• Helena (9/5): Great stay in this lovely family ran hotel, highly recommend - Great hotel, in a quiet area but close to the beach and old town (10 min walk from main areas). The hotel staff arranged airport transfers for us at a good price and was very reliable, and had availability for us to add on an extra night due to very late flight. The pool area is lovely, very clean and well maintained. Everything we needed for a week's holiday. Rooms cleaned daily, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Amazing price and value for money. Would have benefitted from a kettle in the room, but there was coffee available at breakfast and also a nice machine just at the back of the hotel. The wet room does get very damp smelling, and doesn't drain quickly.

Não havia cortina ou box no banheiro e o chuveiro estava com um vazamento que molhava todo o banheiro... Além de ser velho e feio o banheiro, precisam melhorar isso urgente!

• Redzhebova (9/5): - Персонала беше любезен, мястото тихо, спокойно и чисто. Плажа е на 10 минути пеша. Стаята беше уютна, с удобни легла. Паркинг има, но се плаща по 10лв. на ден, което е добре. Душа не се регулирваше надолу и нагоре и по този начин навсякъде ставаше мокро, трябваше да го държа за да се изкъпя добре. Нямаше хавлии за крака. Щеше да е много добре, ако при настаняване се предлагаше вода( например 1 голямо шише в стаята). Това са дребни поправими неща, като цяло е много добър хотел.

• Delvast (9/5): - L hôtel est moderne. La piscine est un plus. La chambre est très propre, le lit des parents est très grand. Le frigo et la bouilloire permettent un petit repas sur la terrasse car elle offre un coin repas et aussi un sèche serviettes, c est très pratique. Le personnel est aux petits soins et les dames sont attentives à nos besoins dans la discrétion. Nous recommandons fortement cet hôtel. Nous n avions pas de voiture sur place et il faut quand même avoir une certaine mobilité pour se rendre dans le centre, à la plage (15 min) ou à la vielle ville (20-25 min). Cela ne nous a pas posé problème car nous sommes sportifs mais c'est mieux de le savoir. Sozopol est une destination très intéressante, riche et variée et nous y avons passé de magnifiques vacances ! Nous recommandons fortement cet hôtel, il n y a pas grand chose de négatif à dire ! Mais juste, dans la salle de bain, il n y a pas de cabine de douche ou de rideau donc on met de l eau partout, c'est gênant. Une microfibre nous permettait de sécher un peu le sol pour ne pas patauger en allant aux toilettes après la douche d un des membres de la famille. Aussi, le lit des parents et un autre sont top mais le 4e lit est juste pour un enfant de 10ans.

• Pashova (10/5): Lovely place for your holiday. - Everything. I had everything I needed to stay for my holiday. Quiet place, clean rooms, food when I asked for, laundry when I needed, swimming pool for fun and sunbathing. The owners and their team made our experience great with being nice and friendly, asking if we needed anything. Excellent service. No issues at all.

And they charged us the same amount…. The shower is simply a tap with a shower head, no curtain and no flooring so the whole bathroom gets wet when you shower and the floor floods.

Das Hotel befindet sich im neuen Wohnviertel von Sosopol, ist nicht weit entfernt vom grossen Strand. Прекрасен семеен хотел, семейството, което го стопанства бяха много мили и учтиви. Храната беше много вкусна. Хотелът се намира в новата част на Созопол, в близост до големияг плаж Хармани. Alles war super

Закуската беше много вкусна и изобилна, има подсигурени паркоместа за гостите, стаите се зареждат ежедневно и се поддържат чисти. Всичко е обзаведено с вкус и мисъл, стаите са големи и изключително уютни, всички удобства са налице. Най-много ни хареса отношението и отзивчивостта на персонала. С удоволствие ще се връщаме отново и отново. Благодарим за гостоприемството!
• Iurii (10/5): - Отель прекрасный. Чистота идеальная, постель меняли через день, полотенца ежедневно. Лифт работает всегда. Вид с балкона красивый, на море и бассейн. Бассейн чистый, умеренно хлорированный, вода хорошо прогревается на солнце. Глубина примерно 1,5 метра. До пляжа минут 10 неспешной ходьбы, до центра примерно столько же. Отдельно бонус бесплатная парковка прямо перед отелем. Немного далеко от пляжа, но не критично.

• Ilian (10/5): Excellent - The staff was very friendly. The place is spotless, and modern and our room had a sea view. The neighbourhood is quiet. There is an option to pay a little money for a parking space right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. The staff doesn't bother you at all while inside the room. When you leave, they just ask which room you're from so that they can clean it if we don't mind. Overall, the user experience is perfect. There is also a small restaurant that has breakfast in the morning and you can take coffee, fresh or other drink from there throughout the whole day. The price was one of the best for the town, which is quite surprising provided that the hotel offers high-quality rooms, services and also has a pool. The hotel is not located in a central place, so if you decide to go by foot, you need to walk 10-20minutes before reaching old town. That's not a fault of the owners by any means, just something worth to mention

• MatteoC (10/5): What a nice experience - This is the third time that I spend some days in this Family Hotel . The owners are extremely friendly and talk good English. The rooms are modern and well decorated . Breakfast is not included but with a few extra money you can have a good start of the day . Swimmingpool is available for free and water is cristal and clean . Balcony is also with big dimension and you can seat comfortable for relaxing outside the room. our bathroom compared to the room was not at the same level . water from the shower goes all over the floor and maybe a curtain would be necessary to contain the shower water . Parking for the car in front of the hotel is not for free.. Maybe in high season it makes sense to ask for extra money but we arrived in mid of September with several free parking all around the road and we did not see the need to pay extra for it.

• Atanas (4/5): Нищо общо с очакванията и описанието им, разочароващ - Басейна е чист и очевидно е част от съседният хотел, с който са се договорили да го ползват, не е личен на хотела. Достъпа до него е невъзможно с количка и дете заради стръмните стълби. Стаята беше изключително мръсна, терасата никога не беше почиствана, банята потънала в мухъл. Централната лампа нямаше ключ с който да се включи и стоеше, като украшение. Телевизора дори не е смарт, кабелната беше като аналогова картина бучаща и на квадратчета. Стая трябваше да се почиства ежедневно, единствено хвърляха кошчетата. Няма ресторант в хотела, дават едно листче на рецепция и явно се храниш в лобито. На 20мин разстояние е от плаж и е изключително неудобно. Няма абсолютно никакви рампи за инвалидна достъпност или бебешка количка. Душа пръскаше из цялата баня, нямаше нормална струя и отнемаше много време да се изкъпе човек. Асансьора беше изключително тесен, но поне го имаше! Стаите са неподдържани, тъмни и мръсни. Като цяло няма нищо общо с описанието си. Единствено персонала беше любезен.
