• Kyriaki (5/5): Mediocre at best - Convenient location if you are travelling (easy access to train/bus), quiet neighbourhood. They tried to solve the mishaps that occured and I have to appreciate that, although it was their mistakes. The rooms feel dirty and old, with a lot of wall damages etc. Also, when we arrived the code to enter the building didn't work. Fortunately we went early to leave the luggage and someone was there. During check in there is no reception, which brings me to my other point: you just take the key from the room door and enter. Our allocated room was actually taken by someone else before we got there, so we had to call someone to find a solution because we were travelling for work and we specifically asked (and was promised) a 2 beds room. The other room that had a key to the door had a double-bed. This system is truly weird also. How is it possible for everyone to just open rooms and check inside with no staff being present...

• Lyubomir (7/5): За една вечер е поносимо - Добра организация на достъпа. Въпреки че според Booking има паркинг, но такъв няма, все пак по мейл ми беше дадена ценна информация за място за паркиране. Сякаш стените са само от картон. Всичко се чува от съседните стаи и човек се събужда.

L'accueil se fait par transmission sur le téléphone ( instruction digicode pour rentrer dans l'hotel et numéro de chambre attribuée ) cela a bien fonctionné. Il n'y a pas de frigo dans les chambres juste un petit frigo collectif au rez de chaussé vite rempli. L'idéal serait de rajouter un deuxième frigo collectif sur le palier à l'étage.Merci.

• Nelson (9/5): - Really nice and comfortable rooms. The cleaning of the place was absolutely spot on! I only felt the lack of a small kitchen.
• IRINA (9/5): Лучший вариант, если у вас пересадка на следующий автобус в Пловдиве! - Отличная локация - лучший вариант для тех, кто продолжит путешествие с автобусной станции. Чисто, тихо, все необходимое имеется в номере. Есть вай-фай, телевизор, кондиционер. Дополнительно на первом этаже - чай, кофе, сахар. Сложно было поднять мой тяжелый чемодан на третий этаж, но это не вина владельца отеля. Возможно, в следующий раз при бронировании попрошу дать мне номер на первом этаже.

• Gergana (10/5): Book it - Very comfortable and in a nice spot. I loved the self-check-in as I arrived late and was tired from traveling, so being able to quickly go to my room and settle was great! The room was clean, which is a 10/10 in my book. Parking was surprisingly easy as well; instructions were sent via chat in booking. No soundproofing, you could hear neighboring visitors next to and above. In the morning, it's easy to be woken by the sounds of people talking or someone getting ready and so on. But in general, this place is AWESOME for its price!
• Mark (10/5): - A decent value private room for my brief stay in Plovdiv. Walking distance to central locations.. Next to the bus station, although I wasn’t disturbed by it. A few minutes walk from the train station also. The train station also has bus stops used by FLIXBUS and others. No complaints

• Krasen (8/5): - Стаята беше чиста и всичко беше здраво. За цената си имаше всичко необходимо и местоположението е удобно както за работа, така и за екскурзия. Стените са малко "тънки" и ако в съседните стаи вдигнат малко повече шум се чува доста силно. Но това опира до късмет със съседите

• Monica (10/5): Central good value easy check in English speaking host - Very close to the central rail station , less than 5 minutes walking. Easy self checking with information given well in advanced. Easy to find on google maps Host speaks English and he allowed me to leave my bags while I did a tour of the town I had medication that needed to be kept in the fridge but there was no fridge in the room. I should have asked before I arrived because there was one in the lobby that I could probably have used
