- Karsten (8/5): Wenn ich nochmal nach Lüttich fahren sollte, würde ich Le Piercot wieder buchen. - Schöne, gut eingerichtete Unterkunft. Zentrale Lage. Attraktionen in Lüttich sind fussläufig erreichbar.

Très bien et Joëlle est très agréable Il n'est pas précisé que le stationnement dans la rue est réservé aux résidents. Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits et en sommes déjà à 2 amendes de 80€ malgré le fait qu'on ait payé le stationnement à la borne. Resultat : déjà 160€ d'amende (et on sattend à 80 de plus) pour 177€ de location, ça fait très mal

- Jan (10/5): Un week-end charmant en mai, nous nous sommes immédiatement sentis comme chez nous. - On ne peut pas s'attendre au même confort d'une maison de ville de prestige que d'un hôtel avec personnel. Cependant, nous étions sept amis dans quatre chambres et nous étions satisfaits de notre hébergement. Les chambres étaient bien entretenues et dotées de tout le nécessaire. Le système d'extinction automatique nous a rassurés et la présence d'un ascenseur était un vrai plus. L'arrêt de tramway à 100 mètres permet de se déplacer facilement dans toute la ville. Malheureusement, rien ne m'a déçue. J'avais repéré les lieux au préalable et rencontré Joëlle, ce qui fut immédiatement rassurant. Il ne faut surtout pas transformer une maison de ville en un lieu impersonnel ; cela lui enlève tout son charme et son âme. Les chambres étaient propres et accueillantes.

- Sebastian (7/5): Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Alles da was ich gebraucht habe. Gute Lage zwischen Kongresszentrum und Innenstadt. Zimmer war groß und Kochnische praktisch. Toilette war eng 😅

- Peter (8/5): Prima verblijf! - Locatie is top, een herenhuis in een rustige straat met (in ieder geval een goede, La Terrasse) een paar restaurants op loopafstand van het centrum. Parkeren voor de deur voor 6 euro per dag, contant betalen of via een parkeerapp. Wij hadden kamer 4, toilet en wastafel op de kamer, enorme badkamer met toilet, inloopdouche en dubbele wastafel tegenover de kamer.

- Fam (4/5): 4 dagen verblijf met volledige parkeerkosten en veel reizen buiten Luik. - Er was geen ontbijt en er was geen receptie. Het bed was een 2 persoons matras, geplaatst op pallets 2 hoog. Dit was dus erg hard. Tevens werd niet elke dag de handdoeken en washandjes gehaald en nieuwe weer gebracht.

- Vladislav (10/5): Wonderful property - The location was perfect for me as it was 3 mins away from the place of my business meetings. In general the location is pretty central and within walking distance to the city center. The room was in an old town building with high ceilings and beautiful features from the mid-1800s. I booked the cheapest room in the building and my shower room was in the corridor, but it was my personal shower room. There was also an ensuite toilet in the room. I think all the other rooms in the building have full ensuite bathrooms. The room was clean and warm. The staff was excellent and very helpful. Overall I enjoyed my stay very much. Free WiFi was rather slow, it was difficult to use, so I used my roaming instead. This is the only problem I've had with this property.

- Cathy (10/5): Magnifique. Plekje in Luik gevonden om naar terug te keren... - Voor een prikje logeerden we in een charmante, kraaknette kamer in het centrum van Luik. We hadden er alles wat we nodig hadden. De ontvangst was correct en vriendelijk. De verhouding prijs-kwaliteit zat meer dan goed. De matras mocht voor mij wel iets steviger maar voor slechts twee nachten en aan die prijs, is dat zeker geen reden tot klagen.

- Christoph (10/5): Wonderful house with good rooms and good location - Le piercot has spacious rooms in a lovely house near the Philharmonie de Liège. It's halfway between the Station an the City centre, both accessible with the great nee tram. The rooms are comfortable and you can make tea or coffee, and even do warmups. Very good for exploring the city and the owner also has a list with personally selected good addresses. Although communication is mostly via mail (via booking), le piercot has a personal feel. I have been here before and Woolf use it again! The pillow was a little hard.

- Sara (8/5): Fijn verblijf voor weekendje Luik. - Ze hadden een beveiligingssysteem wat een veilig gevoel gaf. Er was een lift, maar ook een trap zodat je kon kiezen. De kamer was ruim genoeg. De druk van de douche was goed en het was een regendouche dus super luxe. De deuren (ook voordeur van gebouw) klemde en soms moest je flink wat kracht zetten om een deur open of dicht te krijgen. Niet een groot probleem maar als we iets moeten opnoemen, dan is het dat. Het is ook wat verder gelegen van het centrum dus je moet voor restaurants, supermarkten etc of met de tram (3min lopen) of tussen de 10-25 min lopen.

- Chiara (6/5): Adeguato per il prezzo e la posizione - Posizione, grande camera/appartamento, macchinetta del caffè, bollitore, microonde e frigo Odore terribile, passava solo tenendo spalancate le finestre a lungo ma appena veniva chiuse ritornava, bagno minuscolo, letto scomodo. Meglio non starci per soggiorni lunghi.
- Christophe (10/5): An excellent, inexpensive experience - Piercot is a beautiful townhouse, which retains traces of its past glory. The location is superb, in a nice safe part of the city, very close to the centre and to a tram station. My room was friendly, very large, very quiet, very dark at night, too, Good lighting, good seating, good working space, Convenient shower with good towels. Much attention given to the guest's well-being: refrigerator, ventilator, cookies and teas, good books, extensive information about the city and its surroundings, etc. A perfect place for a short or long stay. Nothing for the price. But this is inexpensive accommodation. Do not sit violently on the bed; it hurts. Contrary to what is mentioned on Booking.com, it is possible to check in at any time at night (self-check-in with a safety box for the keys).
- YaroslavK (9/5): Bon voyage à Liège - Une vieille maison avec de hauts plafonds, transformée en appartements. Nous y avons passé cinq nuits en famille (trois personnes et une chatte) et notre chambre était parfaite. Grande fenêtre donnant sur la cour, tout le nécessaire. La salle de bain est petite, mais cela ne nous a pas posé de problème. La propriétaire, Joëlle, répond rapidement à nos demandes. L'appartement est proche de la Meuse, à 10 minutes à pied de l'université, à 15 minutes du centre-ville et à 20 minutes de la gare (ou à trois arrêts de tram). Je le recommande sans hésiter.
