- Robert (9/5): -
- Debra (9/5): Beautiful cottage and I will be recommending to my friends. - A beautiful little cottage with all the amenities anyone could need.
Bed was sooo comfy and the whole cottage was so clean.
A really easy walk to town and it was in a really quiet area.
The kitchen was small but didnt lack for anything.
It exceeded expectations.
- Andrew (10/5): A great self contained apartment where we always have a relaxing break. Very hospitable hosts. - A great self contained apartment. We have been here a few times and it is a very nice place for a couple to have a relaxing holiday. Nothing
- Mark (8/5): Great location and comfort.I would stay there again. - Location was excellent, quiet but close to centre of town and. only 9 minutes from Morgan Park raceway. No dishwasher and lack of instructions for tv.
- Colin (10/5): We had a lovely time and will probably stay there again. - It was very cute, clean and comfortable. Other guests on shared veranda were a bit noisy.
- Gabriel (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely location and nice and warm during winter.
- Jack (6/5): Pleasant - Location is good, very clean Even with heater on it was to cold. To much noise from other house.
- Paul (9/5): An excellent option for a short stay in Warwick. - Great location within easy reach of all Warwick and nearby attractions. A cosy apartment furnished to a high standard with a very comfortable bed. Not significant but a mat for wet feet inside the door would have been a good addition to the multiple ones outside.
- Amber (10/5): A fantastic house for a group - wish we had a second night to make the most of it - Location, cleanliness, space, facilities
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional -
- Robert (9/5): Superb -
- Ollie (8/5): Great location and facilities, but if booking the cottage be aware it can be rowdy at night. - The room itself was great. Good facilities, easy parking and comfy bed. Powerpoint in the carport for an EV was also great. The Cottage backs onto a shared living area, which depending on the other guests can get very rowdy. Was kept up with people drinking and yelling for one of the nights until midnight.
I had to kill a cockroach in the bedroom :( It is Queensland, but maybe some insect spray would help.
Small thing, but the fire had some wood but no lighter, kindling or fire lighters (the fire lighter container was empty and lighter had no gas left).
- Gerald (10/5): Very comfortable stay in a lovely cottage that completely suited my purposes - Comfortable and cozy with all the necessary kitchen equipment.
Great communication from the host .
Perfectly located for my event .
- Roseann (10/5): Exceptional - Very spacious for two people and also quite cozy!
- Meg (10/5): Exceptional - A little slice of magnificent. The best place to stay in Warwick
- Vanessa (8/5): The adjoining cottage shares the verandah and the guests were loud, obnoxious and inconsiderate, and left the light on a - It is very quaint and cozy. Beautifully decorated and a perfect size for a couple on a short stay. The shared verandah has no sound proofing, offering no privacy from neighboring guests.
- Deirdre (10/5): Lovely, warm and inviting cottage. - An array of condiments for breakfast options. Private and quiet, with a separate entrance.
- Peter (10/5): No brainer, if stopping in Warwick, book here. - Quiet, off street undercover parking, excellent facilities and amenities, fresh bread, coffee and tea, spreads, cereal, different milks, full size fridge and freezer, much more than we expected. Plus in winter there is a combustion timber heater with wood supplied. So much better than a motel, plus adjacent to centre of town. Nothing
- Sharon (8/5): Great place to stay - Comfortable and homey
- Graham (9/5): Superb -
- John (10/5): Relaxing and quiet. - The undercover parking. Nothing.
- Shannon (9/5): Superb -
- Kay (6/5): Woken very early from the tradies in the house. - Liked the deck area, and would prefer closer to Main Street Would like more comfort lounge chairs in lounge area.
- Rolyntha (10/5): Exceptional -
- Greig (10/5): Pittstop, your only stop - Plenty of off street parking, under cover and room for a trailer with bikes. Plenty of yard for kids if you have them and well stocked. The place was fantastic. Nothing
- Lather (8/5): Very good -
- Heather (5/5): Passable - A good light breakfast was provided. Bread to toast with jam and butter provided.
Tea and coffee provided. Juice was also provided.
- Prudon (10/5): Wonderful.. - Location perfect.. we could walk to The Coffee Club for our morning caffeine hit. Could have been colder so we could have had a fire going.....
- Andrew (9/5): Lovely, comfortable and quiet lodge close to the centre of Warwick - The lodge was really quiet, comfortable and in a convenient location. It was very clean and well stocked with everything you might need. The owners have put a lot of thought and effort into it. Nothing to complain about at all.
- Chris (9/5): Superb - Location to town is only 10 minutes walk. The cottage is cosy and the bed is megga comfy.
- John (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chris (9/5): Great value highly recomeded - Great variety of Breakfast available , such a cosy cottage, super cosy bed and an easy 10 min walk to town or only 5 if you need fast food for kids.
- Black (8/5): Very good -
- Toni (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sue (10/5): Cosy cottage for one or two people - Cosy and comfortable and near to the centre of town. Owners were very organised and at hand if I needed any assistance.
- Jennifer (10/5): Overnight on the way home - It was well appointed and comfortable. No complaints.
- Danielle (10/5): Exceptional - The cottage had air-conditioning and a fireplace. The linen and towels were beautiful. The cupboards and fridge were stocked with breakfast foods. The bed was super comfortable. A quiet cottage nice and close to the centre of town. Exceptional value. Everything was perfect
- Heather (9/5): Superb -
- Deborah (9/5): Superb -
- Janet (6/5): Clean little cottage but not what we expected. - Location, staff very friendly . The booking was a bit ambiguous as thought from the photos we had two bedrooms. We were two friends not a couple. They came and set up the sofa bed when we called. It is a tiny cottage attached to the main house. We went back and looked at the listing and even though it was probably our mistake I am sure others would be confused as well. No hot plates or oven, microwave only. The lounge was right beside the verandah which is shared with whoever is in the house so very noisy if that group is using it. Lots of cartons of milk in fridge but most had been opened along with a large tub of margarine which was half used. I expect unopened perishables and being long life milk had no idea how long it had been open for.
- Ron (9/5): We will come back and stay longer - We had the Cottage and it was really nice with great decor and wood fireplace. Light breakfast included was good. Close to town and restaurants all was good
- Ken (6/5): Good value for money and a quiet stay - We liked the privacy and the location so we could walk to town Most of the amenities met our requirements, the rest was personal taste
- Wilson (10/5): This is our 2nd time stay in this property and we will come back again soon. That explained a lot. 😀 - Clean place, warm and location …. Right next to Mac’s and hungry Jack for 6 kids and enough beds for these kids lol.. 2 mins Short drive to town centre.
- Geoffrey (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jeffrey (8/5): Very good -
- Chloe (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mark (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pocock (8/5): Very good -
- Regina (9/5): Superb -
- Alan (4/5): A nice place ..... on paper - Well-appointed, comfy bed. good aircon, off-street parking We stayed in the small Pitstop Cottage at the rear, which is attached to a much larger house (also available for booking) — the house shares walls and a verandah with the cottage. On paper, the cottage should be idyllic — in a back street of Warwick, away from traffic yet close to amenities, quiet, well-appointed, good aircon, off-street parking, etc. etc. However, the idyll can prove ephemeral if that larger home is rented out to large group (6?) with four noisy utes + beer cans. We checked out early, leaving at 6 p.m. on the night before we were scheduled to go — rather have a restful sleep at home, thank you! Regrettably, we won’t be back. Pity, because it’s a nice place ….. on paper.
- Alan (8/5): Well appointed, conveniently located, would book again (but hope the wifi is fixed!) - Handily situated not far from the CBD, but in a quiet street, and the accommodation is set well back from the road anyway. Car parking is undercover. Facilities are very good, with pretty much everything you could need for a short stay. Bed is comfortable, and kitchen is well equipped. Aircon works well, and TV reception is fine. Only downer was the wifi — of the two listed SSIDs (GUEST51 and GUEST55), the former was never visible, and the latter was only intermittently visible — sometimes you could see and connect to it, sometimes you could see it but not connect to it, and sometimes it just wasn't visible at all. On the occasions you could actually connect to it, speed was reasonable (15-20 Mbps download), but then it would just disconnect after a period anyway. (We tried it with multiple iPads, so this wasn't a device issue.) Ended up using our phones for internet connection, but the wifi perhaps needs further investigation — it was certainly flaky during our two-night stay. .......... Without this issue, would have rated Pitstop Lodge excellent all around.
- Edward (10/5): Excellent in every way - Excellent in every way.
- Parker (9/5): Convenient, bright, clean and comfortable...lovely hot water pressure in the shower - Breakfast good...rooms comfortable and fresh and clean. Overall a very good impression and stay. No lights on sign in the street made it difficult to find the property at night. Insufficient information to locate cottage door at rear of building...no outside lighting to identify the door to cottage.
- Melinda (10/5): Exceptional - The whole feel of the place was amazing The mattress was very hard & uncomfortable
- Kate (10/5): Perfect stop over on our long trip south - Everything
- Paige (10/5): Great service, lovely homely and comfortable cottage. - The owner was informative and lovely. The bed was very comfortable, lovely property and facilities. Nothing.
- Tricia (10/5): It was great -
- Robert (10/5): Exceptional -
- Benjamin (10/5): Easy, warm & cozy. Will return. - Property was easy to access, had parking off the road, friendly staff, close to the town ( walking distance to restaurants ). Property was clean & well equipped for the stay. No complaints
- Garry (9/5): Superb -
- Michael (8/5): Very good - Great value & great accommodation Nothing
- Cecilia (10/5): fantastic - Quite location but close enough to walk or quick car drive to shop /restaurants. So great that bread/cereals /butter /jam/big bottle of milk provided for an easy breakfast. Highly recommended best cafe- Warwicks Gardens Galore, best dinner(American bbq) -Bluebird kitchen & smokehouse. nothing..definitely come back again
- Travis (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (9/5): Superb -
- Bernd (9/5): Superb -
- Stuart (4/5): great house and facilities but the neighbours dog was a nuisance - space and comfort the neighbours dog barking till the early hours
- Jennie (10/5): Very comfortable and exactly what we needed as a family group, to be able to relax together. - Breakfast was substantial. Tho we did bring our own. The raisin toast was a treat. All good.
- Alex (9/5): Superb - Very friendly, very accommodating, nice area, very clean and feels like home away from home.
- Caitlin (10/5): Exceptional - The cottage was in a quiet location and the owner Yve was lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. It was very cosy! The cottage has a high stained glass window that that has no blind over it and therefore really lights up the room if people are using the communal deck. The deck is directly adjacent to the room so you can hear everything that is being said by those using it. I stayed with my 10 month old baby and thankfully the people using it were quiet and finished early but I probably wouldn’t book again with my baby and run the risk of it being used by people late into the night. But apart from that, it was a lovely stay.
- Lichelle (9/5): Superb -
- Paul (9/5): Superb - The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The cottage was clean and close to restaurants.
- Helen (9/5): Lovely quiet stay close to town with touches of home - Breakfast was basic but a good quality continental breakfast with nice fresh bread, cereal and a nice plunger coffee We only stayed one night and everything was lovely - could not fault it!
- Kathryn (8/5): Pitstop Cottage was a peaceful and homely place where I would stay again if visiting Warwick - Staying in Pitstop Cottage was like being in a cosy home with alot of character with a very comfy bed .
It was in a quiet location with offstreet parking and only a few minutes drive from the town centre
The owner, Yve was friendly and gave her guests suggestions on places to visit One sinks into the leather lounge opposite the television, while material lounge under the television is very comfortable with more back support- suggestion perhaps swap the two lounges around if the material lounge fits on opposite wall .
I couldn't find an iron and ironing board in the cottage. It would be nice to have a bench seat to sit on under the tree !
- Eve (9/5): would stay again ,clean and comfortable and nice owners - comfortable, clean and tidy ,close to town with cooling or heating if needed ,we enjoyed our stay
- Lylewalker (9/5): Very comfortable suite and friendly hosts - I liked the way the hosts went out of their way to offer facilities and provide advice on local Warwick restaurants. The suite was well furnished and the neighbourhood quiet at night. Nothing really to say.
