• Fatma (10/5): Je garde l’adresse pour mon prochain séjour car nous avons vraiment aimé l’endroit, l’accueil… - L’accueil était top. Le prioritaire a été à l’écoute et disponible. L’appartement était vraiment très spacieux, propre, bien équipé pour un séjour en famille. La literie s’était bien nous avons bien dormi. Nous avons passé un bon moment . Petit bémol le bruit de la porte d’entré qui peut claquer si on ne la retient pas mais il n’y a pas beaucoup de passage donc pas trop embêté.

À 30 min du centre-ville. Bus à 100 m . Acceuil très chaleureux par la propriétaire. Nous reviendrons sans hésité avec ma famille sans hésité
• Guest (8/5): - Sehr freundliche Vermieter und sehr hilfsbereit. Sehr praktisch, dass wir unten im Restaurant gleich essen konnten, weil wir mit 3 Kleinkindern unterwegs waren. Im Appartment ist wirklich alles da und haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Und nur 10 Autominuten vom Flughafen entfernt!

• Alison (10/5): Great apartment near airport with excellent restaurant downstairs - Spacious apartment near the airport suited our needs perfectly. The family who rents the apartment also runs an Asian fusion restaurant downstairs. We went purely out of convenience and it was DELICIOUS! It was actually a highlight of our trip. I highly recommend you try it Long bus ride to city center (but easy and straightforward)

• Viktor (10/5): - • A nice and hospitable host showed us the apartment and handed over the keys; • The private parking behind the building is large and easy to use; • The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. There's enough fresh air, which was important for us. The kitchen had enough plates and utensils, some basic cooking supplies like salt and pepper were there. • The Wi-Fi is not very fast, but decent and sufficient for most applications. • We had a delicious takeaway dinner from the sushi restaurant downstairs. • I would love it if more capsules for the coffee machine were provided :) • Not surprising if you think of it, but you have to be prepared to carry your suitcases to the 2nd floor by a steep narrow staircase.

• Céline (10/5): Séjour au top !! - Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et arrangeant. L’appartement n’est pas très loin de Bruxelles donc très pratique Le canapé lit est très dur. Pas très confortable.
• Elias (5/5): - Ik had op voorhand gevraagd of het oké was als er twee of vier mensen (hoeveel precies ging pas last-minute duidelijk worden) extra bleven logeren (het appartement had zogezegd een capaciteit van zes personen). Dat was geen probleem, voor een kleine meerprijs. Uiteindelijk moesten we verplicht 120 euro cash geld bijleggen, terwijl er maar vijf bedden waren. Dat voelt als oplichting. Op zondag kwam de host aanbellen en toonde ze camerabeelden om ons er op te wijzen dat we met meer dan twee personen waren. Eerst en vooral: dit hebben wij op voorhand zo aangekondigd, dus wij deden niets stiekem. Ten tweede: zomaar gefilmd worden zonder dat je daarvan op de hoogte wordt gesteld is strafbaar. Vervolgens verplicht worden om 120 euro cash geld bovenop de oorspronkelijke prijs van 147 euro te betalen, lijkt ons niet correct.

• Eu (9/5): Pleasant place to stay for a holiday in Brussels - This was a nice apartment just south of the Brussels airport. The parking was safe and convenient. The owners were very responsive and flexible with check-in and check-out time. We were able to walk 15 minutes to the train and did not have to move the car during our trip. Halfway between Leuven and Brussels. Very spacious, comfortable beds and internet-based TV for Netflix and Utube. Nice restaurants within walking distance. Bus stop 50 meters from the apartment. No toaster

• Yuriy (8/5): Overall good appartment with minor - It's a very spacious, relatively clean, appartment with a nice and helpful landlord who gave me info about gas stations, parkings and restaurants. The appartment is located on the 2nd floor, the the landlor'd appartment being on the 1st floor and Chinese restorant on the ground floor. The apartment needs some meintetnance. There is no shower curtain in the bath tab, just a glas on one side. The windows have poor sound insolation contrary to the description and the appartment is located on the street where cars run all night.

• Soooozo (9/5): Clean, comfortable, convenient to the airport for short stay. Roomy enough for 4. - The apartment was very comfortable and close to the airport for my 14 hour layover. It is a second floor walkup which wouldn't have been a problem if I could have left my luggage checked but the airline wouldn't keep it because of the "long" layover. The host was very helpful in getting me checked in and getting my luggage into the apartment. Furnished with kitchenware, a hot teapot and a coffee maker. Linens were provided. Also with a smart TV I could watch a show before crashing. Much value for the cost, could have slept 4 comfortably, maybe more. Good communication from the host. Not sure about location for longer stays or exploring Brussels proper because it is a way from the heart of the city. Appeared to be situated on at least one busline, however, so might work. For this simple layover, I didn't factor in the $20-$35 (Uber/taxi) cost to and from the airport. (It was still less than the airport hotel though) The location is just a few minutes to the airport but NOT walkable. It was quiet but is on a mix residential-commercial street and was a little hard to find the number after dark. The apartment is above businesses (which were closed when I arrived in the evening). Had to coordinate to meet the host which was a little tricky with flight delays and schedule changes but he was most accommodating.
