La habitacion fue muy comoda y privada,, permitiendonos un descanso por el viaje en vehiculo. El desayuno tenia una amplia variedad, cada persona en mi familia quería algo distinto, y justamente había opciones que lograron satisfacer todos los gustos. La zona era tranquila, y salimos a caminar durante la mañana viendo el paisaje, con un pequeño arroyo que recorre el camino y las zonas verdes alrededor, disfrutamos el paseo. La recepcion fue muy buena, pues fueron muy pacientes y estuvieron disponibles cuando lo necesitaba

• Beka (10/5): Comes with a wonderful DAWGIE! - Check in was easy and our host was very kind and welcoming. Best part though is his dog! I cant tell you enough how great it was to play with a doggie who seems to always want more and more attention and we hope we were able to provide. Other guests were very close and loud. I assume they would have said the same thing about us in the morning. Did not like that I couldn't sleep with the doggie.

Iván fue muy amable y como no suelo desayunar, me permitió tomar el desayuno a la hora de la cena, como es mi costumbre. Todo estaba muy limpio, acogedor y confortable. Que la luz del pasillo quedara prendida toda la noche, cuando la puerta tiene una ventana que permite que entre, con lo que no tuve oscuridad total, como me gusta y hube de usar antifaz.

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the rooms were comfortable and pleasant. Cleanliness was excellent, and the facilities were absolutely fantastic. Breakfast was good and self-service, including eggs, toast, oatmeal, jam, yogurt, juice, coffee, and tea, plus a large water tank. The kitchen exceeded all expectations, and to top it all off, there was the sweetest dog!

• John (7/5): Cute dog... - Luna the dog was so cute. The outdoor area and BBQ was good. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the location was brilliant. The self service breakfast was also very good. The description of the property and the facilities available are incorrect. There isn't a washing machine available for use as the room description mentions but a laundry service at additional cost. I mentioned this to the property and these details should be updated so that it's clearer. I have stayed in various places around the world where a communal washing machine is available for free or at a small cost...not at almost £5 a kilo. You wouldn't even pay that in London but this price seems to be standard here. Not sure why it's called a Spa either...the hot tub was being repaired but at 40,000 CLP per person I doubt I would use it.

• Johannes (10/5): Exceptional - This was by far the best hostel that we have ever stayed in. Our host and owner, Juan Pablo was very accomodating, helpful and kind. We felt very relaxed and comfortable and had access to all the facilities during our stay. The room was very clean and quiet, the decor was beautiful and the included Netflix on TV made it feel like home. We enjoyed the flexible self-service breakfast concept, where you can cook your own eggs on the stove and help yourself to what was available in the fridge (yoghurt, cheese, juice etc.) thank you Juan Pablo! 10/10! Our room was directly next to the breakfast hall, which may be a bit loud.

Both of the staff were very welcoming & the host had loads of recommendations for things to do during our stay. Our room was very clean & comfortable & we enjoyed watching the TV when the weather was bad. We visited during low season so were mostly the only guests, which was obviously great for exclusive use of facilities. Kitchen really well equipped. Bathroom spotlessly clean. Breakfast was great for us! Of course Luna was the highlight of our time in Colchagua :-)

• Kate (7/5): Good - My room was really clean. The location is good, really close to the centre of the town but on a residential street so quiet. There is a lot of information about visiting the different vineyards. You are able to use the kitchen which is handy. Breakfast is self serve but with good choices - I particularly appreciated both lactose free milk and yoghurt. As it is a room with a shared bathroom it would be great to have a mirror in the room and also somewhere to hang towels. This room doesn't have an external window, only one looking onto the dining area. There is only 1 bathroom shared between 3 rooms, it was fine when I was staying here but could be a bit tricky if all 3 rooms were full.

• Sue (10/5): It was a great stay highly recommend - Location was fabulous and it was very nice warm home. We also were able to park our car in the drive. Very safe area with a great restaurant minutes away.
