- Dario (10/5): -
- Florence (8/5): - Très beaux abords, jardin, propre, bien équipé. Pas d’eau chaude… c’est vraiment dommage pour le prix payé
- Michelle (10/5): Will book again , super handy location very nice ! - Loved it !

- molina (9/5): We had a great stay just outside of town. Spent 3 nights and was able work in th shared space during the day. Very good - Room was clean and airy and spacious. Good sized bathroom. The pool was not in good/clean condition.
- Jasey (10/5): Exactly right. Peaceful and quiet. I am glad I had my car. - I loved the vibe, my room. The verandah off my room. The communal areas. The pool. It was all exactly what I needed for my 2 night solo retreat. I liked they had a folder with a few suggestions. Its on a main road so a little noisy. I didn't know Clark beach was near by. I didn't like the plastic plates.
- Jessica (10/5): Only a short 5-min drive to the main town, and far enough so that it’s quiet and relaxing. Will definitely be staying ag - Clean and aesthetically pleasing. N/A
- Jane (6/5): Disappointing really. - Comfortable bed and good location. 1. It was a bit tricky getting in to the room initially as the property is unmanned so information was provided in an email which was very difficult to read on my phone.
2. The suites all share a large seating area and kitchen in another part of the building which is fine, but there was no fridge or coffee making facilities in the room.
3. The garden furniture was dirty, both on the verandah to the room and beside the pool so didn’t really want to use it!

- Elias (9/5): Great stay, would book again. - Location great, and photos matched the reality. Common area was amazing, and the coffee machine was great to wake up too.

- Oliver (8/5): -
- Abiral (8/5): -
- Campbell (9/5): - The room, the shared facilities and the pool area There was no hot water when I had a shower at 9.30am, so maybe upgrading that
- Niino (9/5): -
- Denisa (10/5): Green oasis a little away from hustle and bustle - We loved the property and we loved our stay! Would definitely stay again

- Preksha (10/5): Amazing - The whole place was beautiful The AC had a heater but did not work
- Fillipe (10/5): -
- Lily (10/5): -
- Katie L Coleman (7/5): - It was pretty Very strict rules, we were to scared to use any of the facilities as there was a lot of signage about noise and getting kicked out for breaking rules. No staff on sites.
- Tahnee (9/5): Absolutely lovely and comfortable accommodation. - Coastal decor. Plenty of space in bedroom and ensuite. And huge common areas with everything you need. Not major but road noise was noticeable.
- Natasha (9/5): -
- Raphaela (8/5): -
- Lauren (8/5): I really loved the location and room was excellent, but minor issues could do with some fixes. - I like the self contained unit, and the shared but private spaces. The parking was good, room was clean, bathroom nice and well looked after. Spacious room, with clearance on the bed to put suitcases underneath. TV needs to be bigger - even when sitting on the couch directly in front of it, it was very small.
Pool needs to be cleaned and the pool chairs maintained. The yard should be maintained daily or every two days to make the yard nicer/cleaner.
Could help to have clear delineation where the private courtyard / deck bit is for rooms 1 & 6 as rooms advertised as having private outdoor area without the chairs etc that make it clear.
- lindsay little (8/5): Nice stay if in town - Lovely setting at the rear of the house, lounge and kitchen area we're really nice Road noise was very loud and door to communal area being slammed all the time, needs a soft closure fitted
- Niamh (10/5): Great - Was a great property. Really clean and really good facilities The location is a bit out of Byron town. Didn’t bother us
- Webb (10/5): A lovely home away from home, close enough to Habitat for work & town for dinner, drinks or shopping - I love staying at Sunrise Guesthouse when I'm in town for work - it feels like a home away from home. I'd love it if laundry facilities were available for guests (washing, drying and an iron)
- Lisa (8/5): Guest house was lovely and ambience with clean rooms and facilities. Will definitely come back - Pool was very clean and house was quiet Busy road and one way drive in
- George (10/5): Great place to stay just slightly out of Byron area (25 min walk) - Clean, modern room with excellent shared kitchen and lounge area. Nothing
- Norma (10/5): - Gostei de tudo! Adorei! Não gostei da demora no envio do codigo chave para acessar o apartamento. Por sorte chegou uma responsável pela limpeza e resolveu o meu problema. Foi uma coincidência e não um atendimento aos meus apelos.
- Joyce (8/5): -
- Corlea (10/5): Luxurious Tranquillity - Beautiful decor and tranquil setting. We loved our room with the view of the pool. Guest facilities (kitchen and living room) are huge and coffee machine in the kitchen was great. A little further away from the town, but walkable. About a 5 km return walk.

- Maria Luz (10/5): -
- Brian (9/5): -
- Moritz (9/5): -
- Kathryn (10/5): Byron Bay - Everything was perfect especially the living area and kitchen facilities. Like a home from home. Would definitely recommend. Nothing to fault. Long walk into town but we like walking so not a problem forbus

- Erin (8/5): Short but sweet and relaxing. - Serene relaxing surroundings and spacious room. Lovely balcony too There was a dead cockroach squished on the back of the folder/ info booklet … I didn’t realise until the dead bug’s remains ended up on the bed. Bit unpleasant! Hopefully you see this message and can clean it before the next guest.

- David (10/5): Beautiful decor, well appointed in a excellent location - Location was excellent, clean, and beautifully decorated. Really enjoyed the self check in feature.
- Patrick (10/5): -
- Jacqueline Pugh (10/5): Clean beach house with stunning pool and gardens. - The pool and garden was beautiful 😍 its a great spot to recharge and restore.
- James (9/5): -
- Kurt (10/5): - Clean, simplistic. Everything we needed for an overnight stay
- Ashley Elizabeth (10/5): -
- Adam (7/5): The room is very nice and clean. The communal area is comfortable and spacious. - The room was really clean and comfortable. The WiFi was a disaster need to do something about it.
someone took my parking spot.
- Heather (7/5): Lovely accommodation, on the main road though. - Great space, good quality towels and a great communal kitchen, dining and lounge area. A bit further out of Bryon Bay than expected and the road was quite noisy.
- melanie (10/5): Lovely - Lovely clean and modern. Relaxing site. Never heard nor saw any other guests. Walked into town for dinner - probably a little further than most people would choose but we like walking and there was a bike/walk path Road noise a little intrusive
- Dean (8/5): - Very clean and comfortable rooms. Not the easiest place to get in and out off, considering where it's situated.
- Logan (8/5): Warm welcoming and relaxing - Comfortable and well maintained Small TV in the room which is a shame because the rest of the room was beautiful
- Deidre (9/5): Easy check in, great location. - I didn't have breakfast and only used the kitchen to make a cup of coffee. No instant coffee and cups should be near to the coffee making facilities. Also, no heating as airconditioner only blew cold air.
- Junhui (8/5): - Location which is the only but most important thing to improve, is very hard to find, very tricky
- Walter (9/5): -
- Cameron (3/5): Disappointing - which I’m sure is an anomaly. I’d appreciate a partial refund as the amenities were closed - I'm not usually one for leaving a bad review - however was a bit disappointed there was no warning that the facilities would all be closed. Kitchen area was locked, as well as the pool - and couldn't find anything via booking.com or the official website that this would be the case.
Quite disappointing as it is marketed as a beautiful stay and I’m sure it would be - but my experience with every facility closed was not what I wound have booked As above - kitchen was closed. Had to eat my dinner with my fingers. There should should have been at least a fork, let alone a disclaimer to suggest you didn’t have the staff available.
As mentioned, I have recommended friends to stay here, however am thinking there are better options.
- Frederick (5/5): Nice place, but neighbouring noise spoiled it - The place was new, modern and clean. Comfortable and everything required was available. There is a very loud whining sound (not sure if it was a swimming pool pump or some form of fan) running constantly throughout the day and night. It seems to be coming from a neighbouring property, and was so loud that it was irritating even when in the room with doors and curtains closed. This is probably the only really negative thing about the propoerty.

- Kerry (10/5): This is my go to stay in Byron Bay just love staying there - As always everything is there for your comfort
Beautifully equipped kitchen
Decor is outstanding
Not to mention the coffee machine
Rooms are large with inviting balcony I was sorry to see no access to what use to be the laundry
Please allow access to it once more

- Michael (10/5): I'd highly recommend this place which will become my new go to accomodation in Byron. - The perfect pace to stay in Byron. Sunrise is beautifully decorated with comfy beds and an awesome shower! The common space is a great idea, is no nice that you want to spend time in there and it provides so much more than a kitchenette in other establishments. It provided some luxury away from home and literally had everything we needed and more, including freshly ground coffee for breakfast.
- Ly (8/5): -
- Christina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lloyd (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hernandez (9/5): It is a nice house to rest with good facilities and everything is very clean and organized. - I liked it because the house has a good layout and there is a lot of greenery around it. That the pool is closed
- Amanda (1/5): I booked and arrived at night , no text was sent with instructions , no one was contactable ! - I liked it the first time I stayed , Check in so bad , I couldn’t get in and no one was contactable by email or phone . I was stranded at night with no accom in byron bay .
The check in instructions at last arrived at 1.30 am in the morning ! Totally hopeless system . Won’t stay again .
- Roman (8/5): Very good - Great place. Clean. Beachie. Kitchen has a coffee machine! The tvs are way too small.
- Elaine (10/5): Well worth the money, very clean and tidy - Very clean and well presented TV to small in room and need another chair with small table
- Np (5/5): Passable -
- Webb (10/5): I look forward to staying at Sunrise Guesthouse each time I visit Byron Bay. - I love staying here each time I visit Byron Bay! It's like a home away from home. The wifi didn't connect to my phone for some reason but would connect to my laptop. Not a big deal, to be honest.
- Lw (9/5): A gorgeous place to stay - This is a beautiful property comfortable and aesthetics are amazing.
I would highly recommend this for a group getaway, the facilities would be great for an extended family or friends gathering Main road traffic in the morning, but the rest of the rooms would I’d say have no issues with this because of their orientation
- Katherine (9/5): Superb -
- Webb (9/5): A comfortable home away from home - I love the layout and the amenities - full kichen, coffee machine, rooms large enough & comfortable enough to spend time in. I would like it if laundry facilities were available on-site, especially for longer stays.
- Schaidt (8/5): Very good - Bed Shower was a little bit weird
- Kylie (9/5): Superb -
- Lesley (8/5): Perfect spot for Bluesfest - Contactless arrival which allowed for check in at time that suited us best. Great communication via message and email. Spacious, with great interior design
- Tiffany (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jasmine (8/5): Very good - Clean , big bathroom The back door to the pool wouldn’t lock
- Bianca (8/5): Very good -
- Melinda (10/5): Lovely stay. - It was clean and modern. Didn’t have a fridge in the room.
- Sarah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ting-chu (4/5): Disappointing -
- Cristiano (10/5): Amazing place, I will go back!! - Amazing place. I will go back!! Nothing
- Katrina (2/5): Unsafe. Not worth the money - Good location, nice grounds. Has a small pool. The doors don't lock, called the "manager number" in the guest services book to have someone address it and they said they would call back. Nobody ever did. This meant we had to keep almost everything in the car. I also had fears someone could walk in at any time, especially when in the shower or while we were asleep. This just isn't something you should have to worry about, especially when we paid so much to stay there. This isn't a budget accommodation.
They also advised on the second day that they would not be servicing/cleaning the rooms due to public holidays. This was never mentioned during the booking, and given we paid more for a public holiday this seems completely unreasonable.
- Michelle (8/5): Lovely property - Loved the room with adjoining deck. Comfortable bed and lovely linen. Poor wifi
Rooms weren’t serviced daily due to it being Easter
- Tanya (8/5): Most enjoyable but a change of towels and freshen up during our stay would have been appreciated - The layout worked well No house keeping during our 4 day stay
- Rubešová (9/5): Superb -
- Laura (8/5): Clean, comfortable stay in a good location in Byron - Lovely facilities in a good location in Byron - right in the middle of the industrial estate and the town centre. Takes 20mins to walk into the town centre. My room and the facilities were really clean and comfortable. In room 6 I had a little kitchenette and separate lounge area which were great. Despite being located on a busy road, the noise didn't bother me at all. If you're fully self sufficient and don't need any assistance during your stay - this is the place for you! Bit annoying that there weren't any staff on site to talk to and they weren't responsive on the number provided. Not flexible on check out times.
