• Steve (3/5): Der Kunde, der nur 1 Nacht bucht, ist hier definitiv NICHT WILLKOMMEN! - Lage is super zentral Wir haben 1 Nacht gebucht, da wir nur auf der Durchreise waren und dies ja über Booking.com möglich war (es gab keinen Mindestaufenthalt!). Dies wurde uns von der Hausherrin gleich beim „unfreundlichen Empfang“ regelrecht um die Ohren geschmissen. Warum man nur eine Nacht bucht??Originalton der Dame: „Sie haben doch Geld. Sie können doch 4 oder 5 Nächte buchen aber nein ihr bucht nur eine Nacht!!“ Wir wollten einfach nach dem Skifahren ein Bett zum Schlafen und eine Dusche. Wir haben nur den Anspruch, dass es sauber sein sollte. Mit dem Zimmer im Keller hatten wir kein Problem. Auch wenn dies der ehemalige Wellnessruheraum war und dort einfach 4 Betten (Matratzen allerdings fürchterlich - man rollte stets zur Mitte hin) und eine Couch reingestellt worden. Das war für uns ok. Es war alles sauber. Aber sobald man der Dame des Hauses über den Weg lief, schimpfte diese frustriert permanent über Leute, die nur 1 Nacht buchen, über die Hotels mit großen Betten, über Leute, die alle nur noch grimmig sind. Die einzige Person, die gefrustet und grimmig war, war jedoch sie selbst. Auch beim Frühstück kam sie ununterbrochen an den Tisch und schimpfte weiter, dass die Pensionen kaputt gemacht werden durch die großen Häuser usw. Wir waren froh, als wir endlich abreisen konnten. Ohne diese Dame wäre es ok gewesen aber mit dieser Dame ein absolutes „No Go!“ So behandelt man keine Gäste! Für uns nie wieder diese Pension.

• Martin (5/5): Snídaně nebyla k dispozici, docela zklamání😩 - Objednal a zaplatil jsem si pokoj se snídaní. V ubytování mi bylo sděleno, že snídaně nebude, docela jsem byl překvapen. Jedeme s přítelkyní na kole a snídaně je pro naši cestu docela zásadní. Jak budeme tuto situaci řešit? Bylo deklarováno, snídaně v ceně. Děkuji Martin Kaňka
• Carsten (10/5): - Ein toller freundlicher Empfang. Ein großes Zimmer und ein großer Balkon mit schönem Blick. Alles sauber, Frühstück ausreichend und lecker.

• Štěpán (1/5): Use this accomodation only in case of emergency, not NOT suitable when travelling with children - The location did fit our needs. The personal was unfriendly, from the room we could hear noices from the outside of the appartment (something in the garden), the breakfast was very poor (nothing to choose from - only salami and bread)
• V.h. (10/5): Lovely stay - A family of 4 and 2 smaller kids had a lovely stay as we had a night to sleep to travel to Italy. We have been recieved absolutely lovely by the host. The room was clean and big enough with a beautiful view. The breakfast was very nice with homemade jam and apple juice and nice coffee. The smell of sigarets downstairs. But not in the room.

• Jan (7/5): Good - Surprisingly a very quiet place, though pretty close to the motorway. The owner is obviously a heavy smoker -- smoke is all over the ground floor, including the dining rooms.
• Nam (6/5): Pleasant - Breakfast is good. The pension owner arranged a big room for my family instead of two separate double rooms as I booked. She asked me for the acceptance in advance but didn’t inform me on that big room is on the basement. It was not good to stay in basement room.
