest wina hotelu

- Olga (10/5): Прекрасные аппартаменты с лучшим видом! - Мы полюбили аппартаменты с первого взгляда! Прекрасный тихий городок, вид на горы просто завораживает. Мы приехали с детьми - нам дали 2 номера, которые соединялись маленьким коридором. Это было идеально! Удобные кровати, чистота! Балконы с лучшим видом! Хозяйка была очень добра к нам, мы чувствовали себя как дома! Завтрак был простой, но очень вкусный. Большой выбор хлеба, фруктов! Просторная парковка. Батут! Есть несколько ресторанчиков в городе. Отличная детская площадка с городе (ее было видно с балкона). Мы бы с удовольствием приехали еще!

- Brigitte (10/5): Wo - Das Landhaus Tyrol liegt in einem schönen Dorf mit mehreren guten und Restaurants und einer tollen Pizzeria. In der Dorfmitte befindet sich ein großartiger Spielplatz. Auch kulturell hat das kleine Dorf einiges zu bieten. Der Tyroler Abend hat uns sehr gefallen. Vom Landhaus Tyrol hat man von allen Seiten einen fanatischen Ausblick auf die Berge. Das Frühstück haben sehr genossen. Insgesamt ist das Landhaus Tyrol sehr sauber. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

- Julia (10/5): Absoluter Ruheort mit guten Anbindungen. - Die Unterkunft liegt in einem kleinen Örtchen. Hier kann man wirklich zur Ruhe kommen und abschalten. Unser Zimmer hatte einen Balkon mit einem schönen Blick auf die berge. Innerhalb des Ortes gab es drei Restaurants und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Man ist schnell in Kühtai oder Innsbruck. Das Personal war super freundlich und hat alles mit Herzblut gemacht. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet für einen Kurztrip und auch das kleine Frühstück hatte genug Auswahl um sich für den Tag zu stärken. Ein kleines Kneipp Bad ist ebenfalls direkt um die Ecke, ebenso wie ein kleiner Fluss/Bach. Das Badezimmer/Zimmer hätte etwas größer sein können. Es gab vier Betten aber mit vier Personen in dem Zimmer gleichzeitig zu essen wäre schwierig geworden. Da wir nur zu zweit waren, was das für uns nicht relevant.

Frühstück, sehr Außergewöhnlich, Abwechslungsreich und sehr Frisch. Mit Liebe zum Detail.. Das ist die erste Pansion, die wirklich für uns Top war ohne jegliche Beanstandungen, sehr Familier Gibt es nicht

La chambre avec balcon était conforme à nos attentes . La situation de la pension était très bien, super au calme, dans un décor de montagne très agréable. L'établissement était très propre . Le petit déjeuner était bien et copieux. un tout petit bémol sur la literie.
