• Снежана (4/5): - The host was very kind and caring, the place is great, the location is perfect, the place is quiet. It was not really clean, some items were broken, the tub was blocked, there were holes in the towels, on the curtains, the windows were very dirty, the floor was not clean, there were a lot of spiderwebs everywhere, the light in the closet room was not working, the door of the apartment had no option of being locked, there was no soap in the bathroom, the shower was nearly broken.

Лоша хигиена, мръсни завивки с петна от кръв по тях,миризливи матраци миришещи на урина избелели чаршафи .Хигиената им е на минус.Двора занемарен, басейните не почистени мястото за приготвяне на храна изключително мръсно. С общи думи хубава вила на хубаво място ,но с безотговорно поддържане.

• Julia (2/5): - The filthiest place I have ever stayed in. Even after our 7-day stay, the dirty towels from the previous guests were still lying around. While the property has a nice garden and what appears to have once been a summer kitchen, both have been left so neglected that they’re now unusable and unpleasant. The location is also quite far from the beach.

We also enjoyed the two pretty cats, one had three kittens. There was a common kitchen in the garden (“barbecue”), relatively poorly equipped, and not very clean.

• Stefanny (6/5): Alright, nevertheless it could use some help on the cleaning - The place is strategically located close to most of the main places in the city. Plus: location +host 11/10 . His kindness and help was remarkable It could be a little bit cleaner . The bedroom was dusty , the bathroom’s hairdryer cord was untouchable. I didn’t even dare to use it. The edges of the shower frame were not clean either. Luckily we brought our own flip flops 🩴. So we could walk around the room and bathroom . If that could be improved, I’m pretty sure the place will become a jewel

• Olimdjan (1/5): terrible place - Nothing The owner was late for 1.30 hours. It's not a cozy little room. The bathroom is so small that the shower almost hangs over the toilet. If one person takes a shower, then the second person will not be able to go to the toilet because the floor is filled with water after a shower. There is no shower stall or curtain. Water is splashing in all directions. The bathroom is 1x1.5 meters, as if made for goblins. Вathroom is very small. The lamps above the bed don't work. Only the general lamp is lit. So, before you go to sleep, you need to get out of bed and go turn off the light. The kitchen is outside. If you need to warm up food or cook something, you need to go to the outdoor kitchen. I went there in the rain like that. The price for one night is 95 lev (50 euros). Maybe this is normal for the summer season, but in deep autumn there is no one there and prices should be at least half the price cheaper. It was my biggest mistake that I moved into this room. Because they put up photos and you don't understand where and what. I will never go there again and I don't advise everyone either! After spending the night for 4 days, I went to another hotel. I found a luxury 4-star hotel with breakfast for 53 lev (21 euros).

• Umut (4/5): Disappointing - Quiet, central location. The property is not taken care of good enough. The drains of the toilet, shower was completely blocked, water was draining in couple of hours after every shower. The place needs a complete renovation.

• Dimo (3/5): Poor - The location was good. Easy private parking. Nice garden. The pillows were old and extremely uncomfortable. The quality of sleep was non-existent. The fridge was old and loud. The boiler was leaking and contributing to noises in the room. Although my reservation was for 2 there was only one pair of towels small for the face and a big for the body. Also there was only one sheet.

The host was very responsive and fluent in English, giving some advices on restaurants too. With Open Windows some music basses could be heard until around 2..3 AM … which was not really nice .. but outside of the hosts influence.

The bath/shower room was too small and it was not possible to close the small window there. It was not possible also to lock the room...and the sensor light outside the room was turning on and of all night.
