• Tran Trung (3/5): Good location, friendly host, but extremely outdated and uncomfortable room - The property is conveniently located, and the host is welcoming. It is an old house situated in a residential neighborhood that has been refurbished into ensuite rooms. However, the condition of the accommodation raises several concerns. Firstly, the mattress is very old and shows visible spots, making it uncomfortable to sleep on without additional bedding. Secondly, the shower facilities are inadequate: there is no holder for the showerhead, requiring guests to hold it by hand, which is particularly inconvenient when washing one’s hair. Additionally, the absence of a shower curtain causes water to spread across the bathroom floor. The hot water supply is also limited, with the small tank providing only about five minutes of hot water before running cold. The external environment also presents challenges. The street is heavily trafficked, and the pavement is extremely narrow, which makes walking both difficult and potentially unsafe. Finally, while the check-out time is set at 10:00, which is slightly earlier than usual, but guests are allowed to leave their luggage in the living room after checking out.
• Marco Bonacina (6/5): Ottima scelta per prezzo e posizione, ma troppi problemi - Posizione perfetta in meno di un minuto a piedi si raggiunge il centro. Comodo anche il supermercato a meno di un minuto aperto fino a tardi. Camera e letto molto puliti. Host molto disponibile, nonostante fossimo arrivati molto oltre il limite del check-in, ci ha accolti molto bene spiegandoci varie cose utili per il soggiorno. Inoltre il secondo giorno ci ha fatto trovare salviette e asciugamani puliti fuori dalla stanza. All'interno della camera c'era molto caldo, anche con il ventilatore non cambiava la situazione. La biancheria del letto è fatta di un materiale che faceva sudare molto. Le finestre sono tenute chiuse da un gancio e per chi dovesse viaggiare in inverno è un problema perché entrerebbe il freddo. La cosa peggiore è che dal bagno usciva un odore sgradevole. L'unica soluzione per non sentire l'odore era tenere la porta del bagno chiusa, la tavoletta del wc chiusa e la finestra del bagno aperta, però non appena si apriva il wc tornava odore di fogna.

• S (10/5): SUPER COMFORTABLE AND KIND OWNER - I had a wonderful stay! The room was just as described—very clean and super comfortable. The location couldn’t be better, right across from the old town. The property owner was so kind and took the time to greet us and explain everything, from how to use the heater to the door keys. I really felt like I got great value for my money. While it doesn’t have the same amenities as a hotel, it was perfect for getting a good night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. I’m definitely planning to come back here on my next trip when it's available! Nothing as it met my expectations.

Рядом магазин и центр города. А также остановка трамвая и автобуса в аэропорт. Автобусы отправляются прямо с остановки около Сабиль на главной площади Башчаршия по расписанию на сайте аэропорта. Для очень чувствительных - близость трамвайной остановки к отели может создавать некий дискомфорт. Трамвай не под окнами, но если звенит - всё слышно.

L'emplacement est top, que ce soit pour les visites ou les transports. J'adore la petite ruelle traditionnelle et le fait que le logement soit dans le corps d'une ancienne maison rénovée. J'ai tout apprécié, cela correspondait à mes besoins et attentes. Peut-être ajouter des sachets de café/thé près de la bouilloire serait pratique mais on en trouve au supermarché juste en bas.

Ev sahini - Konumu inanılmaz güzel, Başçarşı’ya 2 dakika bile olmadan ulaşabilirsiniz. Ev sahibi çok tatlı bir hanımefendi ve bize her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Evin balkon manzarası mükemmel.

Il n’y a pas vraiment de trottoir, il faut donc faire très attention lorsque vous sortez car les voitures roulent vite.

Ruokakauppa ja raitiovaunupysäkki on aivan vieressä. Huone oli siisti ja viihtyisä. Kaikki tarvittava löytyi. Sänky oli erityisen mukava. Yhteyshenkilö on äärimmäisen ystävällinen nainen, jonka kanssa kommunikaatio oli sujuvaa. Pääsimme myös sisäänkirjautumaan aiemmin, kun huone oli ollut tyhjänä. Tästä suurkiitos, oli ihanaa yöbussin jälkeen päästä lepäämään. Ikkunan avaaminen oli hankalaa. Ikkuna vaikutti olevan kuitenkin vanha, joten ymmärrän tämän. Ilmanvaihto olisi voinut olla parempi huoneessa. Äänieristys oven ja käytävän välillä oli heikohkoa, toisaalta tämä ei meitä haitannut, sillä oli hiljaiset naapurit tällä kertaa.

• Saniye (8/5): Een comfortabel en centraal verblijf met een vriendelijke host – perfect voor een kort bezoek aan de - Mijn locatie is zeer centraal. De bushalte en de bascarsi is heel dichtbij. De verhuurder is erg vriendelijk. Er is een klein balkon dat door iedereen gebruikt kan worden – ideaal voor rokers. Voor ons was het belangrijk dat het dicht bij het centrum, schoon en veilig was. Voor de prijs die we betaalden, overtrof het onze verwachtingen. Voor een paar dagen in de stad, puur om de stad te verkennen, voldoet het meer dan aan de verwachtingen. Als ik nog eens ga, zou ik zeker weer op dezelfde plek verblijven.

Room was really nice, spacious but cosy and there was also a shared balcony. The host was lovely, met us on our arrival and very helpful! Definitely recommend.

• Sara (6/5): Accettabile - Posizione eccellente, in pieno centro e comodissima per il bus da e per l’aeroporto. All’arrivo abbiamo contattato l’host perché l’ingresso non è facilmente individuabile. Pulizia media, anche se la camera non è mai stata rifatta per un soggiorno di 3 notti. Proprietaria disponibile a farci lasciare i bagagli anche dopo il checkout. Purtroppo c’è stato un danno in strada e per mezza giornata non c’è stata acqua corrente, ma questo non è imputabile alla struttura. Non ci sono persiane per chiudere le finestre, quindi dalla mattina presto entra moltissima luce. Se si fatica a dormire con troppa luce consiglio di portare una mascherina

Ho anche contattato Booking, che non mi ha in alcun modo aiutato.
• Özkan (10/5): - Ev merkeze yürüyerek 2 dakika mesafede. Oda ve tuvalet eski olmasına rağmen fevkalade temizdi. Ev sahibi bize gezilecek yerler konusunda çok yardımcı oldu. İstemeden bile temiz havlu vs. getirdi. Gerçekten çok memnunum.
