• Molina (10/5): - Muy grata experiencia en este hostal en Valparaíso. Destaco especialmente la impecable higiene en todas sus instalaciones, lo que hizo la estadía muy cómoda y tranquila. Las camas son realmente confortables, ideales para descansar después de recorrer la ciudad. Además, contar con baño interior marca una gran diferencia en comodidad y privacidad. La ubicación es otro gran punto a favor, ya que está muy cerca del Congreso Nacional y en pleno centro, lo que permite moverse fácilmente a distintos puntos de interés. Sin duda, un lugar totalmente recomendable por su calidad, comodidad y excelente atención.” Ducha
• Patricia (9/5): Very close to the bus station. - We booked the family room as it had a private bathroom; it was spacious, with even a table and chairs, and a fridge! The beds were very comfortable, and the shower was great. It was the only time we had a kettle in our room in 3 weeks of travelling around Chile, which was a nice added extra! We also liked the little communal kitchen. Although the area around the bus station isn't the best in Valparaiso, we wanted to be here for our early departure bus; with two key codes needed to access the hostal, we felt safe. We used the local bus to zip along to the main part of the city, and the funicular to get up to the more touristy area. I didn't realise I would get access codes on arrival day to get into the building, so hadn't looked at my Booking.com messages. Therefore, we arrived at the door with no way to get in initially. It was sorted out with a phone call, and I subsequently saw all the messages from the owner with very clear instructions (and photos) of how to locate and access the property. She was extremely prompt at answering other queries during our stay.

• carlos (9/5): Valparaiso despiues de varios años sin asistir, yo nací y viví hasta los 16 ños de edad - Desayuno no hay, la limpieza y lo amable de la señora que nos recibio, camas muy confortables, limpias. La habitacion que yo queria era una matrimonial y baño privado, no me gusta los baños comunes

• Camila (10/5): Buen alojamiento, recomendado - Buen alojamiento, cómodo y muy limpio. La dueña siempre estuvo preocupada de nosotras y nuestra comodidad. Se nota preocupación de entregar un buen servicio. Muy recomendado. El lugar en el que está ubicado no es muy bueno pero lo bueno es que es céntrico. Solo se necesita andar con cuidado.

• Roman (9/5): One of the best experiences in Valpo! - Claudia is an amazing host, very attentive, kind, helpful! Also, a perfect location at the heart of Valparaiso being close to the bus terminal and at a walking distance to the ocean. The room is spacious and clean, with a very big and comfortable bed. The only slight issue was that I sensed a constant and sometimes rather strong smell of tobacco smoking in the room. While no one was smoking at the hostel, I had an impression it was coming through ventilation system or through the floor even when windows were closed.

• Matthew (8/5): Very good - Very lovely and helpful host! Central location, not far from bus stop. I stayed in a big room with a private bathroom (toilet, no shower). Wifi had some problems at first, but it was fixed. Hopefully won't happen again. Shower was a bit cramped. It seems they are going to do some work on the bathroom to make it nicer.
