- marcella (6/5): - The service and follow-up, as well as the WhatsApp response, were wonderful, and they were very friendly at all times. The hotel has an excellent location. However, I did find the cleanliness to be an issue. There was lint in the room, the shower was clogged, the door and bathroom had no privacy between them. They didn't provide hand soap, and we left the cups dirty and didn't change them. In short, there was areas to improve during our stay, but I'd say the service was 10/10!
