- bruna (10/5): Un albergo pieno di fascino nel centro di Potosì - Questo albergo pieno di fascino mi resterà nel cuore. Un antico , grande casale restaurato con gusto, con mobili ed arredi d’epoca , le camere danno su un bellissimo porticato che delimita un cortile interno pieno di atmosfera , dove è piacevole soggiornare tra vasi fioriti… il tutto a pochi passi dalla piazza centrale di Potosi. La camera era pulitissima, il letto molto comodo. La colazione , fantastica, includeva dolci tipici della città. Come viaggiatori indipendenti abbiamo apprezzato la possibilità di parcheggiare l’auto in un cortile interno. Una sistemazione eccezionale, la migliore del nostro viaggio in Bolivia. Ma ancora più eccezionale è stata la gentilezza dimostrataci da tutto il personale. Ci siamo trovati in una situazione difficile: c’erano blocchi stradali sociali, anche i distributori erano chiusi e non avevamo benzina a sufficienza per raggiungere la nostra destinazione successiva, Sucre, dalla quale avevamo il primo dei voli di rientro in Italia. Ci hanno trattato come amici: non solo ci hanno permesso di restare nell’hotel finché il blocco non è stato rimosso, ma è solo grazie alla loro costanza ed interessamento , ( che ha comportato decine di telefonate per reperire informazioni sul blocco e per procurarci la benzina sufficiente) che siamo riusciti a portare a termine il nostro viaggio. Vorrei ringraziarli ancora tutti, e in particolare mandare un abbraccio alla simpaticissima ragazza della reception, che ci ha assistito nella nostra disavventura con tanta compartecipazione emotiva. La loro disponibilità mi ha davvero commosso e resterà tra i ricordi più belli del nostro viaggio. Niente, tutto assolutamente perfetto

Nachdem das gebuchte Zimmer für zwei Personen sehr klein war (das konnte man bei der Buchung eines Doppelzimmers nicht feststellen, da die Größe nicht angegeben war), konnte mit etwas Aufpreis in ein sehr großes komfortables Zimmer gewechselt werden. Bei Doppelzimmer bitte die Zimmergröße angeben. Für zwei Personen + Gepäck war das Zimmer zu klein.

The staff is very kind, we could check in earlier and check out later and of course they have a room for the luggages if you want to leave them there to be stored. The room was very nice, clean, as well as the shower and the breakfast is amazing. This hostel would be my choice again without thinking.

Wir haben in Bolivianos bezahlt und man hat versucht uns den Preis über den schwarzen Umtauschkurs zu berechnen, nach einer kurzen Diskussion wurde aber eingelenkt.

Emplacement ultra central, à deux pas de la place principale. Bel établissement. Paiement en dollars possible. Petit déjeuner moyen pour le prix.

- Luján Elisabet (10/5): Excelente - Todo estuvo de acuerdo a lo esperado. Camas cómodas, baños limpios, bien iluminados, duchas excelente, personal atento, desayuno muy bueno y abundante. Nos ayudaron a conseguir combustible que es un problema hoy en Bolivia. Que no pudimos dormir bien porque nos afectó bastante la altura pero no es un problema del hotel. Igual nos enteramos al otro día, antes de retirarnos, que ellos disponían de oxígeno para los turistas que les pasa esto. Hubiese sido bueno saberlo cuando llegamos, nada más.
- Marion Freiburg (9/5): Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in hübschemhaus an zentraler Lage - Die zentrale Lage ist perfekt. Aufgrund der Innenhoflage sind die Zimmer sehr ruhig und vor dem Autoverkehr geschützt. Die Zimmer sind gross und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, besonders schön ist der Innenhof mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Das Hotel hat uns eine sehr nette Führerin für die Bergwerksbesichtigung vermittelt. Gleich nach der Ankunft wurden wir gedrängt, die Rechnung zu bezahlen, obwohl wir mehrere Nächte geblieben sind.

- Mark (9/5): A comfortable hotel situated in a colonial building the heart of Potosi - The location was outstanding, just 3 minutes walk to the main Plaza, which at 4000m is most welcome. The room was excellent and the breakfast was simple but hearty. I liked the room it was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Nothing really.
- Romy (10/5): I recommend this hotel - A huge room super clean amazing staff willing to help. Opened a limited breakfast just for us one hour earlier because of early transport. Gave good advice for money changers restaurants etc. no noise no light coming into the room. Central location. Nothing, i highly recommend this hotel.

- Cristina (8/5): - Very friendly and uncomplicated. We felt safe and very welcomed. It was cold in our room during the night, but not extrem. In my kids room temperature was perfect. A couple of extra covers in the room would have been of help in our room.

- Marie (8/5): Very good - Very well located and calm though being in the city center, large rooms and beds, good breakfast. Just be careful with the exchange rate they apply. We had booked a room at 87 usd which they wanted us to pay 1200 BOB (1 usd for 14 BOB, which is twice the current exchange rate, which simply doubles the price!). Fortunately we had dollars in cash to pay the right amount.
