• Linda (9/5): Friendly guest house near Rila Seven Lakes - Friendly owners keen to share local highlights - with aid of Google Translate we managed to understand each other. Our room had its own external door directly access from the lively garden. Close to town center and free onstreet parking. Great for a night close to Rila Seven Lakes, excellent hike! Very noisy fan in the bathroom. Blinds let in lots of light.

• Kuzmanova (1/5): - Собствениците бяха изключително груби и негостоприемни. Дадоха ни стая с неработещи щори, изгорели лампи и развалена ключалка. Не можете да ги намерите когато възникне проблем и като за капак обвиниха нас за повредите. Решихме да си тръгнем и дори не ни върнаха предварително платената сума. Стаята имаше само 1 контакт, излязал от стената с оголени кабели. Не издават касови бележки, нямат хавлии в стаите, щорите са постоянно отворени, а пък отвратителното отношение няма как да опиша!

• Georgi (6/5): Basic accommodation - Good location and easy to find. We booked for 2 adults and 2 children for 2 nights. Our main trip was to the lakes, so we needed a place to sleep, nothing more. There is a basic kitchen next to the garden with plenty of space. The owners were helpful. No Wifi. One of the rooms is very dark. The bathrooms need better cleaning (there was mold in each of them) and one of them proper renovation, as there was water leaking and the door was not in a good condition due to humidity/water. The other bathroom was fine, but there was constantly changing pressure while we took a shower.

Входната врата на стаята е със стъкло, което отвън е леко огледално, но се вижда през него. Щорите са вертикални и направени така, че да закриват и вратата отвътре, но бяха счупени точно така, където трябва да я закриват.

• Lora (10/5): We had such a nice, relaxing stay, thank you for everything, hosting family! - What a beautiful place to stay, quiet, with a nice garden, great location next to the city center but most of all - the hosting family was so polite and helpful and warm - an example of the famious Bulgarian hospitality! We liked absolutely everything

• Antoan (3/5): Not the best value for your buck… - The location, but nothing else really… The house has seen better days for sure… my room didn’t even lock and I was told that it’s ok to leave it open since there is no crime in the area… thank god I had nothing valuable with me! Come on, the room is accessible from the street! The fact that the maid gate didn’t lock also didn’t help… The mattress is straight hell… it’s basically a wooden slate. Pillows were lumpy… The sheets had some plant debris and stuff on the, but were clean - they air dry them in the sun, just outside the rooms. The bathroom was not as clean as it should be and the glass shelf above the sink decided to fall down on its own during the night… where I was told that it only falls partially on occasion… “but it’s ok…”. Come on… The water pressure is practically non existent… and the “hot” water is just lukewarm, so don’t expect to take a relaxing shower. The lack of AC made things even worse, not only because of the heat, but also because of the fact that we had to sleep with the windows open at night, and the live music from the nearby restaurant until 3/4 at night was crazy loud…

• Alina (8/5): Good value for money - The room was pretty big. The sheets were washed, but you could tell they were old. The room is surrounded by trees and vines, so you had a pretty view outside the windows. It's on a secondary street, so it's quiet. The old man who welcomed us was really nice. The bathroom was a little old and maybe a bit unclean.

• Anastasia (7/5): Good stay! 🫠 - Its a nice house with little apartments/rooms with private bathroom, balcony with 4able and chairs to drink your morning drink. The room is good and spaciouse and the bathroom is small but ok for 2 people. Its right in the center of the village. The owners are very nice and helpfull😄 Id recommend to put a mop in the bathroom!
• Michael (8/5): Great value, close to Rila, beautiful hosts - The reason to stay here are the hosts. They have no English but are so welcoming, kind, and generous. Honestly- the most genuine lovely people in Bulgaria. We were presented with wine, snacks and rakia on arrival 😀. The place has a homely feel with nice gardens. This location was perfect for our journey to Rila 7 Lakes. Also don't miss the public swimming pools. The room is basic and clean and very good value for the little paid. With the hosts hospitality, we could overlook the many minor maintenance issues in the room (lights not working, toilet water running, bathroom shelf falling down, etc). Hosts 10/10. Room 8/10.

• Nicole (9/5): Perfect for couples - the location, the hosts and the privacy are amazing. I think there is wifi available but we were never given a password. I didn’t manage to ask anyone while we were there but we also didn’t need it during out stay so it wasn’t a priority.

• Lidija (1/5): we left the accommodation that we paid for, because there was no heating and the outside temperature was couple od degre - beautiful garden The room was too small. There was NO HEATING! The host gave us an old heater and told us that during the night we have to switch off the heater, and sleep in frozen cold room. We paid for the accommodation since we did not know that the old heater didn’t work. later in the evening we had to search for another accommodation and lucky we found one and we left the house
• Ivelina (7/5): Nice stay in Sapareva Banya - Great location - short walk to restaurants and spas, and a short drive to the Seven Rila Lakes. The room was clean and comfy. The internet didn't work. The space heater didn't work, so we were quite chilly. The curtain didn't work so we couldn't cover the window.

• Barrie (9/5): Lovely clean room with mountain view balcony - Lovely spacious room with en suite, just off the main street, 5 mins from bus stop. My room had a nice little balcony overlooking the owners leafy garden. Lady that checked me in didn't speak English but was so helpful There is a garden with seating and a kitchen although I wasn't entirely sure they were available for guests, the lady did help me put my things in the fridge
