Мястото е отдалечено от центъра, но ако обичате разходки, това не е проблем. Друго малко неудобство е, че банята е до, а не в стаята.

• Tsarev (10/5): - The place is authentic and in the same time bathroom and toilet was newly renovated. The owner - Stefka was extremely welcomed, polite and nice. She made breakfast for us and at the end after we checked out she let us keep the car on the parking spot while we were sightseeing around. Thank you for everything! Nothing, everything was great really.
• Serghei (9/5): - A lovely little house across from the fortress, incredibly clean and cozy, with a very welcoming hostess. To get to the old town, you need to walk along the road on the sidewalk for about 15 minutes, with the route offering beautiful scenic viewpoints. For breakfast, they serve banitsa with cottage cheese, homemade ayran, coffee, melon, and dessert — everything is delicious, and the terrace offers a wonderful view of the fortress. The parking near the room is convenient.
• Tomasz (10/5): - Super położenie apartamenty z pięknym widokiem z górnego tarasu. Właścicielka cudowna kobieta dzięki której czuliśmy się jak u przyjaciół. Cudowne śniadanie z domowymi wypiekami. Do centrum kilkaset metrów piechotą i dzięki temu bardzo cicha okolica sprzyjająca wypoczynkowi. Zapewniony prywatny parking blisko wejścia. Samo miasto też bardzo klimatyczne i bez tłumów nawet w sezonie. Serdecznie polecamy.

• Wayne (10/5): Excellent lodging choice in Turnovo - This is an excellent place to stay in Turnovo if you have a car. The host is a very warm and caring person, serves an excellent breakfast, and offers a very comfortable and charming room. Nice view of the castle walls from the breakfat veranda. The free parking space is extremely useful. Probably not the best place to stay in town if you don't have a car. More than a KM from old town and down a very big hill. Walkable, but not a good walk in summer (very hot). We were lucky to be in town on Sunday, when parking is easier in town. Otherwise, if you have a car and don't want to walk into town from the homestay to eat and visit tbe tourist sites, I'd ask the hostess for parking advice.

To top it all off, the warm and welcoming host ensures every aspect is thoughtfully cared for. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the property/location and host.

A generous lady, very helpful and discret: she was there if you need anything, but you didn’t feel her presence. The location is across the fortress, the breakfast was generous and Bulgarian traditional.

• Ginger17 (4/5): disappointing - The place was very clean and the old lady is trying to be hospitable, it all ends here though However the place and the vibe was weird, to use the bathroom you have to enter the hall having no privacy at all. Seeing personal items all over the common areas and right next to the "private bathroom" there is a huge family portrait. We came back after a walk in 9pm and the house was pitch dark and we felt like intruders breaking into someone's home. To go to the advertised veranda you enter someone's room which was the TOP of weird for us. So grateful that we have booked only one night.
• Doina (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location, near the walls of Tzarevets fortress. Access to the second floor veranda, offering an amazing view to the fortress. Big, nice and cosy room, family-like atmosphere. The furniture is not new, but in excellent condition, as well as the parcket floor, which has nice and complicated pattern. The toilet seat and shower are in two separated rooms, making possible to be used simultaneously by two persons, and are external (need to pass through the lobby to get there). Rich and tasty breakfast served in the veranda, traditional dishes prepared by the host every morning. Very nice host, she waited for us till 22 h in a Sunday evening and gave us the information we needed. Unfortunately, there is only one room available in the house for guests. It is a pity that enjoying the view from veranda is available only for one couple.

• Claudia (10/5): Perfect accommodation for visiting Veliko. - Everything was perfect, the location is in the old town of Veliko and it allows you to walk around the old town and visit all the objectives. The room and the house were very very clean, the bed was super comfortable, we had a very good night sleep, and also because of the location, it was super quiet at night. Very beautiful view of the fortress from the balcony. We also had breakfast in the morning on the balcony, the food was homemade, and it was super delicious traditional Bulgarian food. The host was very kind and communicative, it helped us with the parking spot because it was a bit blocked by a neighbor, it made us feel very comfortable. 10/10 we recommend this accommodation 😊 There was nothing we didn’t like.

The room and bathroom are very clean as well as the entire house. The house is situated near Tsaravets fortress and is close to the main street leading to the old town, a 10 minute walk. The veranda is on the top floor and provides a panoramic view of the fortifications; our breakfast (a good one) was served there to enable us to enjoy the view. Our room was furnished and decorated in traditional style. The adjacent bathroom has very modern fittings, including a very fancy shower enclosure. N/A
• Diogonb (9/5): Nice and clean place with an amazing breakfast and host - The host was an amazing person, and the home made breakfast was amazing, the best we had on our month long trip around Bulgaria. The cleaning and organization of the room caught our attention, everything was perfect. The neighborhood was very quite and calm, away from the city center, but we walked there without any issues, not too distant. One detail I want to mention, I did not got it from the add, is that even though the bathroom is private (and as the room was very clean and organized), it is located outside of the room. Two bonus of this stay were the amazing breakfast (cooked by the owner), and the view of the castle light show from your room window :) nothing

The terrace view is amazing and the breakfast is very good. To enter the bathroom, you need to go through the hall.

The homemade breakfast was really great with best coffee we had in Bulgaria and the pretty veranda underneath the view of the fortress and cliff faces provides panoramic view. Her homemade breakfast of fruit juice, yoghurt drink, cheese and my very favourite - banitsa was delicious, and then eating it on the veranda overlooking the old castle was great. The room was nice and warm when it was cold outside, and the bed was very comfortable.

• Jane (10/5): Fabulous B&B with great cooking, personal touches and beautiful views. - Really helpful response to queries both before we arrived and during our stay. Breakfast was home-cooked, local specialities which were delicious, and the views from the terrace were sensational. We would highly recommend this stay and hope to return. The weather wasn't perfect on one of our 2 days, but this meant we were able to catch up on a bit of admin and then enjoy indoor activities in town (lunch and the interactive museum).

• Miroslava (9/5): Superb - Accommodation was 20 minutes walking from the center with a nice view. We had a nice breakfast, assuming that local one, simple, not much, but sufficient. Only I have missed the option to have a bread as an option to the oily "langos" - kind of fried pancake which was too oily for me for breakfast. Accommodation itself was clean and nice. Parking was a challenge as it was spot near the street which is not paved with the rock all around. As well if you expect receipt you will not get one. The lady is not issuing any with the information that the booking will do so, which is not that correct as the booking forwarded as to the lady that she shall do so. She did not replayed to me...
