• Rachelle (10/5): Exceptional - If you like quirky and unique then this place is for you. We had a blast checking out all the fascinating artwork and creative spaces. The beauty of this guest house is found in its faults, I don't think we would have appreciated it as much if it was in pristine condition. We absolutely loved the pool with its beautiful view. Do not expect a 5star experience. It is, what it is!
• Laetitia (6/5): Amazing place if you have low expectations in cleanliness - We really enjoyed the garden / park, with all the beautiful colours, the arty/ cosy opened kitchen near the pool, and the (sometimes surprising^^) sculptures. It really conveys good vibes, especially with the nice music put by the others guests. The view on sunset was also very agreable, and in bonus our host seemed happy to speak a bit in french with us. The cleanliness… Our room (three beds) was full of dust and spiders nets. We cleaned four times the toilets and decided still to not sit on it. The shower wasn’t clean either. There were a lot of ants outside, some inside too. The beds seemed ok. The pool was a bit green. That’s a pity cause with an extra help in cleaning, this place would be very awesome!
• Claudiu (6/5): Pleasant - It is very quiet. Big, beautiful yard. I stayed two nights. The first night it rained in our room. All night I stayed to see where the dripping was coming from so that our things wouldn't get wet. The second night I changed the room and it was fine. Wi fi does not exist.
• Leahu (6/5): Wonderful location, poor conditions, good view. - The location on top of the hill with a pretty view. Things are old and many of them are broken (the shower outside, the toilet running etc). No AC in the rooms!!! It was terribly hot during the night. The room cannot be locked, not even the main one for the guest house. It looked perfect for a parties but not for family stay. Lots of statues around and bad dreams during the night. We didn’t feel safe but we were happy that it was only for one night.

• Joy (7/5): Good - It was a nice to be in the country. The room was roomy and the beds were comfortable enough. The view from the yard was stunning, the surroundings quiet and peaceful. The owner and helpers were friendly. The place is looking worn in the buildings & rooms and the grounds look slightly overgrown. Our room was right next to the yard and eatery area, so it was abit noisy at night and in the morning. A motion sensor light (?) kept flashing through our window all night, and we had to.leave the window open for fresh air as there isn't any air con in the room.
• Georgel (10/5): Best Experience in Volos - Everything was great! Clean, modern, very very comfy, 30 min of easy walking down The street to reach The Center of Volos, amazing! I really don't have anything bad to say to be honest!

• Ivan (3/5): Dirty. - The area is beautiful, quiet, the place has a great view, there is ample parking, the garden is nice. In one word dirty. I have never been in such an unkempt establishment. The beds were wet, the blankets were washed recently and were put on before they dried. We were supposed to have a private bathroom, it was shared with two other rooms ( luckily they were empty). Everything that could have been dirty was dirty, nightstand, floor, windows, carpet, mattress. I am not even going to mention the bathroom, mold, toilet paper on the floor, a toilet that had not been cleaned since the last visitors. Way too much money for what it is. Avoid!
