• Julia (10/5): - Es war alles super sauber. Das essen im dazugehörigen Restaurant war wirklich sehr gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist großzügig gestaltet sodass für jeden etwas dabei ist.

• Manuela (10/5): Toller Aufenthalt - Waren 3 Nächte um Wien zu erkunden. Die Lage ist perfekt. Der Bahnhof war in 5 Minuten zu fuss zu erreichen. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte jeden Tag eine tolle Auswahl und es wurden auf Wunsch eier frisch zubereitet. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und großzügig ausgestattet. Es war auch sehr ruhig. Essen im Restaurant war unglaublich gut auch hier super nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es hab nichts was uns negativ aufgefallen wäre.

• LAURENT (10/5): Lieu très agréable pour se ressourcer après une grosse journée à Vienne - L'accueil a été chaleureux, la chambre est très spacieuse et la salle d'eau est très fonctionnelle (WC séparé de la salle d'eau). L'établissement est super propre et récent. On mange très bien sur place avec des spécialités très bien cuisinées. L'établissement se trouve dans une commune calme, à 20 minutes de Vienne. On peut aussi utiliser le train car il y a une station à 10 minutes à pied, de l'hôtel.

I would especially highlight the attentiveness and kindness of the staff. We have stayed in many 3 star hotels in Austria. Unfortunately this one did not even come close to their quality. The floors creaked and the furniture was old. The rooms could do with a renovation. In Austria, similar category accommodation is of better quality.

We booked a spacious apartment with a kitchen and fridge, but got a tiny room with just two beds and a bathroom. No cleaning, no towel or linen change during 3 nights. Breakfast was very limited and below basic standard. The staff was unhelpful regarding the clear booking mistake. Far from the city center — about 40+ minutes each way. Not worth the price. We would not stay here again.
