• Neil (9/5): Warm welcome in family guest house - Warm welcome. Good sized room. Owner made us coffee in the morning. Has its own little garden. Arbanassi is a nice rural village with some historical buildings. 15 minutes taxi to Veliko Tarnovo (worth seeing the sound and light show of the castle). Need to get a taxi to and from Veliko Tarnovo.

• Georgiana (10/5): Exceptional - It's a beautiful location, with a traditional vibe. It's simple, but yet it has everything you need. We enjoyed waking up in the morning with the view to that beautiful garden. The hosts were nice and willing to help. Arbanasi is a small picturesque village close to Veliko Tarnovo, so we were visiting Veliko every day by car (you have parking space in front of the house) Overall it was a great experience, good value for money. The wifi connection is not so great if you want to work from there (we had some issues), but it's enough just for personal use.
• Mihail (3/5): If you have an option, avoid the place. - Great location One of the rooms had a heavy odour of canal… the other… less so, but still. Mosquitoes are a major problem and the is no AC.

• Daniela (8/5): Very good - It is easy to get to Vanda Guest House if you use Google Maps. I loved the place and the garden. The house and the crickets sounds reminded my grandma's house. We had a nice surprise next morning, when we found that we will have breakfast in the garden. The hosts were very kind and helpful.
• Lucia (8/5): Very good - We had a nice stay at Vanda Guest house. My boyfriend and me came in the evening and Vanda recommended us a good place where to eat, which also offered a 15% discount. It is more a rustic place in a quite area, feeling more at home rather than in a hotel. We have been playing with a cute small cat, just outside our room on the ground floor and facing a nice garden. ;)

The shower is connected to the sink and if you take a shower the whole bathroom is full of water, since it does not have a sepparate setting. The building is old and modest, and is reflected in the price. I would not go there again. The breakfast was very poor

• Димитър (10/5): Definitely recommended! - The guesthouse is located on a quiet street, with plenty of parking space. The hosts were very kind and you should definitely follow their restaurant recommendations. The room/bathroom were very clean, the beds comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay! The TV is from the 90s and has no porn channels (I checked). But who goes on a vacation to watch porn on a 4k plasma TV, that's just sad.
