- Angela (6/5): Good location but lacking provisions - Good location, we could walk to the Main Street and down to the beach. It has a beautiful outlook with a sea view from the deck. Unfortunately it was way too hot to sit on the deck while we were there, as there is no shade. The spa bath is great and the room was very clean, which we appreciated. Very basic provisions, no bath mat, only one face cloth between two people. Barely any body wash left in the shower. It had an iron but no ironing board, so we had to iron our clothes on the bed. The house had a very musty, damp smell at the entrance which hit you when arriving and leaving. We purposely left behind some body wash, two beach towels and a coffee plunger and coffee, which we needed and had to purchase ourselves. These will hopefully help the next guests! The air con sounded like it was working but the room stayed very hot.

- Graham (1/5): - It was a small granny flat in the backyard and was fine for what it was. When on a road trip our primary requirement is for properties that have parking so we don't have to park on the street as this can often be difficult to find. If the property says parking must be reserved, then we do so. This property says: "Free public parking is available on site (reservation is not needed)." Accordingly we did not reserve parking. The day before we arrived we received the instruction: "On arrival please park on the street....". We were able to park on the street, despite a caravan parked on the street immediately in front of the property. There appeared to be only the one off street car parking spot, presumably used by the owner. This is fine, it's their home. However, the statement "Free public parking is available on site (reservation is not needed)." is a misrepresentation. Parking on site was not made available. If it was available by request, then reservation is needed.
- Karen (6/5): - Location close to beach, cafe, shops, pubs and coastal walks. Quiet. Food items provided included salad dressing, sauce, salt and pepper, tea and coffee. Air conditioning and ceiling fan. The bed was very firm, the space around the bed very tight which made moving in and out difficult. The kitchenette was small, with limited crockery and utensils. The information provided said do not wash the dishes which was confusing as we had booked a 4-night stay and there was only two of every item. No wipes for the bench top provided so hard to keep clean. Information started parking on site, we could only park on the street and not directly out the front due to a caravan being parked there. Room was small and warmed up quickly (aircon and fan helped).
