GuerraRodrigo (5/5): Tem potencial para ser muito melhor - O atendimento de Alex foi ótimo. Ele foi sempre educado, disponível e solicito. Meu primeiro quarto (Maranhão) estava com várias baratas, o que é normal para uma casa no período de inverno, contudo, existiam várias brechas para o lado externo, tanto na janela como porta e isso facilitou o acesso delas. Mudamos para o outro quarto (Ceará) e nesse o ambiente era maior, porém o interruptor da luz estava quebrado, cheiro de mofo, o vaso nao tinha assento, o chuveiro estava quebrado e foi adaptado por uma ducha que não fixava na parede e dificultava o banho. Insatisfeito, migramos para um terceiro quarto (Rio Grande do Norte), esse estava com bom estado, banheiro organizado, apenas havia as brechas para os insetos na porta que não fechava e vedava, então tive de improvisar para fechar as brechas. A mansão tem tudo para ser um ótimo local para receber visitantes/turistas mas precisa sanar esses problemas. *Tentei anexar fotos mas a plataforma do booking apresentou erro
Catarine (8/5): - A localização é muito boa, bem localização, a pousada é bem ampla, beira mar, porém a televisão do quarto Ceará não funcionava, o Wi-Fi também não funcionou, no frigobar não tem água e nem refrigerante à disposição, porém o funcionário foi prestativo quando a gente pediu para ser colocado no frigobar. No mais fomos bem atendidos.
LUIS FELIPE (10/5): - O anfitrião foi muito atencioso nos detalhes, desde a limpeza dos quartos, no auxílio com as bagagens, com o café-da-manhã com opção de frutas, como mamão, manga, pão, cuscuz, tapioca, presunto, mussarela, ovos. Os quartos climatizados, com armários e camas confortáveis, com banheiros amplos com chuveiro elétrico. As áreas de convivência salas de estar, piscina com churrasqueira com todos os utensílios necessários pra fazer confraternização. A localização é privilegiada bem perto da praia e com acesso direto a um dos melhores restaurantes o Sunset. Apesar de ser uma área segura a parte de trás onde ficam a piscina e a área de laser tem acesso direto ao restaurante e como e limitada apenas por um cercado de madeira baixo dá uma sensação de insegurança. O que não diminui em nada a qualidade do local.

Hermanus (7/5): - Close to beach. Bed was good, airconditioning worked, WiFi worked, pool was open Shower button in room was under electric current, shower button pool broken, stairs into pool removed. Trash on patio, including a big piece of ribs from previous BBQ and many beer bottle caps
