• Didier (8/5): Très bien , juste ce que nous cherchions calme et retiré. - Emplacement très bien et très calme , la chambre était vraiment bien , le café au matin en libre service était appréciable, la possibilité d'un petit déjeuner aurait été sympa . L'accès une fois passé la barrière si vous avez comme moi une voiture basse , il y à de gros nid de poule sur le chemin à éviter et passer très doucement , il est dommage de ne pas les reboucher avec simplement des graviers . La douche manque cruellement d'aération , une fois la première douche tout est humide dans la salle de bain , il y avait aussi une prise côté lit ou j'ai mis mon chargeur mais il manquait le cache complet ce qui est très limite dangereux , il serait bien de le remettre.

• ALEXANDRE (10/5): Une nuit au calme dans un lieu de rêve! - Un charmant manoir niché au flanc d'un petit bois. Les équipements remarquables comme en atteste les photos. Je n'ai pas résisté à prendre une photo de la petite créature aperçue au lever par la fenêtre! L'accès au manoir est à pratiquer à très petite vitesse à cause des trous dans le chemin. Les pluies d'hiver ont fait des dégâts sur le revêtement. Gare à vos pneus et bas de caisse!
• Nicolas (9/5): étape facile, agréable et particulièrement confortable - J'ai beaucoup apprécié la réactivité des tenanciers essentiellement par messagerie, ainsi que le fait d'être autonome pour l'arrivée. De plus j'ai pu arranger un fer à repasser qui m'attendait dans la chambre c'était particulièrement pratique et apprécié.

• DARDENNE (8/5): Bon accueil, café en bas aors que ce n'est pas noté à la prescription à revoir les point négatifs - Chambre spacieuse , bon couchage, propre mais ( voir points negatifs Les joints silicone de la baignoire aurait besoin d'être refait sur le devant Baignoire ayant du vécu propre mais calcaire, chambre propre mais télécommande jamais nettoyée comme si elle avait séjourné 3 ans dans une cuisine, j'insiste sur la télécommande,car la propreté passe par là aussi,j'ai photo à l'appui, ce n'est pas une critique c'est une constatation, pour les prochains client à déconseiller au personnes à mobilité réduite escalier extérieur, haute marche et escalier pour accéder au chambres, j'ai un problème de genou. Donc péniblement accessibles

• jill (10/5): Amazing and calm, absolute great choice - It was very clean and pretty and a big room too. The bubbels from the bath didn’t work but besides that nice bathroom. Host was really kind and the view from the room was so beautiful. Very calm and a gorgeous garden. Really quiet and we slept amazing! The beds were also great. We recommend!! Thank you! We were a little bit confused about the bath, because it you couldn’t stand to shower, you had to sit down or take a bath. Also the bubbels didn’t work. My husband is really tall so it was a bit difficult but had a laugh because how it looked.

• William (1/5): Nul, zéro, pas un coup de fil, pas un mail, ne répondent pas au téléphone mais bien contents d'encai - Chambre réservée avec indication d'arrivée tardive, (23.00), avion atterri avec un peu de retard, j'ai donc appelé à 22.35 pour indiquer que j'aurais dix minutes de retard. Personne n'a répondu au téléphone, je suis arrivé devant porte close, je n'ai jamais pu entrer, personne ne s'est inquiété de mon absence, et comme c'était déjà payé, visiblement ça n'était pas leur problème... • Mike (8/5): If you find it, it's great! - Great location, just next to the woods. The room was large and well furnished, the box-spring bed was heaven! No breakfast option, can be really difficult to find if you don't get it exactly right
• Clare (6/5): Pleasant - Room was lovely and large. Very comfortable bed. Shower looked amazing, just couldn't get it to work! Great to have access to microwave in small hospitality area downstairs. Confusing that hotel had different name than on Booking.com, which didn't help trying to find it. Needed a shower but couldn't get it to work. When we managed it the next morning, the water was too hot! Couldn't get ordinary programmes on TV. Instructions for TV and shower would have been helpful. Thought charging for tea and coffee-making was a bit mean, especially as there were no cafes or restaurants nearby.
• Tim (10/5): Comfortable room in a very quiet setting - Magnificent location! Very quiet, and still so close to the city of Louvain-la-Neuve or the mall of Court-Saint-Etienne. I'm an avid runner and found plenty of opportunities to run in the surroundings. I gave my stay a well-deserved 10/10, and if I really have to point out one thing that can be improved, all I can think of is that one of the lamps in the room didn't work (the switch was missing). This didn't however have any negative impact on my stay. :)
• Charles (4/5): Generally disappointing and not as advertised, not properly maintained. - Acceptable accommodation for a night in a quiet pretty area, but not somewhere I would recommend. The guest house was not what we were expecting and generally disappointing. Everything felt in need of repair or updating, there were no tea and coffee facilities in the room as advertised and only a grimy tea area in the hall where you had to pay €1 per drink. The communal areas all smelt smoky and we had problems with cigarette smoke coming in through the window. It felt overpriced for what it was.

• Ledney (1/5): Not recommended if you need to cooperate via internet. Aswell if you like serf intenet, youtube, Netflix etc. - Very bad internet connection. Impossible. Mobile internet doesn’t work in the room. Bad signal.

• Maria (9/5): I only stayed for one day as I was travelling for work but I wish to come back. - The place is a dream, so beautiful, quiet and also close to both Luvain la Neuve and Ottigner. Excellent for family holiday, too. Looking forward to coming back.

• Aqeel- (1/5): Read latest reviews by others before booking... - - The room was NOT clean. - The bedsheets were dirty and smelling as if they haven't been washed in a while. - The mattress is really old and has become so soft to sleep over it. Uncomfortable to sleep. - There was mold on the wall under one of the cupboard. Due to this the whole room has a damp smell. - The property name is different then advertised on the booking.com. - The Access road is also bumpy with pathholes. - Read other reviews before booking, I read them a bit too late after booking...
• Umair (5/5): It was ok for the night - Good place to sleep and clean bedroom. I had to go 30 minutes away from the guest house just so that me and my wife could have breakfast. Should be a breakfast available.
