- IvanZlatni (8/5): Vikend u Banja Luci - Objekat je u blizini odličnog tržnog centra Tropic. Odličan pritisak vode za tuširanje. Mreže za komarce na prozoru. Ljubazna domaćica. Papuče. Dušeci na krevetima su mogli biti bolji, sintetički prekrivači. Paučina na nekim mestima. Problemi da navigacija pronađe ovu lokaciju. Daleko od stanice gradskog prevoza. Automehaničarska radnja u prizemlju (osećaju se mirisi neki kada se prozori otvore , od ranog jutra radi kompresor i brusilica).

I had to take a bus early the next morning, and it was very convenient, just a 10-min walk or so to the main bus station. There’s also a hypermarket nearby. The host was very friendly, and the check in was easy.

Friendly and helpful owner who walked with me to the supermarket....very close! I found the bed a little uncomfortable for me so I didn't sleep very well. The location was great for me but if you are visiting Banja Luka then it's quite a walk into town (fine for me but worth noting)

- Simona (2/5): For me it was a bad unique experience and for my child staying at this location was stressful time. - The worst experience in my life. There are many details related to the location of the accommodation (I was not accommodated in the villa that appears on the booking, I noticed that owners live there and I and some guests are accommodated behind this villa in a hall-type building, at floor, and you have to climb a staircase with many steps and very high. On the ground floor of the building there is probably a workshop because noises are heard early in the morning from 6 o'clock. The owners turn off the heat from the radiators, in the winter, from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m., even if it's -4 degrees Celsius outside(you don't know this aspect in advance to see if it suits you). If you wake up at night, you can no longer fall asleep because of the cold in the room (blankets are thin and insufficient). The windows do not close tightly, at night you feel the cold outside. The cleaning is superficial, the hygiene of sanitary items is lacking, the furniture in the room is old, the mattresses are worn and stained. It is not an electric cooker hood. The walls are not soundproof (I asked the neighbor of our room to speak more slowly so that my child could sleep). I requested toilet paper, a towel, a pan for cooking and the owner was visibly disturbed. The owner thinks it's normal to raise his voice to the customer and to have an arrogant attitude. For me it was a bad unique experience and for my child staying at this location was the stressful time.

- Henrik (10/5): Two great stays - Nice and comfortable room in the northern part of town, well connected to the city center with plenty of buses. We also stayed in another place downtown, but we enjoyed this guesthouse more, and decided to come back. Most important for us was to feel at home, while being abroad. Thanks to Tanja we got everything we wanted, she's actually a great person! The main bus terminal (near the train station) is within walking distance. There are some pretty amazing restaurants within walking distance. (Dinner: I recommend you to try the restaurant "My Way", if you want real Serbian barbecue and some tasty local drinks!)

Wifi was not available from the waiting area once you exit the apartment so it would be great if they could provide for that! .. just a minor thing :)
- Meiyi (9/5): Excellent stay, super friendly host, recommended - Excellent location, 3 mintues walk from a hypermarket where you can find anything you need, including restaurants that are very affordable and serves breakfast from 8am onward till late. It's about 30 minutes' walk from the city center, and 10 minutes' walk from the bus station. Very easy to find. Tanja speaks enough English to shower you with her hospitality and care. Very helpful and friendly. The room is spacious, clean, and has the basic things for cooking. WiFi is fine too. The mattress is very comfortable! There is only white blinds to mildly block sunlight from the window, no blackout curtains, which means at night the room is still lit up by the street light outside, not the best condition to have a sound sleep. I also felt there was a mild draft coming through the window even though they are tightly shut, probably because it's single layer, which seems to be the standard in Bosnia (in Denmark where I live it's normal to have double-layered windows that really block any draft). I don't think this would be a problem when the weather is warm, and when the radiator is running in the winter.

My friends would prefer a place more in the city, but 20 minutes walk you are in the city center, also bus station is near. We already think about coming back.
