Overall, the location is very quiet and peaceful, offering a perfect environment for relaxation. The host is extremely hospitable, very kind, and generous with treats and hospitality. Additionally, the large garden is wonderful and provides a great space to spend enjoyable time. It would be even better if the furniture were renewed. Improvements to the toilets and water pressure would be especially important. Additionally, getting a new smart TV would significantly enhance the overall comfort. • Ivaylo (1/5): Avoid staying at all costs , not worth it - Outdoor garden area The host's mother and father live on the property permanently. The host's mother is very rude and argumentative. The message chair is advertised as free but you actually have to pay for that as well. There is no wifi in some parts of the house. Some of the TV's are not working and they are not flat screen TV's either. The house is falling apart and everything is really outdated like 15 years of usage. We were also asked by the host mother to cancel our booking so that she doesn't have to pay the booking.com fee and she will give us a discount if we did to which we refused. The shower in our room had electric wire's taped up together and when you take shower the water was spraying over them which I'm assuming is not really safe. There is not glassware only 5 glasses for soft drinks and rest was small glasses for alcohol. The host mother accusedus of stealing bin bags as well and started screaming at us. There is no washing facility's so you will have to do it by hand. The usage of the hot tub cost 20 lev for 20 minutes which is way overpriced and you don't get a receipt for that so I'm guessing they are evading paying taxes. The host mother also collected our ID's and took them out of sight. There's so many issues with this property and at the minute we are contacting customer service to try and get all this sorted

• Alexandra (10/5): Exceptional - The vila is perfect for a group of friends. Has 6 rooms with AC and a balcony and a lot of facilities to spend time outside: swimming pool, bbq place, a large covered terrace, 2 fridges to store food. There are enough parking places. The grass is perfectly maintained and it was a pleasure to step bare feet on it. It's a pleasure to stay outside. The road to the vila. From the main road there are 150 meters of damaged road but this a general problem in Balchik.... Some rooms are smaller but for sleeping are enough.
