Dass ich ein anderes Zimmer bekommen habe, als gebucht. zuerst zur Straße hin, dann aber auf Nachfrage, doch eines mit Aussicht und Ruhe.

- Alejandro (8/5): Lindo hospedaje - Excelente ubicación, limpio, tranquilo y muy bonito, todos los servicios necesarios. El entorno se siente muy seguro, incluso a altas horas de la noche. Podrían mejorar el sistema de check in, quizá una caja de seguridad, a pesar de avisar la hora exacta de llegada tuve que esperar afuera 20 mins y hacía mucho frío. Sería genial cambiar las cortinas por unas oscuras, entra demasiada luz en la mañana.

Se puede hacer uso de la cocina y de las áreas comunes como la sala Queda al lado de una discoteca entonces hay mucho ruido y es difícil dormir, pero es algo que los dueños no puede controlar. Deberían tener una mejor limpieza de los baños, pues son compartidos

Las almohadas necesitan cambio se encuentran en mal estado. El baño es demasiado pequeño y queda afuera de la habitación pero pude usarlo de manera privada.

- Lesley (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent small hotel in a great location. A great room and while it's shared bathroom, there are plenty of them. The hotel is a short walk to Av Santander for buses and to lots of good cafes and restaurants lower down. The new cable will be a bonus
