• Bruna (10/5): - O hotel era muito bom, com um quarto espaçoso, a Rebecca foi um amor, me ajudou com roteiro, comprou ingresso, foi um anjo. Ela é gentil e te ajuda com tudo. O parque que tem as montanhas do avatar fica em torno de 40 minutos do hotel andando, mas, tem uma pessoa que te leva e te deixa lá, e para voltar vc pode escolher didi ou vim andando que passa pelo centro da cidade que é fofo.

• Morgane (10/5): Parfait ! - Pour commencer la communication avec Rebecca a été parfaite bien avant notre arrivée. Elle nous a prodigué un grand nombre de conseils, et nous a aidé pour nos préparatifs à Zhangjiajie. Nous avons voyagé en groupe de 6 personnes, l’appartement 3 chambres était superbe avec 1 salle de bain avec WC attenante à chaque chambre. Vous pouvez facilement faire votre lessive et la sécher également. Concernant les extras, nous avons été très contents du petit-déjeuner, 2 d’entre nous ont bénéficié d’un massage à 5min de l’hôtel qu’elles ont beaucoup apprécié. Enfin l’accès au parc est à 10min en navette/taxi, le centre ville est à 20min à pied. Tout était parfait et Rebecca nous a même dépanné pour d’autres problématiques rencontrées lors du voyage. Ps: on vous conseille de manger un soir sur place (il faut réserver à l’avance) la nourriture est excellente. Merci beaucoup à Rebecca, son mari, ses enfants et sa famille qui tiennent ce superbe endroit.
• María Susana (9/5): Para organirte todo - Lo mejor del establecimiento es su propietaria, Rebeca, nos ayudó en todo y compró las entradas y nos contrató una guía y un conductor para dos días. Ambos fueron excelentes, realmente lo recomiendo porque vimos todo lo esencial sin perder tiempo buscando por donde ir, con la dificultad añadida del idioma. Realmente estuvimos solo una noche. Es una vivienda con habitaciones con baño. Según vi puedes lavar la ropa allí. Para una noche fue suficiente. El desayuno está bien, fruta, huevos, tostadas, zumo y café con leche.

• PILAR (9/5): Profesionalidad - Me encantan este tipo de alojamientos donde te sientes como en casa. Tienes servicio de lavanderia incluido. El desayuno sencillo pero completo, fruta, cafe y tostadas, adaptado a occidentales. Rebeca habla super bien ingles, te aconseja como dividir tu estancia, te reserva las atracciones y la verdad es increiblemente profesional. Tuvimos un pequeno problema con las entradas, y ella lo soluciono en 10 minutos. Rebeca es increible, felicidades! Todo ha sido muy bueno. Hemos dividido nuestro viaje con dos noches en Zhangjiajie y 2 noches en Wulingyuan y cambiariamos estar todo el rato en Wulingyuan. Nos quedo pendiente cenar en el hotel, para disfrutar del ambiente de gente que nos gusta la naturaleza.

The excuse given was that there was construction work and power outages but our Chinese guide who had sent a driver with our luggage before our visit repoted no construction work and that the hotel had bumped our one night booking because they had an alternative longer stay inquiry. Not a reliable place

Eles fazem refeições no local e isso foi muito útil para os dias que chegamos cansadas dos passeios e não queríamos sair. Além disso achamos a comida muito gostosa! A Rebecca nos deu um mapa com dicas de itinerários e também comprou alguns ingressos para nós, ajudou muito! Com certeza indicarei a hospedagem aos meus amigos que forem para Zhangjiajie.

• chupitea (10/5): Best place to stay in Zhangjiajie - Rebecca and her family own a beautiful hotel near Zhangjiajie National Park. They are really good people and they offer an outstanding, heartwarming service. The optional western breakfast and the dinner are superb and the bed was actually the most comfortable in my whole trip to China. Hopefully one day i will be able to return to zhangjiajie, and hopefully to this same hotel. Rebecca speaks perfect english which is a plus that does not sound like too much, but trust me, is valuable as gold after a couple of weeks traveling in China.

• Judit (10/5): - The room was very comfortable and clean. The bed very comfortable and excelling bedding and the shower room was a good size with excellent hot water and strong pressure. The owners are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond when it comes to offering advice, especially for visiting the national park and planning other activities in the area. Their help really added to the overall experience. A nice bonus is that they offer free laundry, which is always appreciated when travelling. Breakfast has a limited menu and needs to be ordered the night before, but the food is perfectly good and does the job. The hotel is located a little outside of town, which makes it nice and quiet. Getting into town is easy and inexpensive by Didi, and the hotel also provides a convenient shuttle service to the east gate of the national park in the mornings. A special mention to the owners’ two children—they’re adorable and more than happy to practice their English with guests, which adds a really personal and welcoming touch. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, especially if you value a friendly atmosphere and helpful hosts.

The owner Rebecca and her husband were exceptionally helpful throughout our stay including sorting out all our tickets to the National Park and advising us on how best to navigate it. Slightly out of the main town meaning we had to taxi in and out.

The location is excellent and very convenient for both the National Forest Park and the Grand Canyon. The room was spotless and well-maintained. Overall, it turned out to be a really great hotel, and I’d definitely recommend it. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast—it would be nice to have more variety.

• DANIEL (10/5): Excelente elección de estancia - Nos encantó todo sobre la estancia. Desde el trato de Rebeca (habla perfectamente inglés y te ayuda en todo lo que necesites) y su marido; habitaciones amplias y unas camas comodísimas; buen desayuno, etc Está muy bien situado si vas al parque (5 min en coche) y a 40 al gran cañón. Muy confortable y limpio. Todo es genial.
• Marta (6/5): Aceptable - Como puntos positivos, la habitación era amplia, estaba muy limpia y la cama era muy cómoda. El baño tenía una ducha con buena potencia y agua caliente. Hacía frío, pero disponía de AC con aire caliente. Lavandería gratuita (la haces tu mismo). Buena relación calidad precio. Ubicación: si bien esta en Wulingyuan y a 5’ de la entrada este del parque (en coche, amablemente te acerca Rebecca por la mañana), para salir a cenar o dar un paseo por allí, esta alejado. Se puede hacer caminando fácilmente (15’) pero no es lo más práctico. Personal: Cuando llegamos, Rebecca nos organizó el itinerario de los días que teníamos (no nos dio opciones), y nos explicó (brevemente, como si tuviera prisa) cómo funciona el parque (lo hacen en todos los alojamientos, con más o menos esmero). También nos reservó los tickets para entrar al parque nacional y al grand canyon. Sin embargo, una vez dentro de las atracciones vimos que nos faltaban datos o había errores en lo que nos había explicado ella. Otras personas que conocimos allí habían recibido mapas más completos e información más detallada, cosa que echamos en falta. Igualmente, al contactar por WeChat con Rebecca respecto a una duda (ella nos había hablado de un autobús incluido que nosotros no encontramos), dejó de contestarnos. Instalaciones: el lugar, además de estar aislado, no tiene ascensor (para nosotros no fue un problema, pero para alguien podría serlo), y la entrada principal (donde sirven desayuno y cena) es un poco desangelada (y hace un frío que pela!). Desayuno aceptable. Si volviera a Wulingyuan, escogería otro lugar.

What really stood out was how genuinely helpful she was throughout my stay. Whether it was directions, recommendations, or just making sure everything was running smoothly, she went above and beyond every single time. It’s rare to come across someone who cares this much about their guests’ experience. Rebecca made my time in Zhangjiajie so much better, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better host.

Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und bequeme Betten mit Option einer Wärmedecke für die kältere Jahreszeit. Rebecca hilft mit der Buchung der Tickets und hat uns am Morgen zum East Gate gefahren. Auch Taxi oder Bus organisiert sie. Sie spricht sehr gutes Englisch was die Kommunikation sehr erleichtert Alles top!

• Lily (10/5): So friendly and fun, would come back again! - Rebecca and her family are angels!! Everything from check in to check out made us feel so at home. They went above and beyond to help us plan what to do, book tickets for us, carry our bags, etc. We got a private room and it felt much more like a hotel than hostel! We loved everything!

• Alain Et Guylaine (10/5): - Une guest house dans un quartier populaire comme nous les aimons. L'accueil et l'accompagnement pour les réservations sont exceptionnels. Aucun supplément et des conseils utiles. Ne pas hésiter à utiliser les réservations de transfert depuis et vers la gare ou l'aéroport. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Pour un impact sobre sur l'environnement, la salle de bain ne dispose pas de chauffage mais la douche est chaude. La situation excentrée est compensée par la possibilité de réserver facilement et pour très peu cher un taxi (moins cher qu''un ticket de métro parisien). Sachant que les transfers vers la porte est sont offerts (45 minutes à pied). Nous avons fait les trajets vers le centre à pied (25 minutes environ) sans problème. Ne pas hésiter à profiter des petits déjeuners (et probablement des repas). Nous recommandons de consulter le document exhaustif fourni à l'arrivée. Nous remercions très chaleureusement toute la famille pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité.

• Lara (10/5): Te sientes como en casa. - La familia que regenta el hotel es encantadora. Te ayudan en todo, sobre todo, Rebeca, que habla inglés y te ayuda muchísimo. Te gestiona las entradas a todo el parque, te asesora y te llevan a la entrada del parque natural sin ningún coste extra. La ubicación para visitar el Parque Natural es bastante buena, aunque esté en medio de la nada. Por decir algo, que no tiene ascensor, pero fueron tan amables que nos subieron las maletas a nuestra habitación.
• Marina (10/5): - Хороший небольшой отель, номер просторный и чистый, удобные кровати. Включен завтрак на выбор и трансфер до парка утром ( но можно и дойти пешком за 25 минут, что мы и делали). Очень дружелюбная хозяйка, говорящая хорошо на английском, во всем поможет (и билеты купит, и такси вызовет и на кучу вопросов ответит:). Мы остались очень довольны! Такого нет - а, хотелось бы все таки горячие жареные яйца на завтрак!:)

• Laila (10/5): - L'endroit est sympa, l'hôtel très joli. L'atout c'est sans aucun doute Rebecca la gérante, qui aide énormément a la planification de la visite du parc de zhanjiajie. C'est assez rare un si bon niveau d'anglais, surtout dans des villages plus petits. Le parc national n'a aucun secret pour elle! Le petit déjeuner est extra , fait maison et la chambre est confortable. A noter la salle de bain grande et propre .

Le petit dej est top, frais et fait le matin même 🫶🏼 Un peu loin de l’entrée du parc à pieds mais on peut prendre un DiDi et c’est très rapide (+ ps cher). Hyper accueillant, très à l’écoute et disponible 🤗 Bref on recommande si vous voulez bien dormir après une journée à graver les 10000 escaliers de la montagne Tianzi Rien à signaler, parfait
