João (1/5): Experiência desastrosa - Experiência extremamente negativa e frustrante! A hospedagem apresentava condições inadequadas de higiene e salubridade, com forte cheiro de mofo, muita poeira e grande presença de insetos. O ambiente era totalmente incompatível com o mínimo esperado para receber hóspedes, ainda mais considerando que quem estava hospedado eram dois idosos, meus sogros, que começaram a apresentar desconforto físico e sintomas respiratórios poucas horas após a chegada. Tentamos resolver a situação de forma respeitosa e amigável, tanto por WhatsApp quanto pessoalmente. Porém, o proprietário se recusou a estornar o valor, fingiu que nada estava acontecendo e ainda foi rude no atendimento. Não houve empatia nem disposição real para solucionar o problema. A própria Booking.com foi acionada e esteve do nosso lado durante toda a tratativa, porém fomos informados de que o hotel não colaborou com a plataforma para buscar uma solução adequada. Toda a situação foi registrada por mim em vídeos e conversas, justamente para comprovar as condições encontradas e a tentativa de resolução amigável. Sem alternativa, fomos obrigados a sair da acomodação e contratar outra hospedagem de emergência, com custo maior, apenas para preservar a saúde e o bem-estar da família. Deixo este relato como alerta para outros consumidores. Além das condições inadequadas do local, a postura adotada no atendimento tornou a experiência ainda pior. Sujeira, proprietário rude e não ouve o cliente.
Denise Pereira (10/5): Excelente experiência. - A estrutura é muito boa, tudo muito bem cuidado. Limpo, pé na areia, restaurante com excelente custo benefício com uma comida gostosa. Funcionários solicitos e gentis.
Engels (9/5): Ótima opção em Taíba - A pousada é muito bem localizada; a praia em frente é ótimo e a estrutura é boa. Apesar de não ter ar condicionado nos quartos, não sentimos falta, porque os quartos são de frente para a praia e o vento era suficiente na época em que nos hospedamos. O proprietário é muito simpático e destaque especial para o atendimento da Islândia, que faz e serve o café da manhã. O local é mais indicado para quem vai em busca da prática do kitesurfe, mas não se limita a isso; acho muito adequada também para famílias, pois conta com uma ótima piscina e a praia em frente é excelente, especialmente com a maré baixa. Acho que a pousada poderia melhorar a qualidade da roupa de cama e de banho. Só não dou nota 10, por esse aspecto.

Isaac (10/5): o melhor do Ceará e o melhor da França no mesmo lugar - depois de dois dias, parecia que nós estávamos em casa de parentes. A pousada é gerida e mantida pelo Jean Luc e toda família, mulher e 3 filhos. Todos muito gentis e atenciosos, profissionais e calorosos. Sem frescura, mas com a dignidade das coisas simples, que agradam sem esforço. Desde o café da manhã, completo, com tudo que precisa, até o cardápio do restaurante, que merece uma visita mesmo de quem não está hospedado. A porta do banheiro da suíte não garante privacidade. Pode ser um grande inconveniente pra recém casados, por exemplo
