• Henk (10/5): Je wil nooit meer uitchecken - De inrichting van de suite, de ligging en de eigenaar. Het enige minpuntje was dat de tv er telkens mee stopte in mijn suite en ik de eigenaar moest berichten om het weer te herstellen. Dat deed hij meestal binnen 30 minuten.

• Emina (7/5): Cosy little room - Had everything needed for a small vacay. It’s a very good location. They offer a washing machine, iron board, hairdryer, .. Good and fast communication. We’d recommend! No big mirror Sometimes there was a smell in the bathroom, but that’s because of the old piping.

• Svetla (9/5): Great Value for Money for Solo travelers - Despite the compact size, the room had all the needed amenities - AC, fridge, storage, foldable table, good size bathroom, TV. I love the option to use parking in the centre of the city and the seamless self checkin/out. The only thing that I didn't like too much was that because of the size of the room, the AC chilled it quite fast, but this can be regulated by stopping the AC for a while. All else was great!

The self check in was the best I have ever experienced! Communication by Booking.com messenger was excellent by the host. They even helped us sort out our taxi to the bus station! It was all excellent!
• Yelena (4/5): - Personal, lokalita, Byt nebyl dostatečně uklizený: sprcha s vodním kamenem, opotřebováne osušky (díry), mrazák s hodně velkou námrazou ( nemohla jsem tam vložit ani lahev s vodou). Špatné umyté nádobí, v konvici byla voda po předchozím hosti, žádná útěrka v kuchyní. Vedle budovy žádné kontejnery na odpadky. Byla jsem donucena odnášet odpadky až přes ulici. Pračka se nachází v prádelně, v přízemí budovy skoro ve sklepu nad schody, což bránilo mi použít pračku. Umístění pračky je moc vysoko pro použití. Celkový dojem o apartmánu je podprůměrný. Cena vs kvalita neodpovídála. Komunikace s personálem ale ok.

• Hannah (7/5): Praktische Unterkunft im Zentrum von Varna - Gemütliche Unterkunft in toller Lage. Hochwertige Ausstattung und ausreichend Stauraum, auch bei einem längeren Aufenthalt. Dank Klimaanlage war es auch im August sehr angenehm im Dachgeschoss. Gute Instruktionen zum Self-Check-In und durch Zahlenschlösser war die Unterkunft immer gut zugänglich . Die Küche ist, trotz ihrer Größe und hochwertigen Möblierung, ziemlich schlecht ausgestattet. Wir hatten nur ein Speisemesser obwohl das Apartment für 2 Personen ausgelegt ist. Teelöffel fehlten auch. An Kochgeschirr hab es nur einen großen Topf und eine winzige zerkratzte Pfanne. Dadurch war es nicht so bequem sich selbst zu verpflegen.

• Vera (10/5): - Простой, но уютный номер. Расположение отличное. Всё прекрасно. Следует учитывать лестницу, которая ведёт ко всем номерам. Она достаточно крутая, длинная и узкая. С улицы можно попасть только по кодовому замку. Читайте переписку, в ней присылают код. Мы его долго искали перед дверью, лучше это сделать заранее. Стиральная и сушильная машины находятся при входе в самом низу лестницы. Хорошо бы поставить туда корзину для белья. Мы несколько раз спускались, но машинка была занята чужим чистым бельем. Кто-то долго не забирал своё бельё после стирки. Если бы в таком случае была бы корзина, можно было бы выгрузить туда чужое белье и избавить себя от многих спусков и подъемов по лестнице.

• Drmickd (7/5): Pleasant, basic accommodation in Varna's historic quarter. - Good location in the heart of the Greek Quarter. Secure entrance, no keys involved. Washer is downstairs but seems always available and is easy to use. Room was very compact but everything worked. Excellent restaurant next door. Walls are thin, and if you have room 22, try not to be taller than 175cm. The room has only the most basic of necessary items, so you'll have to buy some things.

• Mitat (8/5): Very good - I stayed for 4 nights. The location is in the city center. The price/performance ratio is very good. The rooms are clean and tidy. The location is within walking distance to the center and the beach. Good at customer communication and problem solving.

There is no delimitation of the shower so the water will be all over the bathroom permanently. You have to climb a lot of stairs to get to the flat. The way to the parking spot is very very tight and you have to do a lot of movements to get in or out. It was cold when we arrived and the only heating system is the AC. Took a while to get warmer...

Excellent communication of the property management, very personal touch and always responsive immediately. I arrived in Varna around midnight and, being very tired after a long journey, could not find the entrance - called the number advertised and my call was answered right away, helping me to havigate through the check in process in the most comforting manner possible. On the check out I was given a very safe and convenient option to leave my luggage for the day, much appreciated. Many thanks for everything! Absolutely nothing to report.

• Athanasios (6/5): Good for 1 or 2 days - Cozy place, clean, near the center, really easy check in, and going in and out with just a password was great to not have to worry about forgetting a key. Host is responsive and answers all questions. No elevator, you have to go up 5 floors by stairs, no bath area so all the bathroom is all the time full of water, much smaller than it was on the pictures... Like extremely smaller. Kitchen didn't have a lot of utilities.

• Min (5/5): Central location but bad smell intermittently - Very central location which takes us 10mins to walk to either the beach or city center Having a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities in the apartment suite is also very convenient There is also luggage storage which was helpful for us as our flight was an evening flight on the day of check out No toiletries were provided even though it was stated on the facilities description There is also a very bad smell that comes and goes. We noticed this during our third day staying in the room, and it comes and goes throughout the rest of the day. It didnt seem to come from the air conditioning as we tried having this turned off. We didnt find the source of the smell and had the window open when the smell came back to air out the room The beds are also very soft which is not to our personal preference

• Travelhappy (8/5): A good option in Varna - The location was handy to the beach, city and train station but a long way from the bus station. You need to take a taxi. There's a good Turkish restaurant next door, supermarket just up the street, cafes everywhere. The balcony door had a fly screen so we didn't have to worry about insects. Good communication from hosts re finding and entering the property. They quickly replaced a missing item. Lots of stairs but worth it when you got up there! A small modern bathroom - but the kind where everything gets wet.

So when I booked this very last minute, I got confirmation immediately and the room was ready quickly. I was soooo happy to stay here. Super central but quiet in a courtyard. AIR CONDITIONING!! Lovely clean quiet space, separate bathroom and the kitchen had the essentials I needed. Communication with the hosts was great, they replied super quickly to my questions and they let me store my luggage downstairs after checkout. Highly recommend Bolero! Nothing!
• Crystal (8/5): Start doing squats now! - I could wash my clothes at no additional cost! :) pretty clean room, staff extremely responsive when you have a question via emai!! 10 min from beach and attractions. Location in relation to the street not area in general, extremely hard to find a ride to find the place considering it was very hard to find on the maps etc. Uber nor bolt was available. I could not find it on maps for a taxi so I walked 40 min from the bus station! smh. My single room was SO SMALL literally could barely turn around in there. The pics online looked so much bigger it was not at all. Bed was uncomfortable very thin foam mattress. Sheets did not smell that clean, no microwave. Solo rooms could be a bit cheaper to make it more worth it around $35-40. Also lastly, you have to walk up 5 FLIGHTS of stairs or more to get to your room depending what floor you are on.

• Ralph (9/5): Great choice for long stays and introverts - The room looked exactly like the picture they showed. A sleek-looking cabin with marine undertones. There's a complete modern kitchen, and you can do your laundry in a room downstairs. Also, the staff was very accommodating and helpful without needing to be physically there. It's a great choice for introverted people. The room was located at the topmost floor, accessible only by stairs. There were times I wished there was an elevator, especially after a tiring walk outside.

• Aleksandrina (8/5): Very good - Great location. I will not say anything new - it is a little bit difficult to reach the room with heavy luggage via the narrow stairs. The room is not big, but it is absolutely sufficient for a short stay or if you are mostly outside exploring, beds and pillows are comfortable, big wardrobe if you need it. Great to have the option to park securely in a closed yard, just have in mind that the space is narrow and could be tricky if you are with a bigger car. Quick and efficient communication with the hosts.

• Greg (9/5): Superb - Very good location. Very nice room with all we need. There is a shared laundry room for washing clothes. There is also smart tv with netflix. Staff are super nice helpful and very prompt in replying.checkin is also fast and easy. Location is very good near to central and train station. Definitely value for money will stay again if i come back varna! In the twin room, there is a kitchen but the sink for washing is the same sink in toilet. Will be good of it has its own sink but small matter. This accomodation is definitely HIGHLY recommended!
• Margharita (5/5): Good location - Great location. Air-conditioning kept the room warm. Good WiFi. We didn't get towels nor bedlinen changed for the 9 nights of our stay. Nobody came to clean the room or vacuum the floor. Hand-wash dispensers were empty. Uncomfortable mattresses. Narrow staircase and no lift, and the room was on the top floor which made it very difficult for us with our average size suitcases.
