• Yuliya (10/5): Exceptional - The room was very clean and had everything you need for comfortable stay. The host is very welcoming and helpful, he helped with luggage, dedicated place for the bicycle and shared his private refrigerator. In the corridor where are all the rooms on the second floor there was a nice gesture - tea, coffee, biscuits and some dishes (cups, plates, cutlery, electric kettle), I found it very sweet. The building itself is in the city center, it's 100 meters from museums and two churches.

• Venera (9/5): Superb - Nice, clean and renovated apartment with well equipped kitchen, balcony and washing machine. It is next to center of Batak.
• Rayna (9/5): Spacious room in the center of town - Spacious & centrally located room. It was easy to park right outside the hotel. A short walk to the major sights. A mini fridge would've been a great addition.

• Viktoria (10/5): Exceptional - Very new and modern room. Everything was very clean! I would definitely stay here again! The surroundings are a bit loud, there were a lot of dogs in the streets at night!
