• Patrycja (10/5): Great location and homely atmosphere - The biggest advantage is the excellent location – the property is located just opposite the ski bus stop, which is extremely convenient for skiing. Another big plus is the heated ski boot storage, so you can start each day comfortably with warm boots. A special mention goes to the very kind and welcoming owner, who creates a friendly and pleasant atmosphere. The breakfasts were delicious, fresh, and homemade, which made every morning enjoyable. The room was cleaned daily, and the level of cleanliness was very high. On the downside, the walls were quite thin, so you could hear the neighbors, which sometimes made it harder to relax. Additionally, the radiators did not work very well, and the room could get a bit cold.

• Dragos (10/5): Recommend it for peace and quiet holidays! - First of all the cleanliness of the location is impecable! Rita holds the house at an outstanding level of cleaning that's why she does it every day in your room and all of the house. Rita and her husband were great hosts very kind and helpful. We liked the special ski boot wordrobe that's very hot for the ski boots(it was great to put your legs in the morning in hot ski boots), also the ski luggage room is ok and roomy. The free ski bus pickes you up exactly from the front of the house and leaves you in the same place. The gondola is 2-3 minutes by bus so it's very convenient. Nothing especially

• Fedor (9/5): Charming stay with exceptional hosts - I was really happy with the staff; they took great care of me, making sure I had enough to eat and helped me quickly whenever I asked. The hotel has a handy place to store skis, lots of parking, big rooms, and a good variety of breakfast foods. Although breakfast started to get a bit monotonous after five days, I still liked it. I like how clean everything is, but I wish I could choose not to have my room cleaned every day. Also, the rooms could be a bit quieter, but because it gets quiet hours after 10 PM, I still slept well.

Sound does travel through the walls, so hope for considerate neighbours! Felt pressured to pay with cash in full prior to the end of the stay.

Everything was very clean and the property is ideally located for the Finkenberger Almbahnen (5 min walk) it would have been nice to have a double duvet instead of two single ones but not a major issue.
