The room is spacious. The rooms need some renovation. They dont have a full day Reception which might be a problem for someone However, the lady is replying quick so it is not a big deal.

• Dana154 (10/5): Exceptional - The room is big, enough for families with one/two kids. - Everything is clean and every two days they change the towels, bedsheets and clean the room. - The kitchen is equipped with everyhting you need for cooking and eating. - Well heated rooms. - Beautiful view from the room balcony/windows. - The jacuzzi and the saunas were a big plus after a day of skying. Also the play room for the kids and the table tennis (all free of charge). - Close to the gondola (7 minutes walk). - Attentive and responsive personnel. - 3 parking spots in the courtyard. - Excellent quality-price ratio. The beds are a little unconfortable, especially the extensible sofa in the living room, which is 120 cm wide (not enough for 2 adults). We liked that we were given an extra matress to put it above the sofa, to make it more confortable. - The furniture needs small repairs.

• Melissa (9/5): Great place to stay in Bansko! - Well located property within walking distance of the Ski Gondola and ski hire shops. Close to lots of restaurants and supermarkets too. Nice to be able to use a sauna and jacuzzi after a day of skiing. There was plenty of hot water and the accommodation was always beautifully warm and clean! Nothing! Decor a bit dated but that really does not matter!

One standout feature was the consistently warm rooms, providing comfort even when temperatures outside dropped below freezing. Everything was great, except for the hairdryer, which could use some improvement.

Also,One bedroom sofa bed is not comfortable at all. It is not possible to stay with sofa bed. By no choice, We have to pay additional amount to get the third apartment.

Lots of supermarkets and restaurants around + a great bakery. Maybe a few more cups would be nice (e.g. there were no teacups, only coffee cups). I'm not sure any of the heating options in the room were operational, but if so, we didn't manage to figure them out on our last night, when it got a bit chillier.

• Clara (10/5): Almost like home - Very nice appartment for the low price! Comfy, everything worked well. The hosts were very nice and kindly agreed to do some laundry for us for a small price. One very minor thing: the cooking supplies could be a bit more diversed (e.g. cutting board, bowl, etc.).

The location is both within walking distance of the town center and sufficiently quiet. The parking spot was alright! Some bath robes would have been great!

• Dimiter (7/5): It's alright, but there is definitely room to improve - We really liked the room, it was spacious, and the kitchen had pretty much everything (except for an oven). The bathroom was alright, and the sauna and steam bath were nice. The location is good if you want to have some peace and quiet, yet still be in close walking distance of restaurants and shops. A few things need to be improved: - Parking was tight, featuring only 3 parking spots and pretty much nobody moves their car. If you arrive late, you're out of luck. - We noticed other people were waiting at reception with nobody coming to address their issue for an extended period of time. - The receptionist was unable to provide us with any bath robes. - Only one set of towels was provided for each guest, despite the property not offering bath robes and still featuring SPA. - The sauna and steam bath are pretty compact (maybe good for 3-4 people max). - There was the distinct smell of moisture in the steam bath. - The sofa bed was rough.

• Shara (10/5): Very comfortable, helpful, and accommodating. Great budget stay. - Ela Guesthouse is a fantastic deal. Very helpful staff when booking and answering questions. There is no real "reception" but they have everything you need. Highly recommend. My sons stayed there for a snowboarding trip and they were very comfortable and there were no issues.
