- Kirstie (10/5): Absolutely loved it! - Everything! It’s a beautiful duplex like place with own space and everything you could need I didn’t quite understand how to find it but was a simple answer
- Marion (10/5): Enjoyed stay - Host very friendly and so helpful.
- Shane (8/5): - Homely and private
- Robert (8/5): - It was a pleasure staying here.
- Margaret (7/5): Comfortable unit, value for money. This solo senior traveller felt welcome and safe. Helpful host. - Very helpful and friendly host.
Quiet and spacious, convenient to family I was visiting.
Onsite parking. A number of repairs need doing, eg big kitchen drawer that jammed open and blocked bathroom entrance, bathroom door that won't stay shut.
Bathroom needs a shelf. Very awkward having to bend down low to cupboard under vanity.
Exhaust fan cover in bathroom needs cleaning - it shed dust whenever fan turned on.
Switch arrangement for lights and fan/air con very complicated. A written instruction list in a guest information folder would be very helpful.
- aurelien (8/5): A quiet and practical place, close to shops and easy to access. - The proximity to shops was very convenient, and the private entry to the accommodation offered a nice sense of independence and privacy during my stay. the induction cooktop didn’t work with the pans provided, so it was impossible to use it. Also, there were no blackout curtains in the kitchen, which made the whole room bright as soon as the sun came up.
- Peter (3/5): - Comfortable bed , large shower .full size refrigerator. Very dated , toilet is right next to the kitchen , lots of road noise ! Uneaven tiles from kitchen to lounge/bed area .
- Lisa (8/5): Lovely hosts, Very good value for a stay and comfortable - Lovely hosts - very welcoming and available
Very comfortable bed, lovely and clean, great location for my needs in that area. Its an older property, but everything supplied.
- Boase (10/5): - The quiet and yeah just a clam vibe in the place Having to leave
- Tam (9/5): -
- Peter (5/5): Passable - Bedding very comfortable and clean. Warm.
Washing machine worked well. As we entered the property weed's on threshold and net curtain ripped. Sliding filthy.
Back garden area unkempt and back door filthy.
Shower room extremely small.
Power socket on wall in bathroom fell out after removing hair-dryer.
Bathroom and toilet very close to cooking area.
Cockroach poo in cupboabove cooking rings.
- Tali (1/5): Not reliable, cancelled last minute after full payment - Cancelled very last minute after I had made full payment due to double booking. Caused major inconvenience as I had to find somewhere else to stay last minute.
Not reliable
- Matthew (3/5): Poor -
- Elliott (10/5): Exceptional - A nice cosy place run by a kind family. They have been helpful and considerate of my experience here, especially with the cyclone that happened during the weekend while staying here.
- Nicole (1/5): Wouldn't put my Granny in it. - Nothing. The accommodation wasn't even worth $126.00 a night. The location. Attached to the hosts property, granny flat. Sheer curtains meant no privacy. The bathroom/ toilet door didn't close or lock and opened to sheer curtains at the back yard of owners. The lock didn't work to the back yard. They have a dog the barked in the middle of the night and very early morning. The lights are illegal and not installed by an electrician. The shower drain is not flush to the tiles and catches your toes. Mould throughout shower recess and floor. Leftover toiletries. Left over coffee. Stove looks unsafe sitting on an old dishwasher that won't open. All floor mats old mismatched. Patches in curtains old falling apart. Bedside lights doesn't work. No clothes rack inside. Walks and door frames dirty with dead bug splat and hand prints. Microwave was dirty on arrival. Took photos so can verify everything mentioned. Soend an extra $20 and go anywhere else. Area is very very noisy with traffic and aircraft's.
It's an old unsafe granny flat that would be meet council safety requirements.
- Ali (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jade (7/5): Good, very comfy & definitely will book again, I’ll just bring ear plugs - The bed was soo comfy & the parking was easy & the location was great for what we needed. Mary Ann was lovely & very easy to deal with :) The dogs next door were barking a lot but that’s not really the accomodations fault
- Dal (5/5): Passable - Spacious tile floor armchair comfortable bed The washing machine faulty. Not programmable.2 hours was the set program that would not stop. Damaged my clothes.
. I complained about the electric plate that was too weak to boil water.. owner replaced it with one without instructions booklet.
Decor outdated
- Georgina (3/5): Poor - It took us two hours to find the property as we were not given the street number. The pictures are out of date
- Zain (10/5): Exceptional -
- Christine (7/5): I got more than l was expecting - I found the bed very comfortable. The room was like a studio apartment attached to a house which l was not expecting. However, the hostess was very helpful yet unintrusive. The room contained a kitchenette with 2 burner stove top plus microwave but also came with a dishwasher and washing machine which would be convenient for longer stays. Nothing to complain about
- Phil (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lezel (1/5): This property cancelled my booking the day after I made payment and have not refunded me for the payment and only contac - Nothing Nothing
- Donovan (10/5): Comfortable and safe. - Comfortable and nice staff.
- Warren (2/5): Very poor -
- Lincoln (1/5): Don't Stay Here!! - I paid $118 for an uber from the airport to find someone already in the room. They apparently cancelled my Paid for booking with a message that read "We cannot pursue the booking." What does that even mean? No sorry, No explanation. They wouldn't answer the Door or the phone even though they were there. I had to try to find accommodation at 6pm on a Saturday in Brisbane. More expense and more ubers. Not happy at all.
- Lyn (5/5): Would not stay there again, and would not recommend - The property was really dirty, with parts of it unfinished. Eg: paint work not finished, curtains not functional, no opening windows. Dirty unfinished tile work in shower. Was quite a disgrace.
- Bronwyn (8/5): Pleasant 2 weekend nights - Comfortable bed. Shampoo & conditioner & soap gel supplied. Coffee, long life milk, salt & pepper, cleaning products all supplied. It had a washing machine & a dish washer. A 3 seater lounge & good sized TV. Close to IGA, bakery, fish & chip shop. Good sized refrigerator. No street number supplied & the wrong suburb plus no signage. We had trouble with the internet hence TV. Owner’s son assisted.
- Kukreja (10/5): Exceptional -

- Sh (10/5): Exceptional -
- Robert (1/5): Backyard renovators - Absolutely nothing! Tiny television, backyard renovation s,furniture salvage d from kerbside pick-up, paintwork on all walls just slapped on,one flat pillow each, too scared to switch on air con incase it caught on fire
