- Michela (8/5): Ottima Esperienza Generale - La posizione

- Jan (6/5): This is a nice appartment but really needs some tender love and care. - Very fast Wi-Fi. Very good location.
Comfortable bed, nice apartment.
If the owners would take a little care of it, it would be great. - There's no elevator; the stairs are steep and very narrow, and you could have an accident on them, especially when carrying luggage. WARNING: It is a very high third floor and the light usually goes out when you are in between floors.
- The coffee machine doesn't work.
- There's not a single glass in the room; I found one small coffee cup. I managed to find glasses in the kitchen downstairs.
- The sink faucet is broken and is flying everywhere.
- The toilet constantly leaks water.
- The shower assembly is not practical; water spills everywhere (the shower is open to the bedroom)
- It is cold.
- The switch for the floor lamp by the sofa is loose and difficult to switch on and off.
- Ulrike (8/5): Aangenaam - De ligging Hygiene kamer - veel stof

- Nicholas (6/5): A very tiring place. Don’t expect to relax. - A nice location in a nice building. The space of the flat was good. No elevators, rickety and narrow stairs. No one around for service. Delayed services of any sort. Way too expensive for not a lot.
Table dégradée, pas propre.
- Marco (6/5): -
- Patrick (10/5): Great - Comfort, location quiet It will be great to provide clear instructions on how to find iron, how to access the garden and the fact there is a shared kitchen also allowing access to the garden. Also add nice addresses bars, etc. for different type of clients
- Sandra (9/5): What an amazing apartment in the heart of it all! It was spotless, in a fantastic location, with excellent communication - I loved the location, the apartment, the cleanliness and the easiness of everything It was all great
- James (9/5): -
- Anca (10/5): -
- Michelle (10/5): - Loved this place! I was a bit nervous about not having AC in the Summer but it was great! Opened the windows and there is an amazing breeze. You don't need AC. I would absolutely stay here again! Nothing
- PATRICIA (6/5): - Las zonas comunes y la ubicación El sofá cama roto
- Suzanne (8/5): -
- Anthony (7/5): Great location, good value. - Location is excellent. Easy to get around the City. Walking distance to Central Station and all sites. Bath was modern and bed very comfortable/ Sofa was not comfortable.
- Heidrun (10/5): Exceptional - Calm, comforting, easy interaction
- Paul (8/5): Great location and not noisy despite being central. - Sink was partially blocked. No coffee for coffee machine.
- Eva (8/5): Very good - Generally good - spacious, I liked the decor. Good location. There were no towels (this must have been a mistake). The login code into the apartment was changed between the days of my stay, and I did not know about this until I tried to find a way to contact the owners. The toilet brush was attached to the wall by a cheap bracket, which broke off when I tried to pick it up. The WiFi did not work - or rather, the code provided was for a network that was not available in this apartment.
- Elisabet (8/5): Very good -
- Tim (8/5): Very good - It was clean and roomy. The profile made it appear the sauna was included, but it wasn't.
- Carlos (9/5): Superb -
- Emma (7/5): Good -
- Allison (8/5): Very good -
- Nunzia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lami (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location, perfect flat, nice and cosy! Everything was perfec!
- Xavier (8/5): Nice. - Perfect location, super nice suite, perfect for a 1 week stay. Some sign of humidity in the shower and under the sink.
- Elena (9/5): Superb -
- Murat (6/5): Pleasant - Space and location Amenities in the room, very old towels, bed sheets, unsatisfactory coffee , tea, water etc.
- Simeon (5/5): Nice but could do with some improvement - A good location in the city. The bed was comfortable as well. There was no shower door so water got everywhere, the towels were a bit old and worn and the sink wasn’t working
- Sozer (9/5): Superb -
- Viktorija (9/5): Superb - This beautiful apartment is located in a quite street but close to the central square. Bed is comfortable not too soft and not too hard. Shower is very good. The coffee machine is available but there is also separate kitchen available for use downstairs at the entrance. Communication with the owners was good. The sound isolation between apartments in the house is poor, but I guess this is characteristic for this type of housing in Brussels.
- Greg (8/5): Very good -
- Flaminia (1/5): Terrible - Great location The toilets are not clean at all and overall need maintenance
The shower is basically in the middle of the room as the sink which didn’t stop leaking for nights
Also the stairs are quite dangerous and tiny in their width
- Tejas (6/5): As expected -
- Kurt (5/5): Passable - good location very spartin, not much character
- Tapuskovic (10/5): Exceptional -
- Colin (7/5): Good location and a good stay - Good location and quiet and safe neighborhood. It was nice to have a shared kitchen on the main floor so we can cook and eat food there. Wish there was black out curtains so we can sleep better at night. It wasn’t soundproof and you can hear people above us walking around till 12.
- L'atelier (10/5): artistic travel (music) -
- Evelyn (9/5): Nice atmospheric stay with clean facilities and great location - Great location, nice historic refurbished room, There seemed to be a common kitchen/cooking area and a small walled yard to have fresh air and quietness. No cats seen at all in entire Brussels - none!
- Briana (7/5): Great location - The location is fantastic. So close to everything you want to see and do in Brussels. It is a good size apartment. My husband ran into the hosts and their dog and said they were very nice. The place could be cleaner, it was quite dusty and the sheets had stains.
Minor things like long emails from the host, for those of us who don’t have the ability to be checking emails or apps constantly while travelling it’s not effective.
The shower wasn’t very hot, the towels were very old and worn.
The stairs were quite steep and we didn’t realise it was a shared kitchen situation (I probably didn’t read it properly). You can also hear the people above you.
- Claudia (10/5): Perfect for family - Everything! The location is absolutely perfect and the staff from Coeur Sablon was very helpful! Thank you
- Joseph (7/5): Good -
- Paul (8/5): Very good - Good location
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - Everything.
It was smart, clean and proper. Excellent service for such a last minute booking. My many thanks to the proprietors! And so calm and quiet at night.
Given the opportunity, I will certainly return. There was one plug socket that didn't work, but as you can imagine, it didn't affect my stay there in any way.
- Callagher (8/5): Perfect home base to Brussels sight seeing. - Location within walking distance to Grand Place and museums. Lovely private patio!
- Fani (10/5): Look no further for a stay in Bxl! - This a very tastefully recently renovated apartment in a typical Belgian « maison de maître ». The studio has everything one may need during a stay. The owners were very helpful and polite and easily reachable through the platform. Everything was great - fresher towels and cleaning service every 2 or 3 days could further improve the experience.
- Georgia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joanne (5/5): Great location - Great location. Only 10 minute walk to main square. Large room with comfy bed and nice shower. We could access the room early to leave bags. Even though we could access the room early to drop off our bags at 12, by the time we could actually access the room at 2 the room still hadn't been serviced from the previous users.
The front door also had a slight malfunction on the keypad automatic lock and locked us out despite having used the right code. We easily managed to get hold of the owners who advised to wait - go for a walk - for 30 mins then try again, if not he could be with us to unlock it, but not for 45 minutes. Thankfully the code worked again after the 30 minute stop at the lovely bar Chez Richard round the corner.
The advertised spa facilties were far more expensive then expected prior to arrival, costing €170 for 2 people for 2 hours. We didn't use the facilities as it didn't seem worth it, plus a days notice was needed.
- Armin (7/5): Value for money - No ironing board Central and clean
- Megan (9/5): Superb -
- Julia (8/5): all in all was good and values for money, big plus is location, minus is lack of privacy with shower - The location is just perfect! Can definitely recommend for a short stay. Affordable and nice apartment. Could be difficult to climb the stairs to the higher floors for old people. Probably the open shower, so it wouldn't be convenient to stay with someone who you prefer not to see you naked and taking a shower, so seems not so suitable for families with grown up kids or not very close friends
- Linda (8/5): We were pleased with our choice of accommodations in Brussels which came after bouncing around with many choices. The l - Location in Sablon was perfect. Hosts were onsite first day; so nice to meet them. Really enjoyed the first floor accommodations which allowed us kitchen access for simple meal. We needed to remind ourselves that many accommodations in Europe don’t have air conditioning. We were glad for relatively cool weather. Steps to third floor could be challenging for some people.
- Leila (9/5): Lovely stay - The property was very nicely located and was also well proportioned and provided a comfortable stay. we had a fantastic stay and have already recommended it to family who are looking to visit to Brussels soon. My only concern was that details in how to access the property were emailed to us on the date of arrival. We don’t access emails when we travel so we didn’t receive those details beforehand. My view is that the owners should consider sending those details more in advance if possible or if not to send them via Text as well as email to ensure people get it.
- Christina (10/5): Exceptional -
- _paulg (7/5): Good - Good location, Easy to enter into the appartment with the directions provided by email The curtains were not blacked out, the sauna is at an additional cost (information not provided on booking)
- Sebastian (9/5): Superb - I almost booked a hotel in a not so nice area and am glad I switched to this even though I don't usually go for the "airbnb style" properties. This was in a really cool area of Brussels right around the corner from several nice cafes and restaurants. It was a comfortable and spacious apartment in a multi-story house, and the hosts were very responsive. I happened to get a rainy afternoon during my stay, and I had a pleasant time sitting in the living room with my laptop.
- Poorvi (8/5): Very good - Location was excellent, apartment was decent sized, the team was happy to help with any issues Heat was not working which was unfortunate as Brussels was really cold the weekend I went, amenities could be better as the apartment had coffee for example but no milk/sugar, TV didn't have cable but I could cast to it so not the worst
- Portia (9/5): Comfortable, quiet flat in a great location. - Fabulous location and very quiet despite being so close to the city centre. Easy to get to from Metro Louise stop. Room was lovely (at the top of the building) - all clean and comfortable. Great shower, comfy bed and sofa. Easy self-check-in (codes sent the day before). Small supermarket and bakery around the corner. Some lovely restaurants nearby (we had a delicious meal at Lola's). Easy walk to Le Grand Place etc. Would genuinely and happily stay here again. Not much to complain about to be fair. No teaspoon with the kettle facilities which meant we struggled to make our hot chocolates with the sachets we had brought with us - something this small does make a difference though! Also, the stairs are steep which may be a challenge for older / disabled visitors. There was a bit of dodgy plumbing with the sink tap which meant it dripped for a while after being turned off. Oh, and it is in the eaves of the building which means any rain was loud - fine for me because I enjoy it but others may not. Not sure how warm it would get up there in the summer months.
- Philip (9/5): A lovely base for our stay in Brussels. - Fantasic location. Located in a quiet street but only a15min walk to the Grote Markt. We only found the shared kitchen-diner on the second day! We thought that the door on the ground floor was another apartment.
- Sébastien (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (9/5): Great spot and great value. - Great penthouse apartment, bright, spacious. Not an issue for me, but three flights of stairs could be problematic for some or if you had lots of luggage
- Nora (10/5): Wonderful! - Great room/mini-apartment. Close to everything we wanted to visit but when we were inside it was super quiet.
- Dario (9/5): Very nice apartment with self check-in - I have had unpleasant experiences in the past with self-check-in hotels. But this was a very carefree experience, the instructions provided after booking were clear enough and got me to my room without a problem. I haven't seen or heard a single person during my stay. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. I have no complaints. The tap in the bathroom sink should be taken care of, it started dripping at random moments during the night.
- Eda (9/5): Superb -
- Anchana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Katja (9/5): Superb - Location and very spacey.
- Jadranka (9/5): Superb -
- Joanna (9/5): Great location and comfy bed! - Lovely hosts, always quick to respond and happy for us to leave our luggage at the property on the last day. Great location for exploring this lovely city, we walked everywhere. Nice shops and restaurants nearby. Very comfy bed and good shower. Everything you could need!
- Carlods (9/5): Amazing location - Amazing location!!!!
Clean, cosy, and well decorated.
Check-in check-out super easy.
Enjoyed my stay. It's an old building with low ceilings so you can really hear the steps and the noise from the room upstairs.
- Garlea (8/5): Very good -
- Clara (10/5): Exceptional - A lovely place to stay. Super location.
- Alice (9/5): Superb -
- Laura (8/5): Nice place, easy check in instructions - Location is good, the place is well decorated and overall nice Some things could use some fixing (the doors of the closet would keep opening, the sofa couch also a bit stuck)
- Brett (8/5): Great locale, very nice accommodations. - Nice, safe part of the city, lots of restaurants & shopping around the corner in either direction. A nice short walk to Bruxelles City Center and Brussels-Centraal train station. They did a nice job with turning the attic (3rd floor) into living quarters, very spacious, comfortable bed, bath and living area. Nice views and very airy when you open up the windows, great locale, nice owners. PS, make sure to have cash upon arriving, the city of Brussels has very limited ATMs in the city, I did not see one the whole time I was visiting, did a lot of walking all around the city, even some of the lesser known parts…all in all, a very nice stay. The coffee machine, the Nespresso did not work properly in the room, if they resolve that, great stay. I don’t want to have to get dressed to go down 3 flights of stairs for coffee first thing in the morning, especially when you are from another country, not European and your sleeping pattern is way off and you don’t want to wake people @ 5 or 6am
- Paul (9/5): A warm stay in a beautiful district of Brussels. - Great location, spacious, comfortable and easy to access.
- Stevieg111 (7/5): One night only so fitted the bill| - Location. Only a leisurely walk to the central tourist areas. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was good. Located on the third floor. As we're getting on it was an effort with small cases. Coffee machine provided but only very small cups ( expresso-like ), No provision for milk-no fridge.
- Diana (9/5): Great stay - Surprisingly cozy, with a little seating area and renovated but rustic interiors. Area is quiet and not too far away from main attractions. If you have mobility issues, there's no elevator and the stairs are steep.
- Helena (8/5): A great location at a good price (for Brussels !) - No breakfast included but just around the corner - Le Pain Quotidien - always reliable. There is a kitchen available if one wants to self-cater.
The location is excellent - walking distance to Grand Place and Gare Central and equally good tram and metro connections from Place Louise - a 10 minute walk. I was satisfied with everything.
- Marita (9/5): Very comfortable stay in a charming old converted townhouse, quiet street and lovely neighbourhood. - Great location - central, charming area, close to the metro and yet quiet street. Small grocery store, lovely bakery / café and plenty of restaurant choices just around the corner. Our 1st floor suite had windows to the street and to the courtyard at the back, and there is a common living room and kitchen downstairs you can use - super convenient. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Check in, keys etc all went very smoothly. It was a little cold when we arrived on a cold November day, but the owners were quick to respond and tell us how to turn up the heating. A few more coffee capsules for the coffee machine and a more premium selection of tea bags would be lovely next time - thank you.
- Leanne (8/5): Very good -
- Corinne (6/5): Pleasant -
- Boban (8/5): Everything good, except I needed to call the landlord to send me check in instructions. -
- Neda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alex (8/5): Very good -
- Sibel (9/5): Great place and beautiful design - Beautiful hotelroom with great design, very clean and comfortable. Communication was super easy and quick -
- Nina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chandran (8/5): Very good -
- Vanessa (9/5): Superb -
- Chériebbb (10/5): I strongly recommend it - Easy self checkin. Location. Very quiet street.. spacious and clean accomodation
