Geleias, Queijos... Tudo bom! Atendeu 100%. Barraca e cadeira de praia disponíveis na Praia, o que facilita e muito. A pousada oferece itens para uso, como caiaque, snorkel, mas com custo extra. Acho que poderia avaliar incluir no preço da reserva e ofertar o uso, com tempo, para os hospedes. Pode ser u, diferencial.

• Maria Luisa (8/5): - Es un lugar espectacular para descansar, la pousada es limpia, agradable, bonita, el personal un 10/10 todos muy cercanos y listos para ayudarte. Nos dieron primero una pieza en el primer piso que era muy muy ruidosa (PIDE UNA EN EM SEGUNDO PISO), pero pedimos cambiar y no hubo ningún problema 👌🏼 Tiene una muy linda vista. La cama y las almohadas muy muy buenas. Es un lugar para desconectarse, puedes hacer todos los tour desde acá, pero no hay movimiento nocturno, si prefieres eso debes alojar en Abraao. Tuvimos que llevar la maleta encima por una caminata por la playa de 10 minutos porque no había lancha disponible para llevarla.

• Kate (10/5): - An absolutely beautiful place in a stunning location. We loved everything about La Coquille, it was right on the beach, which was beautiful. The host was incredibly helpful to anything we needed. Book a sea view room, unfortunately we didn't to start with, however we able to move for our last night. The view from the seaview rooms are sensational.

• Araujo (9/5): - A paz do lugar é certamente o ponto forte! Os funcionários são todos muito queridos e prestativos. O Diego principalmente que nos recepicionou e acompanhou de volta até o Cais. O cozinheiro tmb atendeu todos nossos pedidos. O Hambúrguer inclusive é um dos mais gostosos que comi na vida! Parabéns pela equipe. A única crítica talvez é que o quarto no qual ficamos na última noite, a cama seja um pouco dura. E pelo fato de estar bem próximo a recepção e cozinha é mais barulhento. Tirando isso, tudo perfeito!
• Marion Vhr (5/5): Un endroit sympathique mais plutôt décevant - - Le personnel était absolument adorable. Ils étaient souriants, à disposition. - La localisation était bonne, nous avons pu faire une excursion autour d'Ilha Grande et découvrir les plages à faire. La plage de l'hôtel était jolie, il y a de nombreux poissons, raies et tortues devant l'hôtel. - L'excursion proposée était sympathique, dans un bateau top top ! - La Chambre : il ne s'agissait pas d'une suite familiale, mais une chambre classique avec 3 lits. Nous n'avions pas la place pour nos valises, ni de positionner le lit de notre bébé au sol. La salle de bain était trop petite pour nous, nous positionnions nos affaires par terre. Il y avait une très très forte odeur de tuyauterie nauséabonde dans la chambre qui devait sortir par la salle de bain. Nos affaires qui séchaient à cet endroit (car aucun endroit pour sécher les vêtements) sentaient les égouts. La chambre familiale dîte "suite" donnait sur les cuisines de l'hôtel. Nous avions une lumière blanche qui donnait sur notre fenêtre toute la nuit. Nous avions de la lumière malgré les rideaux occultants existants. Nous entendions les voix des employés le matin tôt et le soir tard car les vitres sont presque inexistantes. - Le Restaurant : il était médiocre, nous n'avons pas apprécié les plats de la carte à part le Burger. (arrêtes au poisson fris) - Fonctionnement : à notre arrivée, de fortes pluies sont tombées sur l'île coupant l'électricité. Un générateur s'est mis en route permettant d'offrir de l'électricité. Toutefois, nous n'avions plus d'électricité du tout dans notre chambre, pendant plus de 24H. Nous avons dormi sans climatisation, ni ventilateur avec 2 jeunes enfants, avec une température de 30degrés, c'était terrible. - L'excursion : malgré leur confirmation, elle n'est pas adaptée aux enfants en bas âge, nous arrivions sur les plages avec de l'eau à hauteur d'épaule (taille d'adulte). - Communication : le personnel ne parle aucun mot d'anglais, uniquement en Portugais donc besoin d'utiliser Google Translate en continue sur le téléphone. - Arrivée sur place : il y a 10/15minutes de marche pour aller jusqu'à l'hôtel, attention pour les bagages, prévoir léger !

Si bien se corto la luz en toda la isla en varias ocasiones por la lluvia, tenian generador. Tiene salida a la playa que es preciosa y esta a 20 minutos de otra que es espectacular. Otro punto a destacar es que no habia que subir muchas escaleras para llegar al hospedaje como suele ser habitual en la isla. Realmente nos sentimos como en casa.

• Adam (9/5): Sweet island getaway on a calm beach with great service - Perfect location for a relaxing stay at Ilha Grande with options for various activities, good food and drinks. The staff was very kind and helpful and we most appreciated Diego’s great service. The room had everything we needed and if there was anything extra we were looking for, the staff was there to help. We also rented a kayak for the afternoon and explored the coast from Praia Vermelha to Lagoa Verde and can only recommend others to do the same! There was some weird smell in the bathroom during the whole stay, possibly the trash bin, but it didn’t bother us much.

Cuando llegue no me dieron la habitaciones que yo habia visto en las fotos sino otra dentro y sin balcon. Les pregunte por que y me dijeron que las habitaciones tenían nombre y que no habia pedido el nombre de las del balcón. Una persona que visita por primera vez no tiene que saber el nombre de la habitacion. Les pedi que por favor alguien de gestion se informara y me dijeron que me dirían algo pero nunca lo nombraron. La pizza mas cara de mi vida. El establecimin sabia la hora que me iba porque me habían reservado ellos el billete de lancha de vuelta. Pedí una pizza 3 horas antes de mi ida y me la entregaron 2:50 minutos despues. Me pidieron disculpas por la tardanza pero me cobraron una pizza que no pude comer, la tuve que dejar. La pizza mas cara de mi vida!! El establecimiento es correcto y bien situado pero el precio superior al resto de oferta en Araçatiba , y no vale el sobreprecio

Las chicas que están en cocina y limpieza maravillosas El administrador, Diego, tiene un humor fluctuante y de eso depende su colaboración para resolver temas. En mi caso pedí con anticipación para cancelar una noche y, aunque el hotel tenía muchísima demanda, se negó. Al momento del pago, pasó una excesiva cantidad de veces la tarjeta, casi a punto de bloquearla. Todo lo demás del hospedaje excelente

Je recommande les excursions en bateau organisées par l’hôtel : lukas est un skipper très sympa. Au bout de la plage de aracatiba : il faut donc traverser toute la plage pour aller dans certains restaurants ou bien atteindre le ponton de départ et d’arrivée. Pas facile pour tous de marcher dans le sable…

• Susana (9/5): Merece la pena, 100% recomendable - La amabilidad y atención del personal es impecable. El desayuno es muy variado, y tiene unas vistas privilegiadas a la playa. Te ayudan a transportar el equipaje; y a organizar las excursiones por la isla. Además, el restaurante para cenar está riquísimo y buenos precios. La habitación de 4 personas era algo pequeña, tenía poco espacio para maletas y solo un armario, pero todo muy cómodo, estaba muy limpio.

They instructed us on which ferry to get beforehand and contacted us to come with a small boat to pick up our luggage while we walked along the beach for a few minutes. The power went out twice the same evening. They tried to bring it back and had a power generator but it was a surprise with no Wifi. Might be a common occurrence.

Unkomplizierte Selbstbedienung tagsüber bei den Getränken. Super Lage direkt am Strand und sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und weibliches Personal. Geben gerne Auskunft und Empfehlungen und machen den Aufenthalt äusserst angenehm. Had one issue that was handled promptly and in a very professional way. • Vania (10/5): - O atendimento e a equipe são excepcionais. A pousada é pé na areia com estrutura de cadeiras na praia. O café da manhã é muito bom e com variedades e possível contratar passeios diretamente com a pousada e tbem e possível acessar várias praias através de trilhas. Há restaurantes próximos mas a pousada tbem oferece cardápio para almoço e jantar.
• Habso78 (10/5): Superbe pousada au calme - J'ai adoré ! La pousada est bien équipée, propre. Le personnel est accueillant et discret. On peut se poser au calme. La vue de la chambre sur la plage est appréciable avec le petit balcon. Ce n'est pas de plain-pied. Jai passé un super séjour. Il y a des restaurants sur la.plage et les repas a la.pousada sont excellents (pêche du jour) ! Ceviche, poisson grillé... loin du bruit d Abraao c'est le bonheur paisible. Juste avoir du lait frais au petit déjeuner il n'y avait que du lait a la fraise. Mais honnêtement je n'ai pas pensé a demander. Et aussi mettre un rouleau de papier toilette en plus dans la chambre...
• Maria Timmann (10/5): - Utrolig fin belligenhet og hyggelig personale! Maten er litt dyrere denne delen av øya enn det som er vanlig ellers. Men var til gjengeld god og hjemmelaget:)
• Henrique (8/5): 4 dias na Ilha Grande - Amabilidade do staff, sempre prontos a ajudar. Infraestrutura boas. Serviço de televisão e WiFi falhavam, constantemente, comida no hotel era bastante cara e a qualidade não era a melhor. Bastante afastada do cais o que dificultava bastante as coisas.
• Paula (10/5): Ubicación ideal con muy buenos servicios - La ubicación es perfecta y tienen muy buenos servicios. Me hubiera gustado una habitación con vista al mar, pero no conseguí.

• Carol (10/5): Ame la posada, por su gente , su comodidad e higiene - muy buena ubicación, la playa muy rica, el servicio excelente
• Brissa (4/5): - Personal muy amable, internet de buena calidad. Posada: el lugar es tranquilo, pero las fotos no tienen que ver con la realidad. Almohadas duras, No tiene buena accesibilidad. Hay otros hospedajes mas cerca del muelle. Desayuno poca variedad, falta reposición. Ubicación: poca conectividad con el resto de las localidades de la isla, no hay opciones de restaurantes, solo una playa que accedes caminando. - La playa que esta frente a la posada esta sucia, con restos de vidrio y de materiales de construcción. - Me sentí un poco obligada (indirectamente) por el anfitrión a tomar un tour, donde te cobra mas de lo que ofrecen en otros lados, te vende el cuento con que lleva fruta y agua pero son los resto del desayuno. Recomendaría el lugar solo si quieres hacer un retiro de desconexion, y quieres comer en el mismo restaurante del hotel. Porque las opciones en araçatiba son muy pocas.

• Jonathan (10/5): A taste of paradise - The location and the view are incredible, the swimming and the tours delightful and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful (including restoring to me a watch I had left behind). We had a magical stay. Would def recommend Prices are inevitably higher than other places in Brazil due to it being an island.
• JOSE (10/5): Una fantástica pousada en un mágico lugar del mundo - Un maravilloso lugar atendido por un equipo de personas liderado por Diego que es encantador y servicial a no poder más. El desayuno es excelente y recomiendo también disfutar de alguna cena al menos. Gracias !
