• Alex (7/5): Overall, a solid and affordable option, especially for short stays. - I stayed at DIANELLA Budget Rooms “Happy Place to Stay” in Perth for three nights and had a pleasant overall experience. The location is a bit outside the city center (around 10 km), so having a car would definitely be an advantage. However, there is a bus stop within walking distance, which makes it manageable without one. A shopping center is about 3 km away and can also be reached on foot. The room was spacious and well-equipped, featuring a king-size bed as well as an additional single bed. There was also a clothes rack, a desk, and a TV. The air conditioning worked well, which is a big plus in Perth’s climate. The bathroom was clean, and there is a washing machine available for guests, which is very convenient. A special mention goes to the host, Paul, who was very friendly and always approachable. The kitchen is functional and provides basic equipment, although it can get a bit crowded when multiple guests are using it at the same time, especially when it comes to cutlery.

• Malek (10/5): Exceptional, beyond expectation. - Mr Paul was super nice. Had luggage issue (lugagge delay) and was not around when the pic from the airport wanted to drop the bag, Mr. Paul kindly helped to receive the bagpack on our behalf. From the photos, it looked like just a simple budget room, but when we arrived, it turned out to be spacious and beautiful. Carpark was just in front of the house. Playground was walking distance. Appreciate that this place accepted babies as not many places do (which made me feel a bit sad about travelling to Australia). There were two levels, we were given level 2, but both levels had cooking place and there are appliances you can use and also some ingredients. Anyway recommend this place. Around 20 minutes to Triggs/ Scarborough. Clean place. No issue, I only spent 1 night there.

• Bryn (8/5): Interesting set up. - Free washing machine use in the shared bathroom, good shared kitchen/ lounge area. It is obviously a set of rooms tacked onto a house and is a bit of a rabbit warren. Parking could be an issue.
• Jessica (3/5): Overpriced, unsafe, unfriendly & rough - It had the potential for a beautiful garden. It was dark, unsafe & bumpy to walk down the side of the house in order to access the entrance. No light was provided for going up the stairs, another person staying there was drunk & trying to break into our room, and the owner didn’t address the issues I raised.

Good price but wasn't aware it was shared living...toilet/bathroom/kitchen... for the 3 in my family. Greeted by lovely owner Paul on arrival. Great communication with booking. Well stocked shared kitchen area. Parking place available. Towels in room. I only put did not meet expectations as I imagined/hoped it was a private unit plus price was with my Genius discount - so therefore too much $ otherwise, compared to other apartments near to Scarborough TV not working. Shared bathroom meant it wasn't particularly clean...but adequate.

• Jessica (1/5): Stay away!!! - Absolutely atrocious. No one should be staying here, black mould, place is filthy. Stay away! We couldn't even close the bathroom door, because a washing machine was all over the floor. Bedrooms were putrid, with blankets with brown stains. We took plenty of photos of proof. We arrived at 1 am had a week booked. We left by 6am. I've never ever left accommodation, we've stayed in some interesting places around the world. But this should be shut down. The whole place. It shouldn't be rented out. Oh and smoke alarms were busted

• Adam (6/5): Place is not very bad, however can be much better - Friendly host, cheap, air conditioned, the place was somehow clean and didn’t have any pests, good for young backpackers and long term renting The place is not properly clean and kinda rundown, the bed wasn’t properly made (sheets were clean though), no toiletries (shampoo or body wash or soap), bathroom mat wasn’t clean, no coffee or tea or any breakfast even toast and butter, no shops nearby to go to and buy stuff, had to take uber to have breakfast in the morning, the place isn’t taken care of very well, very noisy neighbours. Again the place is not bad if planning a long stay, totally not feasible to buy toiletries and kitchen supplies for a holiday for couple of days
