- Amirah (9/5): - - The location is easy to find - just a short 20-meter walk from the Didi drop-off point and it's conveniently close to the ancient town, with halal food easily accessible nearby. - The hosts were helpful and assisted us in ordering food. - The hotel is very clean and comfortable, with a relaxing and charming ambience in the compound area. - We received a complimentary room upgrade as we extended our stay until 5:30 PM before our next train. A small additional fee was charged for the extended hours.

- Yoann (10/5): A well-located, clean, and quiet guesthouse with a warm atmosphere, thanks to July, the owner, who is always ready to he - The guesthouse is perfectly located in the center of Shangri-La while still being peaceful and quiet :) It’s clean, cozy, and a great place to relax—I had a wonderful stay there! But for me, the best part was July, the owner. She speaks English, is incredibly friendly, and helped me plan my trips around Shangri-La and its surroundings. Don’t hesitate to grab a beer with her by the fireplace—it’s the perfect way to end the day!

She basically helped us plan the full itinerary around Shangri-La and recommended the best restaurants in few minutes upon our arrival! She helped booking our tickets to Potatso and other places and shared precise location for bus stops and everything. Besides all this, her place is amazing, you feel like home. The rooms are huge and the garden is super bright and welcoming. Room amenities are also great. Her espresso machine was a luxury and the washing machine was a plus! I definitely recommend her place. July thanks you for making our trip so special!

- Sarah (10/5): Loved my stay here! - A cute little boutique tucked away in a quiet part of the old town. The room was clean and spacious. If it gets too cold, you can borrow jackets & hats from the owner and the beds are heated! There’s also a cute little dog that lives here! There’s construction around the area. You can hear the noise during working hours but honestly, if you’re out and about during the day, you won’t even hear it when you’re back!
