- David (10/5): The property and service were amazing :) - Amazing location, beautiful rustic-style, great feeling to experience the natural stones and architecture. The lady always answered fast to us, everything super clean, all info and signs very clear, the place feels safe and no noise. The Osteria Paradiso is located in the property, but it seems like it does not belong to the owners of the property. The Osteria had a sign saying it’s closed even at opening times, and they were not friendly, so we never ate there.

- sufifa (10/5): Gerne immer wieder. Einmal da gewesen zu sein ist ein MUSS. - Trotz guter Anfahrtsbeschreibung sind wir am Ziel vorbei und falsch abgebogen. Dabei haben wir einen Plattfuss eingefahren. Unglaublich wie hilfsbereit der Chef Silvan war. Obwohl er noch gar nicht wusste das wir Gäste vom Rustici sind. Das Essen in der gemütlichen Osteria war sehr lecker. Der Kellner aufmerksam und freundlich. Der Ausflugtipp (ohne Auto) absolut genial.

- Petra (7/5): Leuk voor maximaal 2 nachten. Locatie is prima en complex is erg leuk opgezet. - Het is een heel leuk opgezet complex met allemaal leuke huisje op verschillende hoogte. Het huisje heeft een keuken. Het huisje is alleen met trappen bereikbaar. Met je bagage is dit niet handig. Een flinke klim. De huisjes zijn klein (bij ons huisje, Luna, was de ingang een raam). Bed was slecht en echt aan vervanging toe.

My room was very cool, with the exposed stone in the walls and wood beams! Nice view from my balcony! There's a couple of great restaurant options to choose from! Beautiful atmosphere overall! Bedsheets had a smell like they were not washed! Could easily hear people talking in unit above me! Some traffic noise when outside room!
- Maria (2/5): - La limpieza del apartamento El apartamento que nos tocó fue sin duda el peor de todo el recinto. No se puede ofrecer un espacio así para tres adultos. Es incómodo, falta espacio y hace que la estancia sea una tortura, y más si llueve y no se puede salir. El precio es extremadamente elevado para lo que se ofrece. Una lástima porqué el concepto es bueno, pero no hemos tenido suerte en comparación con otros apartamentos que había. El personal es inexistente, nunca hay nadie en recepción.
- Zsolt (8/5): Összebújós, kicsi, "ide jövünk megaludni" helynek volt alkalmas. - Hangulatos, jó elhelyezkedésű szállás. Valóban rusztikus. ;) Minden szükséges felszerelés adott volt a pár napos ottlétünkhöz. Zavartalan kellemes időt töltöttünk itt. A turázásokhoz, kirándulásokhoz tökéletes kiindulópontot kaptunk. Ügyes és jó megoldás a ki- és bejelentkwezések, a szobakulcs kiadás kezelése. A foglaláskor még nem tudtunk,hogy melyik aparmant lesz a miénk, ez csak fizetés utás derült ki. Nekünk a "Sole" jutott, ami a közvetlen honlap tájékoztatása szerint jónak tünt, hiszen 3 fős aparmant-nak volt jelölve és mi csak ketten voltunk. A kétszintes apartmant tetőterében volt a hálórész, ahol csak középen a tetőgerinc vonalában lehetett felegyenesedni. Az ágyon kivül semmi, még egy éjjeliszekrény sem volt itt. Nem fért volna el. Alapvetően minden szűk és kicsi volt, két főnek is. A felszerelés, a tisztaság rendben volt. Recepció gyakorlatilag nem üzemelt.
- Stefanie (10/5): Eine Ferienoase - Sehr schönes, liebevoll gestaltetes Feriendorf. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und kann gut abschalten. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung fand ich top! Balkon der Nachbarn ist sehr nah am Schlafzimmer. Mich hat es aber nicht gestört, da ich schon wach war und die Nachbarn sich rücksichtsvoll verhalten haben (normale Lautstärke).

- Mkeops (9/5): - La petite maison était propre, bien équipée et atypique. Nous avons eu des échanges par mail et physique avec Janine, toujours prête à nous renseigner. Choisir ou demander un emplacement moins proche du restaurant et de la piscine si vous souhaitez le calme total. Mais dans l'ensemble nous avons apprécié.
- Nadine (7/5): Einfache Unterkunft mit viel Charme. - Sehr hübsche Rusticis, gepflegte Anlage Unser Rustico war gleich neben dem Restaurant und deshalb hat es auch immer danach gerochen. Auch hatten wir leider, im Gegensatz zu andern, keinen Esstisch für 4 draussen. Das Ferien Dorf ist sehr süss, unser Rustico war einfach am falschen Ort.

- Rita & Peter (8/5): - Das Tessiner Flair vom ganzen Rustici- Dorf. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und der Pool war perfekt für die Kids. Die Möglichkeit um zu waschen, kam bei uns sehr gut an. Brötliservice am morgen ist super! Die Zufahrt für den Ausladeparkplatz ist schlecht signalisiert. Für uns als 5-köpfige Famile hat es sehr wenig Besteck. Die Lüftung beim Kochherd funktionierte nicht.
- Bettina (8/5): Schöne und einfache Unterkunft typisch für das Tessin. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. - Es sind schöne traditionelle Unterkünfte. Für Leute, welche es gerne komfortabel oder luxuriös wollen, ist es falsch. Mag man aber etwas einfaches und ursprüngliches, dann ist man hier richtig. Es war halt alles etwas eng beisammen, aber trotzdem hatten wir eine schöne Sitzecke für uns alleine. Vorallem unsere kleinen Kinder fanden das Haus auf drei Stöcken toll und es war für sie abenteuerlich. Die Dusche dürfte etwas grösser (mein Mann ist 1.90 m und hatte etwas Mühe) sein und man hört halt alles, da die Häuschen nahe beisammen sind. Aber uns hat das eigentlich nicht gestört.

Un piccolo consiglio: sarebbe stato davvero perfetto avere un separé o qualcosa che delimitasse un po’ di più lo spazio privato, così da avere più privacy rispettoal passaggio verso l’osteria.

The property is located in a beautiful and unique area that feels like an ancient village – peaceful, charming, and full of character. The room design perfectly matches the authentic style of the building, creating a warm and homely atmosphere. Our room had a lovely view of the river, and we enjoyed starting each morning with a cup of coffee facing that serene landscape – a truly uplifting experience. The apartment was fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-stocked kitchen and excellent cleanliness. We enjoyed the place so much that we decided to extend our stay by an extra night. Communication with the host was excellent – every question or request was quickly answered via WhatsApp, and we felt fully supported throughout our visit. Highly recommended – we’d love to come back again! Due to the nature of the property, there are many stairs to reach the apartments. If you have mobility issues, it may be challenging—so it's highly recommended to check the specific room’s location on the accommodation’s website before booking.

- Lilian (9/5): Eight of us stayed in various rentals and all enjoyed this special time in such a unique and beautiful setting .Janine a - o table dining experience with the chef and his girlfriend provide meals from the valley that you will dream about later. The menu is limited and local, you will enjoy every bite. A farmer brought in a round of cheese and they brought out some slices for us to try with homemade baked bread right away. Reserve in advance! We had our main meal at noon that day after Hiking further out past the restaurant to a large waterfall and continuing on to see many waterfalls coming off the mountains all around you must also make reservations at the restaurant at the.Rustici and the food is good as well. We had 2 good dinners at the restaurant across the street looking over the lake. We sure liked getting croissants, (my fave is the integrale version) the chocolate and almond ones were good as well as were the rolls and loaves of bread to take along in our backpacks for hiking, along with our dried meats from the Migros at Locarno, cucumbers, tomatoes, and fruit. We loved the property. I just want you give people a heads up that there are lots of stone stairs and cobblestones
- Iyad (6/5): Very average stay! Would not recommend it - Location The apartments are hot, there is no ventilation except when opining the doors or windows. With no fly- net on the windows and the doors, you cant ventilate the air. No cleaning. Bathrooms do not have drain outside the shower, so water stays if dropped outside the shower. The reasturant has very limited seats and always booked. We stayed 3 days and we could not use it once! So be prepared with food from outside or going down to the town for food. Reasturant staff weren’t friendly or helpful

- Hakan (7/5): Ferienwohnung mit Potenzial - Äußere Erscheinungsbild und die Lage war schön. Sauberkeit auf der ganzen Anlage war top. Küchenausstattung war enttäuschend für eine Ferienwohnung (kein Backofen, zu kleine Herdplatte, Kaffeemaschine) Betten und Kissen viel weich. Keine Verstaumöglichkeit wie zb Kleiderschrank oder Kommode/Abstellfläche. Nur ein Satz Handtücher - keine Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Kleines Ameisenproblem (leeres Insektenspray) Parken nicht im Preis inbegriffen.

We loved the individuality and simplicity with just the right items stocked in the kitchen too! The only thing we would add would be a water proof covering for the lovely outdoor seating areas in the rain because it was warm enough to sit outside but the gorgeous green canopies let the rain through. 😉
- Diana (9/5): Excellent fun for a weekend getaway with kids - The setting is unique, beautiful, peaceful and so much fun. We called it the Troll Village. The food at the Osteria was amazing (be sure to book in advance). When visiting, be aware that the Bus comes only once per hour and there are no shops in walking distance, so have with you everything you might need. There is a mobile bakery selling breads from 8:00 - 8:15am (except Sundays), which we found very cute. The coffee provided wasn't enough for 3 days. Next time, I would bring some along with me. The bed in our little cottage was uncomfortable, but a fair price to pay for the uniqueness of the decor.

- Nicole (10/5): Super chill - The room perfectly clean and nice! The little classic houses are sooo beautiful, all the rock and full with plants ! Is like a fairytale in real life! I loved it! One little thing that would be nice, because there are no shops around at all! If the hotel could offer a lil selection of food or personal things that one can buy ( i have seen this in other hotels that are also in the middle of nowhere, they offer to sell like cookies or chocolates, or something)

Man hat alles was man braucht, den kleinen Pool und auch die anderen Freizeitangebote haben wir intensiv genutzt. Wir hatten einen traumhaften Blick und die Lage insgesamt ist sehr gut.

- Nicola (8/5): Toller Aufenthalt - Schöne, saubere Unterkunft. Sehr netter Kontakt und rasche Rückmeldung bei unseren Anfragen. Unsere Hunde konnten mit, Näpfe wurden bereitgestellt. Restaurants in der Nähe. Spielplatz und Pool sind vorhanden und sauber. Für uns war das kein Problem, die Treppen in der Unterkunft sind aber sehr steil, mit kleineren Kindern ist Vorsicht geboten.

- Ivana (8/5): Ein durchaus erholsamer Kurzurlaub in einem fantastisch renovierten Tessiner Rusticodorf. Unglaubli, - Die authentische Atmosphäre und die Ruhe trotz der allgemein sehr engen Verhältnissen im Dorf. Parken ! Trotzdem ich eine Parking Card für 7 Tage kaufte, könnte ich an keinem Abend ein Parkplatz vor der Unterkunft finden. Alle Parkplätze jeden Abend hoffnungslos besetzt, entweder von den Dorfeinwohnern oder von der Restaurantbesuchern. Die Rezeption sollte für die Hotelgäste ihre Parkplätze reservieren und dann auch markieren. Den Rest kann für die Restaurants Gäste frei zur Verfügung stellen. Das bisherige Parksystem funktioniert leider schlecht und bringt für die Gäste im Dorf nur Ärger.
