• Mariola (8/5): Udany pobyt, wspaniali właściciele - Fantastyczna lokalizacja w zabytkowej kamienicy, do największych atrakcji było może 5-10 minut spacerem. W pobliżu wiele sklepów. Cudowny personel, dawno nie spotkałam tak serdecznych i gościnnych ludzi. Pokój i łazienka całkiem przestronne i bardzo czyste, pościel i zasłony wyprane i pachnące. Można było czuć się bezpiecznie. Okna wychodziły na ulicę więc nad ranem było słychać samochody. Łazienka jest dosyć specyficzna - to kabina z plexi wbudowana w pokój, w środku jest umywalka i prysznic umieszczony nad WC. Ja nie miałam z tym problemu ale może niektórym przeszkadzać. Bardzo miękkie materace i twarde, duże poduszki

• Elizabeth (7/5): A convenient and affordable stay in a great central location, with minor bathroom drawback - It’s very close to the city center — about a 5–10 minute walk. If you’re arriving from Sofia Airport, you can take the train/metro to the center and then walk around 10 minutes to reach the hotel. The room was acceptable for the price, and there was hot water for the shower. It would be better if the shower were separated from the toilet, as water tends to spread everywhere and makes the whole bathroom wet.

Ogni volta che tornavamo in stanza, purtroppo all’interno si sentiva puzza di fumo, probabilmente dovuto dai condizionatori che sono vecchiotti. Il bagno molto piccolo ma alla fine dei conti funzionale. Gli asciugamani non erano pulitissimi.

Bardzo miły kontakt zarówno z właścicielem obiektu jak i z Panią Ludmiłą, która tam pracuje i mówi po polsku, więc może podać ciekawe informacje co do zwiedzania jak i tamtejszej kuchni. Mogliśmy zameldować się godzinę wcześniej i godzinę wcześniej wymeldować i nie było problemu. A czasami jest to ważne.

• lara (6/5): Proprietà gentile ma gravissimi problemi di riscaldamento locale - premetto che noi eravamo nella Camera Familiare con Bagno Privato, personale gentilissimo e molto molto disponibile. Ci hanno tenuto in bagagli dopo il check out e offerto in caffè In realtà è un appartamento molto basico trilocale molto spazioso, al 4 piano senza ascensore. Il problema vero è che era freddissimo. Ci sono solo due pompe di calore rumorosissime (per cui lasciarle accese di notte diventa un tormento) nelle due stanze dove si dorme. In bagno e in ingresso nessun riscaldamento. Fuori la temperature era a - 6. non potendo lasciare accese le pompe di calore durante la nostra assenza (per questioni di rispetto ambientale) tornavamo nella casa gelata. La cosa gravissima che in una delle stanze, la più grande e quella che ha anche la cucina, c'erano ben tre vetri assenti e ricoperti sono con una leggere telo di plastica e lo scotch adesivo. Non avevo termometro ma sono certa che in casa la temperatura fosse sotto i 10 gradi. Invito la proprietà a fare immeditatamente dei lavori di miglioramento perchè così in si possono accogliere ospiti quanto meno in pieno inverno

There were many nice eating locations within 20 minutes of walking. I have no complaints and felt that this is one of the most fairly priced hotels I have been to.

We were there one night in January, it was clean, the room was warm, there was hot water. The location is perfect, everything is nearby

La camera era confortevole, pulita e accogliente, ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata fuori. L’host è stato semplicemente eccezionale: gentile, disponibile e davvero simpatico, ci ha fatto sentire subito come a casa. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con un ottimo vino locale, per festeggiare la fine dell’anno, un gesto che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo. Ogni mattina il caffè ci veniva offerto sempre con grande cordialità e un sorriso, piccoli dettagli che fanno davvero la differenza. Un’esperienza più che positiva, resa speciale soprattutto dall’ospitalità dell’host. Consigliatissimo!

The room and shared kitchen were fine, nothing extraordinary, but with everything needed. There was a little bit of odour in the room, but apart from that everything was as expected.

The location is excellent, very central, with a metro station just a 5-minute walk away and tram stops right next to the property. The area is quiet, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The common areas were also spotless. The man who welcomed us (I believe he is the owner, although I don’t know his name) was extremely kind at all times. I honestly highly recommend this place, and if I return to Sofia, I will definitely stay here again. Nothing, everything was perfect

• Viktoriia (9/5): Best impression of Bulgaria - Hosts were really welcoming, super kind, and helpful. The apartment is spacious and clean. There were towels, tea, and even iron and ironing board. Definitely would come back!! We had a problem with turning on the ac/heating, but the hosts were ready to assist us, and the problem was solved.

• Katerina (8/5): A nice place in the centre of Sofia - I booked a double room and it was situated on the second floor in the entrance next to the reception. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable, there was A/C and wi-fi. There is a common bathroom and a common kitchen room. The reception is working 24 hours and the staff is friendly. The hostel is located in the central area, very close to all kinds of transport, many shops, restaurants, cafes and sightseeing places. There was a smell of cigarettes in the room. The bathroom is quite small but is ok. The area is quite crowded and feels like not so safe.

• Goran (10/5): Hotel full of nice surprises - We had asked for a room on the lower floor, and fortunately we were given a spacious and very clean room, not with the doublebed by the wall (like on photo number 19) but it was the photo 2 (but with a doublebed in the middle) and the photo 34/55 in the Gallery. The bathroom with WC with about 2 square metres was big enough. The wet floor after taking shower would be dry quickly after turning on the ventilation (which unlike in some other ho(s)tels is off just when you want). There was also a doormat to put it on the wet floor after taking shower.. Unexpectedly, we also had a small fridge in the room. TV with a few channels in English, German and Italian besides a lot of Bulgarian channels, though none from nearby Serbia. Good heating on AC. Well-equipped shared kitchen, also with an electric kettle and hairdryer. Very good wi-fi. The room faced the street with cobblestones, yet it was very calm at night. The location near metro & tram station with Lidl supermarket just there. Unbeaten price/quality. Last but not least, very helpful and friendly receptionists with very good English. A double socket was placed just by the bed and the room door while the other socket was on the wall a little higher. The doublebed (with very comfortable pillows) was quite low and was a bit softer than we wished. But these were just tiny details.
