In addition to air conditioning and a refrigerator in the room, there is a full kitchen in the basement (shared by all residents); capsule coffee machine is quite good. You can park for free, but I would not come in an expensive car The bathroom can be confusing, it's very tiny! I encountered this for the first time: imagine a large shower stall, but inside there is a toilet, a sink, a trash can, as well as toilet paper and your towel, and the direction of the spray is not very adjustable. There was no hair dryer in that room (which is good, because it could get wet and cause damage), perhaps you could get one on request, but I didn't try it. Liquid soap was present, but no shampoo. Good thing I'm used to it and have my own...
• Synenkyi (1/5): Bad - Noting The air conditioner on the top floor, where we stayed, wasn’t working properly — it was just blowing air like a fan without any real cooling, which made the room stuffy and hot during the summer (around 27–28°C). We asked the owner to check the AC, and he first claimed it was working fine. Later, he said that the temperature was "evenly 22 degrees throughout the building," which was clearly not true. When we disagreed, he simply told us: "If you don’t like it, take your money and leave." This happened around 9:30 PM. The owner's behavior was a textbook example of rudeness, lack of basic courtesy, and complete disregard for guests. The hotel was nearly empty, and they could have easily offered us another room or tried to resolve the issue. Instead, they ruined our vacation in Bulgaria and Velingrad. If you want to experience the worst kind of disrespect, inhospitality, and lack of basic decency — this is the place. But if you’re hoping for a positive experience in Bulgaria, look elsewhere.

• Alteroad (10/5): Comfort and easy access - Excellent spot in a suburb but very close to the center. Easy access to a couple of local municipality or private spas. Private parking indoor and locked.
