• Ju (10/5): - Tudo estava perfeitamente limpo, fomos super bem recebidos, a localização é maravilhosa, no coração de Plovdiv, ao lado literalmente da mesquita, fizemos absolutamente tudo a pé. Quarto super confortável e ainda tem a gentileza de deixarem café e chá. Com certeza recomendo!

Facilité d'accès au quartier par la route, mais entrée d'immeuble très discrète. Chambre petite, mais suffisante pour un voyageur seul. L'odeur de l'appartement était infecte, pestilencielle, Humidité et probable moisissure, L'appartement est clairement mal conçue et mal entretenu, Climatisation hors d’âge La salle de bain n'était pas à la hauteur de mes attentes, aération symbolique, pas une vraie douche, mais une adaptation du robinet de l’évier, fonctionnel, mais pas confortable, chauffe-eau très limité en capacité, Si vous voyagez à deux, il faudra tirer à la courte-paille pour savoir qui aura de l'eau chaude, J'aurais aimé savoir AVANT de réserver que les parkings à proximité de la chambre coûtait aussi cher que la chambre, La chambre est en "zone verte" (impossible de stationner pour non-resident) et je ne l'ai appris qu'une fois la réservation faite. Cela pourrais être noté dans l'offre selon moi. Si vous venez en voiture organisez vous bien avant d'arriver... la seule aide reçu, 4 liens vers des parkings chers, un petit plus aurait été une explication des zones bleu / verte pour aider le voyageur fatigué découvrant une nouvelle ville.

Пуснахме и климатик и радиатор и нищо не се получи за повече от 2 -3 часа.... Лятото вероятно ще е много горещо. Зимата беше адски студено.

• Rohit (7/5): Overall great stay. - Q stay at 4 Rooms was overall good. The host himself was very responsive. The apartment is overall fine for the price! The location is fabulous, and the place was large and cosy. I would certainly come back, but only if some of the points above are addressed, which I am sure they will be. The apartment could be a bit better. Unfortunately, during my stay, the buttons on the microwave didn’t work at all, so I was unable to reheat my food — and I did only notice as I was about to check out. And in terms of utensils for food, there were not any plates or utensils to heat or eat my food on. These are my only negative feedback.

• Paweł (7/5): - W samym centrum, bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Dwa parkingi płatne bardzo blisko. Brak podstawowych rzeczy w kuchni, 1 talerz, 1 łyżka i kilka szklanek nic więcej.
• Adkins (8/5): Good budget option but bring an eye mask and ear plugs. - The location is literally next to the Mosque so you'll look out the window and it's right there. It's a terrifically convenient location and easy to walk everywhere. The king room was large and the bed comfortable. There's a separate entrance area and a kitchenette area with a microwave, mini fridge and tea kettle. The bathroom has a separate shower room; the water was hot and abundant. The overall space needs a refresh or retake the photos for accuracy because the space is a bit tired. It was clean though! Bring an eye mask; the room was bright at night. There's a particularly troublesome bar downstairs and it was loud most every night so we awoke most nights when the noise started: Not the host's fault but just be aware. If you are looking for a budget stay, it was a good value. We stayed a week and the host had our room refreshed mid-way. You'll walk two flights of stairs to your room so it's not appropriate for those who can't climb stairs. Needs a refresh to resemble the photos. Needs blackout curtains; it's really bright at night. Loud at night from a bar downstairs. A little bit of care by the host could make it a fantastic choice.

• Bernhard (7/5): Lage/Preis unschlagbar in Plovdiv und für einen Kurzaufenthalt ohne Ansprüche perfekt - Perfekt zentral gelegen. Problemloser check-in und check-out (bis 12Uhr!) Instant Kaffee, Tee, Wasserkocher und ein paar kleine Süßigkeiten waren im Zimmer. Das Zimmer hatte max. 15m2 aber keine 25m2. Die Einrichtung ist auch schon sehr viele Jahre alt. Es gibt zwar 2 kleine Haken an der Badezimmertür aber keine Handtuchhalter. Alles in allem ein Budget Zimmer. Die Dachterrasse sieht ganz anders aus als auf den Bildern! Kein grüner Boden, nur alte Stühle und Tische.

• Jackie21 (9/5): Perfect location to visit beautiful Plovdiv! - The location was superb as it is just a few steps away from the Old Town whilst on the other side we had a very nice street full of shops and very near Tsar Simeon's Garden. Location could not be better. The studio flat is in a corner with windows all around to view the streets underneath. It is good for a short stay. Plovdiv is beautiful! The host was very kind and he let us check-in much earlier than we should have and for this we are very grateful. We had to leave the windows open for some fresh air, but unfortunately and understandably, there was a lot of chatter from the restaurants and bars opposite, well past midnight. I guess we could have closed the windows but we needed the breeze!

• Nikola (9/5): Superb - Really nice place in the heart of Plovdiv. Close to the center. The room was clean and had everything needed for a few day stay. We got the extensive heat wave period with temperatures reaching over 40, but the air-conditioned did a great job. There is a nice terrace on the rooftop which we barely used because of the heat, but i guess in more normal temperatures will be nice to relax there Had some issues with the internet exactly when i needed to work, but it was a short term issue.

• Anton (8/5): Very good - The location is really hard to beat, with every possible point of interest being a couple of minute walk away (or even less). The bed was comfy too. Check in process was easy. I do understand the rustic hipster charm of such places (which is the norm in Plovdiv anyways), but it did look as it needed some renovation (especially the "kitchen" and the bathroom. Most of the window blinds were damaged and didn't really serve to the fullest, and the "TV" was actually a tiny PC monitor with a set top box, which didn't offer a proper picture or sound either. The public terrace was fine, but with no roof, meaning not really usable in intense sun or rain.

The room is right in the heart of the city, in the charming Old Town, and it's peaceful — you can sleep soundly without any external noise. The people of Plovdiv are so much friendlier and warmer compared to those in Sofia, which made the experience even better. There was a kettle for tea and coffee, slippers, towels, and a hairdryer. Everything was perfect. It was a wonderful stay.

• John (6/5): Great location and hosts, but place needs a bit of upkeep - Communication with the host was great, the bedroom/living space area was nice and spacious, and the location was ideal. The property is just in need of a bit of upkeep, especially in the kitchen and bathroom area, which seemed quite rundown and not very appealing, and I also found some rubbish left there, e.g. an empty wine bottle above the toilet. Also, none of the heaters seemed to work (apart from the main A/C unit), which meant it was freezing cold in the kitchen and bathroom. There were also very little facilities in the kitchen, e.g. no plates or bowls to eat from, very little cutlery. The front door lock is also quite temperamental: on a couple of occasions, the key almost got stuck in the lock. This is a shame, as the property host was nice and friendly, but a bit more care just needs to be taken to make the place as welcoming as possible.

Simple check in and check out, no problems to stay with the dog. The mattress is not super comfortable, but for 1 night for us it was more important location to be good. In the bathroom the shower hose was leaking.

• Keith (9/5): Superb - The location was perfect for access to sights, shops and eating places. The room was very quiet with no noise from the bar below. We arrived and had to phone for the code to open the key safe. I believed, because I set the filter in the app, that there was a kettle in the room. There were 2 mugs but no kettle. As a result of a phone call we were supplied with a kettle. It was necessary to phone up to obtain the password for the WiFi. These are small things easy to remedy but do cloud the memory of a wonderful visit.
