- Sandy (7/5): Overpriced, - Cleanliness No off street secure parking. No washing machine, even though there was a clothes line, the towels dont dry on the hooks even though we had the window open. An clothes aier would be good in the garage.No security screern door. Having tonput our own rubbish out!!

- John (3/5): Disappointing - Location is very good. Expensive for a difficult to access room at the back of a house. Poor internet connection no microwave clothes line but no washing machine no dishwasher no pool or extra amenities which would be available for same price in motel/hotel.

- Peter (8/5): Enjoyed our stay in Sawtell and Sea Pine Studio added to that experience. - Unit very nicely refurbished. We were fortunate that the house to which the unit was attached was not occupied during our stay - that could have made our time there quite difficult with access, parking and privacy. Booking-in experience was somewhat onerous but worked in the end. Unit could do with a few additions to make it better: 1) Hand towel hooks or racks in the ensuite, 2) Tea towel rail or hook in kitchen 3) Move the toilet roll holder forward to be in a useable position.
