• oded (8/5): - The apartment is spacious, beautiful, comfartable and in a great location. Perfect for 2 couples and 2 singles. Great value for money. There is no private parking so if you come with a car you need to park on the street and feed the parking meter 2 leva per hour. It is free in the afternoon and during the night between 18:30-8:30

• Kyle (9/5): Comfortable apartment in a great, central location in a fun city. - Guest House Maison 21 is a nice apartment situated in the centre of Plovdiv. It has great access to all of the places of interest and is pretty spacious within. The kitchen and utility rooms are fully equipped, including coffee Moka pots and a coffee pod machine, as well as ironing boards. The rooms are all decent sizes and the two bathrooms really help with allowing everyone to get ready at the same time. Communication with the host was excellent. Although there is no on-site parking, we managed to find a public place about 7 minutes walk away, so this was not a problem. A few of the fittings in the shower are quite loose, meaning that you have to be a bit careful not to touch anything. One room did not have any air conditioning, which meant that that room was quite warm. The hosts provide a fan, which helps a bit, but it is not as good as the other two rooms that both have air conditioning units.

• almira (6/5): 3bed/2bath centrally located apt in the heart of Plovdiv with potential after some TLC - The apt was centrally location , 5 minutes walking distance of the major sites . It’s a standalone building which felt more private . The place has a lot of potential including if they fixed the area when you first walk in and perhaps decorate the foyer. The place needs to be updated and cleaned thoroughly, changing the shower liner would go a long way

• Iva (10/5): Beauty and comfort in the heart of Plovdiv - The apartment is amazing and in the very heart of Plovdiv. There's a lot of space and the rooms are decorated with a nice touch -beautifully and without excessive elements. You are literally a couple of minutes away from the main pedestrian street, Old town Plovdiv, Kapana district, the Ancient Theatre, etc., still the place is quiet and provides for a good rest. We all liked it very much and will definitely, definitely recommend it! Our stay was too short (one night).

The host was very kind and supportive! The bathrooms are for renovation, not so clean and showers didn’t work properly.

I contacted host and they said plug was there but we didn’t find. August is very hot in Plovdiv. Only 2 bedrooms have AC, the third one had a very inefficient fan and none in kitchen which was super hot.

• Axelle (7/5): Good - The space I thought it was a house but it's on the first floor with no real garden... a bit disappointing. There is no garage in the house but we found a place to park nearby
• Lucie (5/5): perfect location but dont expect much more - the location is perfect to visit Plovdiv. 10 min not more to the old town by walking and you just need to cross a street to be in the city center on the main street. we managed to park in front of the appartement on a public parking. 4lv per hour. very big rooms and beds. appartment was not clean at all. none of the 2bathrooms. not the beds we needed to change all the sheets and clean bathroom and kitchen. we advised the owner that tried to find a solution. water pressure is really low and hot water almost inexistant for a shower. we took cold showers during 2days. and we boiled hot water for the children. in the kitchen a lot of equipments are broken like toaster. it’s a pity because the appartment and stay could be really great but all of these elements made it really average.

Great for a family. The water pressure was very low, sometimes completely stopped for few minutes,and switching hot to cold. The apartment at the center, which means noise at night on the weekends with windows open. The windows are good for isolation.

The kitchen was equipped very well and had everything we needed, as we were travelling with kids. The host was accommodating and helped us with needed information about parking. Not a single thing comes to mind. Maybe that I cannot buy the place ;)

• Janet (10/5): Lovely base to see the ancient town of Plovdiv - The apartment is a huge and private apartment perfectly placed right in the middle of Plovdiv. It is very close to both the Old Town and the modern part of the modern part with its numerous bars and restaurants. The apartment was super clean, super comfortable and had everything you could need for a lovely holiday. The owners were both kind and helpful, they made our stay here perfect. Parking can be a little difficult in Plovdiv, but we were able to park immediately outside the apartment with no problems. Plovdiv is a brilliant mix of ancient history and modern town, and this apartment is a lovely base to see it all from. Thank you. Nothing
