• Richard (10/5): The family looking after this apartment couldn't be lovlier, they will do anything for you. - Peter & his family WILL look after you. Don't worry about anything, they're the best host ever and you will feel like part of the family. And when your happy about the room, they offer awesome service, food and pricing in the restaurant below. Location, location, location....... If you are after the top of the mountain and the gondola to get up there, then this is perfect for you. It's about a 30 second walk to the gondola, you can't get closer. (It's only a 5 min walk away from the other slopes, also, so don't be lazy!!) I was in the apartment next to BJ's, it can be a little noisy till 3am which might not be ideal for early risers. I was an early riser (7am), but I did my research and took ear plugs, never heard a thing with them in. There's 2 apartment's, one next to BJ's (the lively bar) and one on the other side which should be quieter. I was in the one closest. It was noisy till 3am with the cheesiest music ever, cant get around that, but with the prior knowledge of needing earplugs it wasn't a problem. Either way, I came away feeling like I got an absolute bargain. YMMV.

• Cathy (10/5): Ideally located clean accommodation with lovely hosts and great food in the restaurant below - The little apartment was in an amazing location right opposite the gondola and an easy walk to the Rila resort. It is above the restaurant which has such fantastic food. Peter is a superb host and his daughter Eva was very helpful. If you stay in these apartments I strongly recommend eating there. The apartments had everything we needed and were warm and clean. There is a great bar next door - the only downside being that you can hear their music til late into the night but we knew that so had ear plugs just in case! It would not put me staying again. We were a group of family and friends with teens so all enjoyed the bar anyway.

He always tried to accommodate us and was very responsive. - The location was amazing, just 2 minute walk to the centre of Borovets, which is great if you’re going skiing. We also ate at the restaurant downstairs and it was delicious… recommend the bread!

• Steven (10/5): Brilliant Accommodation!! - Peter the owner is a lovely man and took the time to explain everything on the menu. The accommodation itself was perfect for us, very clean, tidy and spacious. I would 100% recommend. The food and portion sizes are amazing and it is extremely close to the slopes and across the road from the gondola. Top Notch!! The only negative of this accommodation is that it is beside a very loud bar, although this didn't annoy our group it may annoy some people but this is no fault of Peter and The Green King accommodation.
• Josh (10/5): Overall it’s a fantastic location, the food is great too! - The rooms were lovely and comfortable. Perfect size for a group. Great location too as it is directly opposite the gondola. The only issues we had was that the fridge would freeze some of the things, we tried every setting but it would still do it.

• 1 (6/5): Lovely place, pity about the noise. - Peter and his daughter Eva were friendly and helpful. The apartment was located above the Peter's restaurant which served very good traditional food, with good prices and excellent service. Unfortunately we could not stay more than one night as we were unable to sleep due to the pub next door playing loud music until 3am, loud drunken people spilling out onto the street etc. It was a real shame, obviously Peter had no control over this and has spoken to the owners adjacent.

• Clare (9/5): Perfectly located apartment with friendly hosts. - Lovely owners. Cosy, warm rooms. Fantastic location opposite gondola. Great food in restaurant. Bar next door loud until 3am but nothing the Green King can do about that. Take noise cancelling headphones or join them in the bar.
