Изключително слаб Интернет,с който се свързвахме единствено в близост до гишето за настаняване или началото на плажната зона. В стаята връзката е невъзможна… Терасата ни беше под постоянен теч от покрива и неизползваема наполовина…. Налягането в душа в банята изключително слабо… Има много какво да се желае за един спокоен и безпроблемен престой!

• Eli (7/5): A nice hotel but I will not return - It is a nice hotel. The staff were very friendly and ready to help There wasn't sufficient information. In booking.com was written that you need to pay deposit of 500 BGN which was not requested. You don't know what you can expect for the breakfast and we didn't understand that you can ask for tea or coffee. It will help if there is some written information for the Wi-Fi, the pool, the breakfast and the food. I still didn't understand if you can order lunch or dinner. The bathroom was with broken sink and toilet. There was a party until 1pm and it was too noisy.
• Teodora (10/5): Great place for a great price - Great location, pool is perfect, water is 30+ degrees, great place to relax and also for a teambuilding. Parking is available, 10 min to restaurants. More personnel is needed.

• Serj (7/5): Good - The pool is wonderful with hot mineral water around 32 degrees. It is about 12 minutes walk to kotovata water club. There's an air conditioner. The room is good for a couple not more we were with 2 children and it was pretty crowded. It is not a family room for sure. The breakfast is poor the day before you choose 1 dish from 4 possible. No vegetables at all . There is no even kettle in the room. For our luck we came late in the evening for sleep only.
• Strahil (8/5): Relax and enjoy the pool - The house has a great garden with tables ( you can eat or just relax) and a swing with a view to the mountains. The pool is big and pretty warm,suitable for adults and kids. Quite quiet and pleasent place to stay. Late in the evenings the water in the bathroom was barely warm. Most probably it's solar heated.

• Meirav (8/5): I wish we would have stayed 2 more nights! - Great mineral pool and jacuzzi overlooking the mountains. Loved sitting on the balcony and watching the sunset. The staff didn’t speak English and I was a bit worried, but Dani made an effort to help with Google translate, and both him and Nina were very nice and hospitable. Great starting point (and end of the day) for a hike in the Rila seven lakes area. There’s also a short hike to a waterfall nearby that was really nice. Without a car, it was a bit remote from town, about 10-15 minutes walk downhill with kids, to a grocery store and restaurant area. The shower water wasn’t consistently hot, went from really hot to really cold. The room wasn’t cleaned during our stay.
• Petrova (10/5): Exceptional - Great place, clean and beautiful. The pool is very warm and you can enjoy it even in cloudy colder days. The staff is polite and helpful. The wifi is also good, and available both in and outside. I would definitely visit the guest house again.
