• Nancy (8/5): Приятен хотел, но не бихме го избрали отново. - Сравнително добра закуска. Това е от тези хотели, при които всичко изглежда добре, но нещо не ти достига... Допълнителното легло в апартамента беше надуваемо :). Усещането беше, че си в лодка. Това наложи да спим двама възрастни и дете на едно легло. В крайна сметка, не можахме да си починем добре.

• Цвета (5/5): - Не отговаря на цената, която платихме. Много неща тряба да се подобрят. Водата в басейна беше топла само сутринта на следващият ден. Закачалката беше счупена, закуската беше много оскъдна откъм разнообразие, бирата беше топла. Беше чисто.

• Nataliya (9/5): - Хотелът е семеен тип. Персоналът е любезен и отзивчив. Закуската е богата, разнообразна и вкусна. Тихо и спокойно място, позволява да си починеш. Хотелът е чист, стаите се почистват ежедневно. Водата в басейна е минерална, топла и чиста. Релакс центъра е малък, ако съвпадне посещението му от повече гости.
• Geshanow (6/5): Като цяло хотела е ОК но трябва да оправят закуската не да е като allinclusive и всеки да граби до последно трябва да си - Стаята Не беше изхвърлен боклука от стаята сутринта нямахме закуска защото вече всичко беше изядено предполагам че това трябва да се вземе под внимание защото плащаме персонала ни видя и се скри умишлено в кухнята

Спа зоната е доста компактна, при повече гости просто трябва да се редувате в джакузито, парната баня и сауната. Повече от 6 души, вероятно, не биха могли да ползват Спа зоната едновременно.

• Румяна (8/5): Почивка в спокойна обстановка - Отношението на персонала, чистотата, камината, която създава много приятна атмосфера през целия ден. Приготвените на място кроасани са прекрасни. Закуската е добра, но бих искала да има кисело мляко и мюсли. Бавната реакция при възникнал проблем. Водата започна да спира малко след 18,00 ч. в първия ден от престоя. Резервното захранване беше пуснато чак на сутринта. Нямаше осигурена никаква вода. Сауната не загрява добре.

• Аysel (10/5): Чудесен престой - Чудесна нощувка! Перфектно обслужване при настаняване и напускане. Прекрасен и уютен хотел. Стаята много ни хареса, уютно обзаведена с внимание към всеки детайл. Леглото беше голямо и супер комфортно. Хигиената е перфектна навсякъде. СПА центъра е уникален с всичко необходимо в него- идеален за пълноценен релакс. Джакузито е страхотно. Басейна е с прекрасна топла вода. Закуската ни беше вкусна и приготвена с много естетика. Много доволни и заредени си тръгнахме от този превъзходен хотел! Благодарим Ви за прекрасния престой! Всичко беше чудесно.

• svetlana (5/5): Мизерно - Любезен персонал, добра закуска, сравнително близо до центъра. Улицата водеща до него е само дупки и кал. Има само 5 паркоместа, при условие че стаите са поне 20 . Басейна беше топъл, но пълен с листа и пясък. Стаята беше страшно студена и въпреки че отоплението беше пуснато през цялото време градусите не станаха повече от 22. И като за капак на всичко бяхме 13 часа без вода. За тези пари никога не бих повторила.

• Любомир (9/5): Fantastic - The place is fantastic, quite cozy in fact. The breakfast was more than excellent. Overall I'd recommend this place to friends and family. Definitely worth the price. The AC was not working which I addressed to the reception and they noted it to be fixed as soon as possible.

• Albena (10/5): - Чудесно местоположение с красив и поддържан парк и зеленина. Спокойно и уютно място за почивка, детски кът на вън с много игри за деца. Изключително чисти басейн и джакузи, както в градината, така и вътре, с гледка към природата. Достатъчно шезлонги и чадъри, дори и под дърветата. Закуска чудесна и разнообразна. Много отзивчиви стопани, помогнаха ни с багажа и ни качиха всички куфари до стаята. Препоръчвам!

• Flyinggerry (10/5): Nice place to stay - The best thing was that we were the only guests in the hotel at that moment, so the outside warm pool was just for us. It is clean, the stuff is net and polite. It has a good quiet location as it is a bit aside from the central part, but anyway, everything is close enough as Hisarya is not that big. It has a nice garden with a playground for the kids, which was a good plus to our stay. The only negative thing at the moment is that there is a big hotel under construction next to it, so it could be a bit noisy, unfortunately until it is built, not much that could be done. We strongly recommend the hotel and will visit it again.

There is no elevator and the stairs are steep - seniors are having trouble. The breakfast can be improved in terms of quality.

• Evangelos (7/5): Good - Very clean room, good breakfast, helpful staff even though they looked overwhelmed with many duties After reading all the comments I had very big expectations which unfortunately were not met. The outdoor swimming is nice even though small but not really nice surroundings. The spa is also very small . In general I felt it was quite high price for what it offers especially in a place with a lot of luxury spa hotels with similar prices

• Marinov (1/5): Bad - Right after we checked in we discovered that our 180 lv per night room was full of stink bugs so we were forced to change the hotel as there is no one on the reception after 22:00. Long story short we paid for two nights because, as the owner told me, if we had paid for one night they were going to be forced to pay for the first night and we were in a hurry so we couldn't make a scandal. The second night they moved our room but still had some stink bugs in it. The food wasn't that good as well and the coffee cost us 3 lv which is just embarrassing.
