• RK63 (10/5): - Sehr gute saubere und moderne Unterkunft, in der es an nichts fehlt. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
• Richard (10/5): Mooi gelegen hondvriendelijk mooi appartement - Zeer aardige ontvangst door de eigenaresse ( Helmi). Onze honden werden door haar verwend met een knuffel en hondensnacks. Alle denkbare apparatuur was in de keuken aanwezig. Grote badkamer met goede douche. De inrichting van het appartement en de ooenbare ruimte is sfeervol ingericht. Mooi uitzicht en rustig gelegen. We hadden een terras en tuin en keken uit op de bergen. Het bos begon naast het huis. Zeer veel wandelpaden. De supermarkt (Spar) ligt op loopafstand. Tijdens ons verblijf werden we door Helmi verrast met eigen gebakken cake en toen we na een kleine week vertrokken, kregen we nog eigengemaakte jam en flesjes water mee. De omgeving is zeer mooi. Veel te doen, wandelen, fietsen, stedenbezoek (Inssbruck). Honden zijn meer dan welkom! -
• Dorothea (7/5): Für eine Zwischenübernachtung prima, auch ein längerer Aufenthalt wäre unproblematisch gewesen. - Frühstück gab es leider nicht, aber es gab einen Wasserkocher, Teebeutel, bzw. eine Kapselmaschine für Kaffee mit Kapseln und etwas Obst. Die Lage war gut. Man konnte zu Fuß in den Ort , bzw. nächsten Restaurant gehen. Das Zimmer war klein, aber mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

• Raymond (10/5): Fantastisch - Vriendelijk ontvangst en een prachtige locatie. Wij hebben het geboekt als overnachting naar Italië. Het appartement had alles wat we nodig hadden.
• Will (10/5): Heerlijke locatie om na een lange reis te overnachten en de volgende dag weer verder te reizen. - Vriendelijkheid van de eigenaresse. Heerlijk bed hierdoor uitgerust wakker geworden. Er viel niets tegen.
• D (9/5): - Het verblijf is makkelijk te vinden en ligt vrijwel direct langs de Fernpass in een rustig dorpje. De host was super vriendelijk en geeft ook leuke tips voor eten en activiteiten in de buurt. Vanaf het prive terras (gelegen achter de auto's op de parkeerplaats) heb je een prachtig uitzicht. De kamer zelf is niet super groot maar bevat wat je nodig hebt. De badkamer is wel ruim, schoon en heeft een heerlijke regendouche. Wij zouden zeker nog eens terugkomen en bevelen dit verblijf dan ook zeker aan!

Součástí zdarma je káva, čaj Koupelna je sice jen pro vás, ale je přístupná ze společné chodby. Tedy pokud jste si rezervovali dvoulůžkový pokoj, který je v patře a má společnou chodbu s majitelkou
• Hannelore (9/5): Heerlijk plek gehad, al was het kort - Voor onze doorreis vanuit Nederland naar Italië wilde we in Oostenrijk(niet te duur) overnachten-je slaapt er alleen maar. Het is een prima plekje daarvoor.(er zijn ook grotere kamers schijnt voor langer verblijf). We hebben zelfs gelijk vanuit appartement nog een boswandeling kunnen maken. Mooie supermarkt dichtbij. Zouden zo nog eens terug gaan W.s. is het in de winter drukker en meer te doen?!

• Simas (1/5): Dirty everywhere, dog smell in the room, stuffy room with no ventilation and mosquito nets - The positive - nice location, small mountain village, beauty around. The negative!! Where do I start? First: The place was incredibly dirty. We arrived late and there was nowhere to go, in other case we would have left immediately. As soon as we opened the entrance, the floor and stair were very dirty, fool of crumbs. Then we entered the room, the floor looked like it has not been cleaned for months, full of crumbs and dirt everywhere. The bed sheets had at least 10 human hair on them. The bathroom sink had small particles on it (supposedly someone’s food after brushing teeth). Towels had some inexplicable dirt on them. When we called the host, well the lady perhaps is not bad, but seemed lost, when we showed her the dirt she just kept saying “whet happened, I do not know what happened, it is clean, look it is clean”, even though she herself saw thet it is not, or maybe it is normal for her. Second, the room had a very strong smell, I suppose dog smell, because this hotel is very dog friendly as some reviews state. No ventilation in the room. Third, as there is no ventilation and air conditioner you have to keep windows open and there are no mosquito nets, which means that we were eaten by them at night. And last, the bathroom is not a private bathroom as it is stated in the booking, but private external bathroom, which means that to enter it you go through corridor, where you can meet other people. I wrote it all above.

• Artis (10/5): A fresh "pearl" in Tyrolean Alps - Alpenperle is an almost "brand new" guest house slightly off the major traffics/routes. We were met by a very friendly host who told us all we needed and guided us to nearby place for a fantastic local dinner. There is also a grocery store nearby. Room was of a decent size and we had enough space for three of us. There is a fridge, coffee machine, kettle. Location is quiet, easily accessed by car.

• Michael (6/5): The booking.com web page for this property is deceptively misleading. - New build very modern bedroom/bathroom with excellent hi-tech fixtures and fittings, excellent location, very peaceful location in the Austrian Alps. A bit of a disappointment though, the booking.com web page for this property is deceptively misleading, it shows apartments with a kitchen and alpine views from bedroom balconies. However, what was not clearly and sufficiently explained was that our booking was for just a bedroom, the bathroom was not on- suite, and was accessed via a stair landing. Secondly and more misleading was that our terrace with table chairs with an Alpine Mountain view was accessed by exiting the bedroom, down the stairs, exiting the property, turn right and right to the side of the property where the cars are parked. Not the ideal location for a morning or evening coffee, lugging drinks, and food up and down the stairs and in an out of locked doors. Finally, the view from our bedroom was of a bus parking depot and a public foot path, and not he gorgeous Alpine Mountain views shown on the Booking.com web page. Then again who would book the bedroom we had if a picture of the bus parking depot was shown. This was one of 12 properties booked for this European tour, disappointed also to find just one coffee capsule each, all remaining properties left of 12 coffee capsules. Not that I would drink or need 12 cups of coffee for a one-night stay but, it’s just the thought that counts. Had it been clearly explained and correctly depicted in photographs on the Booking.Com page what we were actually booking we clearly would not have booked this particular property. You can see the response from the property below, make your own assessment! In any event maybe due to translation issues the property has failed to identify the core of the complaint. Let alone acknowledge the key point i.e. it is false representation to advertise the property and its features in the manner in which they have selected to do so. In the UK this is false representation and is designed to mislead and misguide a customer into to something they think they are purchasing but in realty is very far from the actual reality and the

• Alessandro (8/5): Nice and quite place where to enjoy the mountains view - The apartment is quite new and it is located in a very nice location. We received an upgraded room for free and this allowed our family to enjoy the one night staying. We believe that it would be nice to stay a little bit longer and to enjoy the nearby hiking trails, especially in the sunny season. The host can communicate without any problem in English. Some more precise indications from the main street would be really appreciated. The price for the small size apartment is definitely too expensive for its value but it is not that different from the similar available options.
