• YURII (7/5): Хороший вариант ночлега на 1-2 ночи - Отличное месторасположение: недалеко от центра, рядом магазины (Билла-5 минут, Кауфленд-7 минут) и кафе. Большая просторная комната с высокими потолками и большими окнами. В комнате есть телевизор. Приветливый хозяин. Шумный кондиционер, от которого нет пульта (так же как и от телевизора), чтобы его выключить нужно было писать хозяину, чего не стал делать посреди ночи. Окна закрываются занавеской до половины окна и полупрозрачными шторами, через которые пробивается свет от фонаря с улицы.

Άριστη τοποθεσια - Πολύ καλη τοποθεσια Το κατάλυμα ήταν παρά πολύ βρωμικο, τα πατώματα δεν ήταν σκουπισμένα ούτε στο ελάχιστο και όλες οι επιφάνειες ήταν σκονισμένες με στάμπες από προηγούμενα ποτήρια και αράχνες . Επίσης ήταν πάνω από μπαρ και μεσοτοιχία με άλλο δωμάτιο με αποτέλεσμα να έχει παρα πολυ φασαρια ως αργά την νύχτα . Επίσης ενώ το κατάλυμα μας απαντούσε κανονικά μόλις αναφέραμε την βρωμια σταμάτησε να απανταει στα μηνύματα μας

• Emily (9/5): - The stay was good - the room was nice with air conditioning with an en-suite (wet-bathroom) and a shared kitchen/dining area. The hosts were great and very helpful. The place was in a decent location - a 20-30 minute walk into the centre of Sofia.

• Nikolay (9/5): - The owner/manager was very kind and helpful in making sure I can go through with my stay, even though I had to arrive at an hour later than their reception's working hours. I was able to check-in and out without much of a problem. There is some work that can be done to make this process a bit smoother in the future, such as utilizing a keypad pin for entry; making more of the information around self-check-in available upfront before booking; maybe consolidating most or all communication to one app (like the booking.com app, instead of being asked to send information elsewhere and being required to make phone calls). The only things that confused me were: 1) The air-conditioner with no remote which is supposedly controlled by a centralized software, so you'd need to call to ask for a different temperature or something? At least I didn't feel the need to do so, but it was a bit peculiar. 2) Since I did my check-in remotely, they said that my room should have a key for it on the inside, but instead there was this modern lock on the door with a keypad and fingerprint scanner or something, which I couldn't figure out how to operate (and it was almost midnight when I realized so I didn't feel appropriate to call to ask about that). I ended up not locking my door when getting out, which is a bit risky, but all was fine, the place seemed secure enough. So my feedback about these small issues I had, is I think it would be best to have more written information on how things work, either in the rooms or in the main hall. I only read about the aircon a bit later while looking for some other information, so while there is some things written here and there, it's not as obvious where to find the details.

• Monica (1/5): Bel soggiorno se vuoi sopravvivere in condizioni estreme - Vicino al centro di Sofia Ho prenotato il giorno prima della mia partenza, in quanto l'hotel prenotato in precedenza non era disponibile. La zona è centrale e la camera costa poco ma ciò non giustifica le condizioni pessime del b&B. Appena arrivati, la camera era freddissima, il bagno non era riscaldato e aveva un foro come ricambio d'aria. Farsi una doccia significava sopravvivere al freddo e bagnare il wc e il pavimento. La muffa era presente in camera, le lenzuola erano vecchie come i mobili. La cucina comune è in condizioni pessime. Non ci ritornerei nemmeno se mi paghessero loro.

Budynek z zewnątrz wygląda jakby był opuszczony. Wejście do klatki po zmroku to jak wejście do noclegowni. W środku mamy kuchnię która miała oferować kawę i herbatę - niestety tylko na papierze. Pokój - łóżko którego materac zapada się za bardzo. Nie dostaliśmy do niego nawet kołdry - ktoś stwierdził że wystarczy nam koc i porwana pościel. Podłoga z kłębami kurzu. Łazienka ? Tak niskiego standardu nie widziałam od lat - kibelek z prysznicem w jednym pomieszczeniu a umywalka poza łazienka centralnie w pokoju. Klimatyzacja która miała dawać ciepło działała tragicznie. Nic dziwnego że po pobycie tam wracamy chorzy Uczulam również na informację że check in odbywa się do godziny 19 więc osoby które mają późne loty będą musiały dla hosta zapłacić dodatkowo za możliwość wejścia do pokoju po zmroku. • Mariam (1/5): NEFASTO - Nada El alojamiento se encontraba en condiciones nefastas, estaba todo muy sucio, hacía mucho frío y no querían poner la calefacción más fuerte. Pocas toallas, todas las sábanas sucias no han limpiado nunca, el baño asqueroso y en malas condiciones. La ducha también estaba rota y encima te duchas con el vater. El cuarto tiene las ventanas que da a la calle y las cortinas transparentan y se ve todo y encima entra luz todo el rato. No hay enchufes, el suelo está lleno de astillas. MUY IMPORTANTE, me escribieron por booking y me pidieron todos los datos de mi tarjeta para pagar un supuesto depósito que no está reflejado en el anuncio de booking. Al decirles que no compartiría esa información por privacidad en el “hotel” no me lo pidieron.

À moins de 5 minutes à pied du plus grand supermarché du centre-ville avec un choix de produit plus qu'exhaustif. à 100 mètre du marché quotidien où vous trouverez un large choix de fruits et légumes frais. Bref, pour résumer: nous avons séjourné ici la semaine dernière avant notre départ en randonnée, à notre retour nous ne nous sommes pas posés la question une seconde où nous allions dormir et nous sommes revenus avec grand plaisir. devoir repartir

Very central location in Sofia, close to the center of Serdica, 5 minutes from the metro station, with many cultural sites and museums to visit nearby, as well as restaurants to eat, so it's very convenient location-wise! It's definitely an old building and it looks like it, but the room we were given was cozy, quiet, comfortable and clean enough. The wi-fi had great signal and the air-condition worked. There was hot water in the shower, too. There's a common room/kitchen that is very convenient for cooking or having your coffee and breakfast. The owner was very kind and helpful with everything we needed! In my opinion, for such a low price, it's a great place to stay in Sofia!

• Isabella (1/5): only one word needed. AWFUL. - the location IF that. Not much to like. I don't care how much you want to save money. You won't. We ended up at a hotel because of how bad it was. This was the worst hotel experience I've had. The woman didn't speak English and was smoking cigarettes where signs said not to. I didn't feel like the room had good security. The bathroom was absolutely DISGUSTING. It smelled awful and had mold. The outside of the building is completely graffiti, and the signage is barely visible. You walk through a dark alley to get inside, where the door is broken and never stays closed. You also have to walk outside and around for the so-called kitchen.

I letti sono degli stapuntini di 50 anni fa. La luce del bagno, o meglio della latrina, spesso non si accende. Le foto che sono pubblicate sul vostro sito non corrispondono alla realtà.

• Hrudnitska (1/5): The only positive aspect of this property was the woman who checked us in. She was genuinely kind and welcoming, and she - We didn't like anything; it was dirty, and the room smelled incredibly of smoke, even though the rules state that smoking is strictly prohibited. There was a very pungent, damp smell, and it was absolutely filthy. I originally rented a room for three days, but after my first impression, it was impossible to stay there. The reservation was not cancelled. I asked to find a way to resolve the situation with the owners, but we were unsuccessful. The advert stated that there was free parking, but we were fined – this is a lie. The picture does not correspond to reality.
• Ana (2/5): - I'm sorry to leave the bad review, but the only thing that was good is location in the center and comfortable bed. For lower price we don't expext any luxury, just decent accomodation, bur this is under every hygienic standard. Bathrooms were shared and smelled terrible. Place for taking a shower is right on the entrance to the toilette - so where people step with dirty shoes from outside and use the toilette - on that same place later you are supposed to be standing with your foot and take a shower. And when anyone takes courage to take a shower, whole toilette is completely wet so whoever steps next to use toilette or just enters to wash hands, needs to step to the wet floor from shower and later spreading all that dirt to the hallway and their rooms. I don't know how apartments and rooms with private toilets look, but rooms with shared bathrooms are just awful. Plus, we got the room that doesn't exist on the photos and it didn't have any electricity spot, which is first time in my life to experience it. We were here more than 3 days and had to use one electricity spot on the hallway to charge our phones. I'm sorry, but this is honest review based on how it really was. :)

En la ducha no había agua caliente y el baño no olía muy bien . Las ventanas muy duras para cerrar y las paredes no estaban muy bien . Demasiado viejo .

• Hasmik (2/5): DON'T BOOK, ITS AWFUL - the location was alright Firstly it is a hostel, with common toilet and bathroom./ They don't have checkin after 6pm, so I arrived at 19:00 and had to pay 3 euros to a staff member to open the doors. The place smelled awful and I couldn't stay more than 3 hours, so I left and took another place to stay. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who wants to come to Sofia

The room does not meet safety standards, especially for children. I booked a room for 2 adults and two small minor children (my family) and the room was unsuitable as it was a shared area with other rooms and shared toilets. The entrance to the rooms is from a side area that is not visible. There is no free parking, only on the street where you pay for each hour and it gets very expensive for many hours.The smell of the room was strong, awful, vomit-like. We didn't stay. We left straight away and requested a cancellation. The host did not accept the cancellation and took our money without us staying in the room.
• Desislava (5/5): Passage. - Location and registration team Smelly ansashex curtains, dirty floors, bathroom without hookers pr shelves to leave stuff on. Very noisy at times 'can hear people on the corridors.

• Momchil (6/5): The worst experience of the day was having to go back to the room - Good location - Someone smoked cigarettes at the room and it has not been cleaned properly so you can always smell the residue - No blow-dryer in the room - Had to ask for toilet paper - You always have to contact someone and ask them to turn on the air-con - Generally not clean enough

• Mhamed (1/5): Invest more to earn more - The grandpa of the house was gentle with us Unfortunately it’s very bad It’s smelling bad the house is very old everything is old No utilities Location is good But it doesn’t worth im sorry to say this but you must upgrad the hostel Like the check-in we were obliged to pay 15€ more We are in 2025 you can just make self check in with a code and everyone is happy without paying extra cost (like other hostel)
